My husband and I have had GREAT experiences with Weston! We purchased our car and also sold a car on consignment here. We initially tried to sell the car on our own, and quickly realized it was a timing consuming headache filtering all the incoming scams.Super easy, friendly employees, fair process, would definitely do business with Weston again in the future. I just purchased a car from Peter. I really liked that there were no games; the price listed was the price -- no dealing handling fees tacked on afterwards. I also noticed the car needed an oil change, which Peter did for no charge. When you buy a car, you shouldnt have to do something to it right away, he explained. I highly recommend.

What a fantastic experience buying a car! Easiest auto purchase Ive ever made! Peter (the service guy) sold us a beautiful Mercedes at an extremely good price. No pressure, no hassle, and even though I came in 30 mins before closing on a Friday, he took excellent care of us with a smile. I was driving my beautiful new car out of there in under 2 hours, (that includes the 15 min test drive). Anyone that has bought a car knows, thats record time! Just purchased a vehicle from this dealer and the experience was the best car buying experience Ive had so far. Tony was my salesman. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to browse and found a nice little Mazda 3 that was in great shape. Getting to take it on a test drive was hassle free, and once I did I knew I wanted the car. Let Tony know that I did, filled out a credit app and he processed it himself. No waiting on a finance manager. Since it was after banking hours, I had to wait until Monday to hear on the financing. On Monday Tony texts me and said Im approved. I agree to buy it, send him a copy of insurance and when I arrive after work all the paperwork is ready. Spent about ten minutes going over things and the car was mine. Smooth and hassle free transaction, no pressure to look at more expensive options and a great selection of cars. Definitely recommend.

I have only visited the dealership a few times to check out a car or two that I saw on the lot and was interested in. My experiences have been good and I have been treated well, for the most part. It seems on one visit, the gentleman that worked with me wasn’t especially enthusiastic about talking to me, but did accommodate my request to see and test drive a vehicle. Perhaps he just had a lot going on and needed to be doing other things that were more pressing. For the most part, I am very happy with this car lot and the people I have spoken to when I have gone there.

My experience with Weston Auto Gallery has always been fantastic. Ive known the crew for the better part of a year. Recently, I had a Honda Element leave me stranded one very cold Saturday night. Kevin was great in coordinating the tow truck drop-off and Joe quickly got the car up to speed the very next morning. Ended up being a faulty alternator. Joe hooked me up with a brand new quality alternator and sent me on my way in less than a few hours. Not only was it super affordable, but the service was very professional and Joe even offered to fix a small aesthetic issue for free. I hope this aging car never breaks down again, but if it does, its good to know Kevin and Joe are there to help. Thanks guys!

What wounderful trustworthy people. We wont go any where else anymore. We own a BMW and we were having trouble with it and needed to leave town for a family emergency. We fixed so many things and our car still was having issues. We were able to get right in and they dx our car quickly which turned into a quick fix and we were able to get on the road. Bought my car in for a major engine repair and the engine was repaired, but the grill was broken and the power steering reservoir was cracked when I got the car back. Service manager would not cover the repair to either the power steering reservoir or the grill even though I did every thing correctly to insure that I had warranty coverage for the repair (purchasing parts from this company for the repair). Do not recommend having your car service performed at this shop.Update: I found and repaired the power steering leak issue with my 2006 ML 350 myself. The issue was caused by the retaining clip being left off the power steering reservoir during the initial service. This clip is needed to retain the power steering reservoir to pump o-ring and prevent oil leaks at this connection. I spent around $5,000 dollars with Weston Auto Gallery on the initial service and definitely was not treated fairly on this repair. Beware if you choose to have your vehicle serviced with this shop! You may leave a very frustrated customer and with additional problems with your vehicle that will may be blamed on the age of the car and not covered.Update: 07/29/2017: Weston Auto Gallery provided no documentation that the power steering leak was not created during the repair process of a completely different issue by their master technicians. A good indicator of a company that provides good customer service is in their repeat business. I will never be a repeat customer for Weston Auto Gallery.

