Good clean Walmart. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Loves the bigger than usual selection of fishing stuff. They had all the stuff I needed to get ready for my trip home plus some extras.

Nice and clean store with good selections. Only problem is they stock the ENTIRE store when they open so no matter where you go, someone unfriendly and with a huge flatbed or cart is right on your heels the entire time. Had some female employee walk straight towards me while i was pushing a cart and blocked me in making me ask to be allowed by. Try stocking before or after the store is closed maybe. Just a thought. Also drop the silent i hate my job attitude....if you dont like it, quit. Also no mask mandate here if youre a female customer with a kid who has a gross, wet cough.

Great service on grocery pickup!!Wanted to say thank you to the young gentleman and his supervisor that helped us today. The service is so helpful and they are so nice at putting the groceries in your car for you!

In and out with in five minutes which if you know me thats all I literally can handle there. Nothing against Walmart its my issues that I have with some of the rudest people Ive ever heard in my life here. Its like hello b**** Im here to save money too so no need to be rude. You can find just about everything you want here plus there seems to be always someone knowledgeable to help if you cant find what you need. Produce is fresh & the help is friendly. There is always ample parking.

Pretty reasonable about returns. Depending on how you paid you will get, cash back, credit to your credit card, or store credit. I have found that the people working in the different departments are very helpful.

Today sometime between 12:30 and 1:00 pm I returned an item, that I didnt want. Natasha was the attendant who helped me. She was so pleasant, nice and efficient that I just want to give a shout out for her.

The grocery section is always understocked and completely out of lots of items by the afternoons.. several sections in grocery are lacking selection.. good be better if things were in stock like other walmarts.

Honestly, Walmart is the last place I would ever shop even if the items I want are less costly or are on sale!I was told to go here for my son for specific items that were supposed to be in stock. You need a road map to navigate the store. Online items were supposed to be in a certain numbered section but they were not there. I had to ask for help repeatedly to find stuff and the aisle/section numbers made absolutely no sense at all. At least at this store most of the employees were helpful. Two stars is for the staff it would be zero for corporate.

Love the pick up option, except when getting fresh fruit and veggies. They always look good, but are definitely not the freshest. They seem to be on they way out. Same with bread. Bought a loaf of natures own last week which always lasts 2 weeks and longer. 4 days later mold. I know I can return them, but thats a hassle. I use the pick up for a couple reasons or I would do my own shopping.

The customer service was outstanding. Ms Bil helped me and she was extremely knowledgeable about gas pipes fitting. Her assistant helped me buy what I needed and saved me time. Thanks Bil.

My girl just had a baby and was in a lot of pain, not really knowing how to help I went in to buy a bag of ice. Unfortunately, the card I was using broke, and wouldnt scan. The cashier tried to help, but the code they normally use to enter the card manually no longer worked. They called the manager, but the code didnt work for her either. We attempted to tape it but it still wouldnt read. I thanked them and began to leave when they stopped me and gave me the bag of ice. Thank yall so much, we really appreciate this act of generosity.

Walmart is one of the best places to make purchases!! From personal hygiene to electronics clothing for all sizes. Not to mention groceries for the entire family.. While saving a ton of money compared to other places. But dont take my word for it get there and see it yourself.

I walked in to the store on Saturday night at 10:45PM to pick up a six-packer beer and reached the counter at around 10:58PM. The guy at the counter said they cant sell alcohol after 10PM because the Colorado Governor has passed a law stating so! I actually believed him and left the store without buying anything only to find that King Soopers, 7-Eleven and many other liquor stores in Fort Collins sell alcohol till 12AM midnight which is the legal cut-off time as per Colorado law! I mean, if you dont want to sell alcohol after 10PM then I respect your choice but then please say so... Please do not lie to me that the Colorado Governor has passed a law that no store should sell alcohol after 10PM!!! :D

Walmart is Walmart. Theyre all pretty much the same. Im not really sure why we all seem to have our favorites and will even go a little out of our way to go there.Some of the reasons I have favorites is because the employees are more respectful or dont seem to mind when you ask them a question. Also I dont know whether any one is aware of this but the manager of each store is able to priceThings like clearance items or closeout items the moment that they are priced down. Its been a real drag that the overnight hours have fallen off

Stopped in today to get some yard stuff. There was a plant stand that I thought would go nice in my yard. Last one and no tag, no one near in dept to ask, so I put in my cart noting that there was a price on the shelf ($4.98). I went to check out and told the clerk it was the last one and there was no tag. He called for his supervisor, she fumbled thru her hand held obviously not finding the item. Then told me it was $10.00, nothing is ever $10.00 at Walmart unless its on clearance. She should have called someone from that department to get a price. Tired of all the money grab and lack of genuine customer service. Walmart=greed...disgusted! And on top, you want me to check myself out, news flash, Im not your employee, I dont work for you!

This store is clean. The selection is very limited for a Super Center. Parking is the super small and hard to find a parking spot.

I went and got myself a brand new futon lined with memory foam. It costed me 170.00 +tax and installation to build it took me less than an hr. All in all I defintely got my moneys worth!