Passing through Fort Collins in my Mercedes motor home and experienced a no start situation. Called these guys and they got me right in. Worked through multiple scenarios until the problem was solved. Excellent service. While here had them replace a Y cable known to be a problem. Nice to receive a bill that doesn’t make you feel like you have been taken advantage of. If I lived in Fort Collins these guys would handle all my mechanical needs.

I had a great experience with Weston Auto Gallery. Tony was very easy to work with, very patient, and absolutely no pressure. He responded to texts and phone messages very quickly, searched to get me the best financing, let me take the car I was looking at for a 24 hour test drive, and had a few small issues fixed on my car before I took it home. Since I am a certified Master Automotive Technician, I inspected the car I was looking at and found it to be as clean and in as good of condition as they claimed. The paperwork was done in minutes, not hours. Overall, this was a very easy and pleasant buying experience. I will recommend Tony and Weston Auto Gallery to anyone who asks and I am having fun with my new Corvette. Thanks!

Just bought a Carrera 4S from Shane and the whole experience was top notch. Shane was very straight forward, professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job and cars in general. The owner was also involved a little and was a great guy too. I was given a printed car fax and was offered a very fair trade for my car. The Porsche was priced right too. Years ago I used to think their cars were overpriced on average but lately everything I have seen on their lot had very competitive pricing. They are doing a great job sourcing and selling high end used cars. Their service department is so clean you could eat off the floors and tool boxes! I havent used the service yet but it sure looks nice.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had my Mercedes towed there because of electrical issues. I talked to Joe the Service manager and explained the problems. I moved to Arizona while they had the vehicle forever suppose to be fixing the electrical issues. I got a call from Joe saying he fixed the problem and we arranged the vehicle to be towed to me in Arizona. When the tow truck pulled up they had to hook up the battery because he said Joe told him hook the battery up before it gets to the customer because there is a short in the electrical system. They didnt fix the problem they took my $1400 dollars though! The service department is a scam! Robbed me $1400! You would be crazy to deal with these scam artists. I may be 1000 miles away but I want my story to be heard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great Place to buy a car! I live about 400 miles from this place, Shane not only helped me with financing but we did almost everything over the phone. I found a car I liked, put a deposit on it to hold it, drove down and was in and out with 45 minutes from start to finish. Very rude, went in to see if my daughter was comfortable in the rear seat of a car, I was interested in purchasing. Told abruptly by your sales staff to stop. My previous experience with cars in the showroom is that if the windows are down and the doors are unlocked you are free to explore. Weston you should lock up cars you do not want customers to sit in rather than scold them in front of other customers.

Excellent experience! I called the day before to look at a Pontiac GTO, went in and talked to Shane and walked out 2 hours later with keys. He was extremely knowledgeable, laid back and I never felt pressured into anything. He searched around at all the different local banks to get me the best possible rate on the loan, and it ended up being even lower than i was expecting. I would highly recommend him to anyone car searching, especially if youre in the market for a high performance GM car. So I had an issue with my car, specifically, it wouldnt pass emissions. Since I bought the car from Weston Auto, I took it back to them to figure it out. Long story short, Matt in the service department did everything to make it right. Even had his guys take it over to the emissions center to do the testing. Brought my 2012 Porsche 911s in for an oil change. The service tech. broke the engine lid release cable. I then had to take to the dealer to have it repaired at a cost of 700 dollars. Dont take your high end car to them for any kind of routine service. They dont know what theyreThe response from the owner is an outright lie. I was not informed that there was anything wrong with the engine bay release until I picked my car up. The mechanic and service manager were trying to find another release to get back into the engine bay to top of the oil. Secondly, my car is still under warranty and I would have taken it to a dealer immediately had I been informed. Ed Carroll Porsche would not repair the release under warranty as they are certain that it was broken by the mechanic at Weston Auto Gallery.