Too bad RVs cant park overnight. They even hire security who politely tell you to leave.Most other Walmarts allow you to park...security said drive 30 minutes any direction to find one to park at. We often buy at Walmart. But dont if we cant park overnight.

I had the privilege of meeting Orrin today! There were some out of stocks that I was needing but he had them on his cart ready to stock! He was super friendly, got me what I needed and gave me an amazing customer experience. You know what? Im actually not as dissatisfied with this store as I am with some of the other shoppers. People please, have we all become manner less apes since covid? Its really sad that this isnt obvious but, say excuse me if you cut someone off! And dont just roll out from a side aisle into the main aisle without looking or youre liable to get hit by a cart. One more thing-the cart race for the checkout lanes is ridiculous-people you will get a spot in line without pushing some old lady over I promise. To the people who work here, Im sorry you have to put up with this from your customers!

Got a very unique plant - love it

Theres often been a lot said about big box stores and Walmart does not go unscathed. It has a great variety of products but more importantly is a store to find things when everyone else in town doesnt have something. It supplies jobs for our community and also staples for those of little means.

Rest assured that if you are breaking a rule, you will be treated with zero dignity and zero customer service. Greeter was amazing. Cashier was amazing. Security/manager that assumed and came in hot, treated our party like we were less than was absolutely not necessary. We didnt know the policy and simply could have been made aware with a kind tone and adult conversation. This is why I avoid Wal Mart at all costs. On the rare occasions I have to go, I usually regret it. Lesson learned, wont be back. No, I didnt know the policy and was willing to comply. No, you didnt need to be as incredibly rude as you were. Yes. I heard you bad mouth me as you walked away and again when you went to the front of the store. Customer Service fail. Id love to have a conversation about this if you have the courage to reach out. Wont hold my breath.

Okay. Always packed, never enough cashiers so brace yourself to check your own stuff out. Out of stock quite frequently. Nice electronics section and selection-super organized and you can always find what youre looking for.

No Google pay, you have to use the Walmart app. The app works great, but the store tends to be crowded and I have found better items elsewhere.

Hate this walmart . a worker approached me from behind while at checkout and lifted the blanket I had my little service dog wrapped in without asking or my knowledge and scared me and my dog and said he thought I was trying to shop lift so he had to check. Not ok dude. You dont just reach at people and touch their personal space. Its not ok. They are just all around a bad walmart ....

Went in for eye exam thinking it would be around $100. Checkout. $174 for exam. Apparently they charge $30 extra for hd retinal scan without any consent. At that. $174 is still too much compared to what is shown online

This store has been good about keeping the shelves stocked. Cash register employees are very courteous and helpful. I have some concerns about much of the merchandise being out of China and not as nice as before.

I wonder if Walmart moves there products around just to lmake it hard to find. Then when you ask an employee where something is say for instance two stroke oil. You told its in automotive. Duh Im in automotive now. But where in automotive. Turns out there brilliant employee cant find it. Eventually its found not with the other oils but by oil filters. No other oil in that Isle. Brilliant lay out guys.

The worst grocery store Ive ever been to. When I shop here my soul starts to ache.This place does NOT deserve to be called a super center. The unkept environment indoors and outside is absurd. It really is the ghetto of groceries!There was a guy sleeping right our front of the main entrance this morning! The people that shop there(and sleep there) wish they had a better option. To shop at Walmart in masses as a necessity is a poor approach to any sustainable economic system.The tables inside are always dirty. The only thing worth a star is the smile on the employees faces, but its not because they like their job, its because theyre smoking cannabis to cope with the depression caused by working there.

The Walmart at Magnolia is a decent store, as they have pretty much every item you need. I like their prices & products.

Items out of stock. The isles were full of displays hard to get around. No check out lanes open, only self checkout and the ones that were open only took cards no cash. The people at the doors checking your purchases were rude and dismissive. Left my cart sitting in the isles and left, and went to King Soopers.

For the most part everything is good. The only issue I have is checking in using the app in the pick up lot where it will not register that I am in a space so I have to call the number on the sign.

Grocery Pick Up that day instead of going inside the store, but the staff was was helpful as always whenever I do pickup instead of delivery.

The staff are very helpful if you have any questions. I would have given a five-star rating if at the same time it didnt feel like they were watching you waiting for you to do something. Overall the store is in pretty clean condition during the pandemic . Definitely will be back in the future.

This Walmart is really trying to get a better image. They have reorganized their shelves and it looks like did a deep cleaning in the process. I love that they carry Colorado and Fort Collins specific clothes and stuff. I am not a fan of self check out which is why I only give 3 stars. There are way too many self check outs and not enough registers.

Even by the standards we should expect from Walmart this one is bad. The manager specifically stated that it was too much work to put notices on the laptops they show but dont have, which is most of them. They also cant tell you when they may come on. There is so much more. But one example should be enough

I fell for the Briggs and Stratton mower that fell apart. I fell for the Black and Decker brand name also at Walmart that melted and totally seized up after an hour of use. Now I got a $9 pepper spray that was very well sealed brand new with a broken trigger AND THEY WILL NOT RETURN IT. good luck .