Weston Auto Gallery keeps their lot filled with upscale/sporty/unique vehicles. Their buyer appears to have a keen eye for making quality choices to keep their lot stocked with cars that are not run of the mill used cars. Salesman Tony Stuart was helpful, accommodating and did nothing to make me feel pressured into a purchase. The financing and paperwork for the sale went quickly and smoothly - more so than at the last new car dealership I did business with.I dont like haggling and I will not make a purchase like this if I feel the least bit of pressure. I had never visited Weston before, so I entered the lot feeling guarded and prepared to fend off a commissioned salesman. Happily, I soon realized these fears were unwarranted! This dealership will change your mind about the car buyers experience in a good way. The Weston team has a good eye for beautiful cars and it shows in their diverse inventory. They take the time to really detail the cars before they offer them on their lot. Seems like an obvious requirement, but not all do it well. Yesterdays antiquated sales tactics are not used at Weston Auto Gallery. I worked with a gentleman name Dannie who was transparent, very grounded and funny and didnt have to make a sale the day I bought my Audi. And the AMAZING interest rate on the small loan made the deal even sweeter. Try them just for the experience they provide their clients. These guys are taking it to the next level.

I had a very good experience trading in two vehicles and purchasing from Weston Auto Gallery in Colorado. I live in Michigan and these folks made the deal happen. We discussed the vehicle, price, and trade ins. Dannie drafted the sale. I sent him the check and he sent the vehicle with all the paperwork in order. The high end Subaru I purchased was in A+ condition. They gave me better than blue book for my two trade in’s, sight unseen. Dannie was very personable and responsive to questions. He even paid for one very expensive key, after the fact. I had only received one key so I asked for them to pay for the second. He did pay for it and that says a lot.I’m an experienced car buyer and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealer to a friend. There was a fair amount of back and forth as expected with any big purchase. The deal went quick and in the end, the car drives great and all the paper work was done right the first time. Phone calls not being returned, service lady made promises to call back with quotes on the cost to fix my oil leaks in 3 places but she wasnt quite sure what she was doing. I got so many numbers and was told they would help me out but I was a single mom with 3 kids and one one the way when I bought the car and put $6000 cash down. I bought a GMC Acadia and could have just used the money I put down on that car to fix my current car or find something else and pay cash and not have this problem.I think I drove the car off the lot with the leak also cause I would park in my garage and noticed spots on the floor but thought it was just from the street being wet, it was that time of year exactly a year ago so it was snowing outside and it was pretty much wet in the garage all the time. Partly my fault because I did fianally realize that something was leaking and should have brought it in but I thought I just bought this car there shouldnt be anything wrong with it, because I think everyone is honest and dont think people would sell a car if something was wrong with it. I have been waiting for a call back for over 2weeks now from service lady and also the manager, but I guess he was out sick? Problem solved traded Acadia for Audi which I had before and traded for Acadia bad choice . Will not recommend this place to anyone going to get my warranty money back and DONE!!

They had a sign outside that said consignments wanted as well as we buy clean luxery cars it was a Saturday so I wondered in only too have a sales guy whom was to lazy to even see the type and condition of the car to say we charge for a inspection then a detail as well as a commission.. Many of the cars they sell were purchased at auctions around the USA. I purchased a Corvette that supposedly was never in an accident. My sales guy Shane was a decent guy, but I feel he did mislead me that the horrid panel gaps on the car were just how Chevy does it. The second I got it home under the lights of my garage it was apparent that the car had been resprayed, it wasnt just bad panel gaps. I am 99% sure the car had been rear ended. I brought the car back and they did exchange it which I suppose is better than nothing, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. However I was forced to make a hard choice between a poorly painted Corvette or some random car I didnt even want. I ended up purchasing the cheapest car on their lot just to cut my losses. I wish I had never gone to this dealership, worst car buying experience of my life. They guarantee a clean car fax, but NOT that the car has never been wrecked. They did offer me another Corvette from another auction, but I wasnt willing to make the $60k gamble on another unknown auction car. They never resold my Corvette to the public, so I can only assume they saw the poor paint as well AFTER the fact. Too bad they didnt catch it before I strolled in. I dont trust their inspection process at all, they must have a blind person check over the cars. It was raining and at night when I went in unfortunately, lesson learned. They charge $349 in dealer handling and then send you away with the gas light on. They did a terrible job detailing the car and on my way home it started smoking because of all the crap they sprayed in the engine bay. They do find good rates for auto loans, and they did try and help me with my complaints on the car(s) they sold me. Shane the sales guy did a fair job, but the sales manager was pretty unhelpful and uncaring. It wasnt ALL bad, but the things they missed ended up costing me a lot of money and time. I would avoid this place.Response to response: 1 - I discovered the damage the same night and called you first thing the next day, not a week later. You were closing as I left, and I left you a message the next business day before you even opened. That is some incredibly fast title work during hours you arent even open for business 2 - I sold that Subaru you sold me and bought another $60k car from someone else, it had nothing to do with budget. 3 - Nobody encouraged me to get the car re-inspected again. I trusted you. 4- You didnt have no-haggle pricing as I haggled and got a lower price.

The experience at Weston started out great, but once the car they sold us had issues the experience went downhill quickly. The car we purchased came with a 3 month warranty- our car was in the shop within the first two weeks with promises that the lead mechanic, Joe, would take care of everything. Our suspension on our Range Rover was squeaking so badly with every bump and turn we were so thankful for the warranty. It turns out, Joe, was only creating temporary fixes each time that it went into the shop. Now, one year later, with the same issues occurring we are out thousands of dollars and will never return to Weston.Its very disappointing that the issue was never resolved nor was there ever an attempt. The warranty was not honored and we were constantly lied to about our car being good to go. Even though the sales staff was great, it doesnt help with the fact that this dealership lied to us time and time again about our car being fixed when nothing was even being attempted.Disappointing, at best and definitely not recommended.

Excellent car dealership. I purchased a Subaru BRZ with very low miles at a price I could not find anywhere else! Tony was very easy to work with. I already had a pre approved low intrest rate auto loan and he was able to find me an even lower one. I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased. It was a great buying experience. I was impressed with how quickly I got in and got out with the keys. Thanks again Tony.

I had the most awkward and unsettling experience. I had to go into the show room and wait around for 10 minutes before the sales man would greet me or acknowledge me after having direct eye contact 3 different times. I asked to see a vehicle I have been watching online for two months and he reluctantly grabbed the keys. I proceeded to tell him how on Friday I totaled my car and am looking to replace it. By the way the car I was looking at has 100 horsepower less than my car and cost and still is worth more than the car I was looking at. I wanted to drive it and the salesman stammered to respond with a bs response about how we have to have numbers agreed to before I drive it. I could understand if we were looking at ferraris or lambos, but its a 36k sports car. I know this to not be a real policy as I have driven faster more expensive sports cars here in the past with no issues. The fact the salesman wearing flip flops and cargo shorts was pre judging and thinking I couldnt afford the car or was serious really agitated me. You dont know my credit, income, my age or anything. Im pretty sure I would have no issues and am serious after my more expensive faster car just got totaled. It was insulting and condescending when he kept trying to show me 10 year older cars and way cheaper cars. Not to mention I have friends in the car business and know that his excuse is what people use when they think someone cant buy or is a waste of time. Pathetic experience I will never forget.

If you want cliff-notes, go down to my last paragraph. But this is how I get there...I really dislike writing negative reviews, especially when the experience started off optimistically. I have to say that at first Tony (in sales) was very quick to respond to my requests and provide information. He seems like a kind guy and I dont doubt that he is, but unfortunately I feel a lot of things were left out that shouldve been identified in the buying process...1. Initially when we spoke on the phone I wanted verbal confirmation on the cars shape both interior and exterior. Both which he stated were in immaculate condition and based on the photos it seemed as such. When I arrived, I found that there was a tear on the side skirt (that requires $275 worth of repair), and damage to the interior handle (not covered by warranty) that costs $350 to repair. None of this was mentioned prior to my 800+ mile drive to the dealership. I understand that used cars come with quirks and damage here and there, but to outwardly say it was in immaculate condition was a lie that is in the end costing me almost $700. Upon finding this out and identifying it to Tony, he spoke with his service man (whom I dont remember and its best I dont remember because I would blast him whole-heartedly) who came out and immediately started declaring that I was hiding the fact that I had been in an accident and that my trade-in was damaged goods. He was actually very insulting, condescending, and confrontational in his attitude. At that point they told me that since my vehicle had supposedly been repainted (Ive owned it from day one of its existence and it had not), that the damge was a wash. Instead of continuing to argue with the guy, I decided to let it go, I could cover the cost of repair. Which I would not have if I knew about #2. (Plus his attitude was pushing closer to wanting an altercation than a discussion, and that wouldve been fun.)2. The car I purchased from them was in an accident not identified on the CarFax. Come to find out that the parking sensors for parking assistant were actually painted over, causing $1,500 worth of damage not to mention who knows what other type of damage that may come from the accident in the future. Maybe his paint meter didnt work on that model of car (sarcasm)? It sure worked on mine (again, sarcasm)! Had this type of stuff been identified before-hand, I wouldve been more accepting of it. Not to mention the condescending attitude I received during purchase just shows what type of sales and service pitch they have going.3. Finally, after purchase and drive it off the lot, come to find out an option that they used as a selling point (Lane Departure Warning) on their advertisement, actually did not even exist on the car. Its unfortunate that in the immediate inspection Im not looking for that specifically, because had I known how to look for it, I wouldve (its a button on the lower portion of the dash for those of you buying a BMW). So this was an added feature that they used to mark their price up on the customer, that did not actually exist.Conclusion. To me, writing this is unfortunate, but my ultimate goal is to make sure that future customers that use Weston Auto Gallery (as well as others that dont guarantee their product like Weston, to be honest) be more thorough and DEFINITELY have an independent inspector look at the vehicle prior to purchase. It wouldve saved me shy of $2,500 worth of repairs right off the lot, off of an already marked up price, with ficticious added on options, all due to lack of integrity on their part. I dont want to say dont go to their dealership, because if you find a car you like, GET IT. But definitely make sure you come armed with an independent inspector, or drive it to one as part of your test drive.Do not take Weston Auto Gallery at their word, and hire an independent inspector. First car shopping make me want to go to the dentist all day long.....HA!! Second, I thought having a BMW CPO would give me a better trade in value at BMW and at Mercedes Benz of Loveland, Thought wrong, actually they gave me the worst trade in value I have ever experienced. Im so glad that my wife stood firm and told them what to do with their offers(actually we were respectful). 2 weeks later I found a vehicle that I wanted to look at on their internet website, called Weston Auto Gallery in Fort Collins, explained my situation, they said they would help me get into the car I wanted with ease(Uh huh Ive heard that before).....I arrived at the dealership with car and title in hand, met with Phil and discovered he remembered my situation from 2 weeks prior(pretty good memory, Id say), Looked at 2 vehicles and before I knew it he offered me a number for my trade in, applied me to a loan, and whala i was driving out of the dealership with a 2010 Mercedes Benz ML 350!!!!!! All I can say is he was totally right.....with ease. My complements to the professionalism and honesty that Phil and his crew work with giving you the respect you deserve......If my wife feels that we got a great deal then we got a great deal!!!! Is it possible to give Tony and his team 10 stars?Well, all I can say is KUDOS to the entire Weston Auto Gallery team. I have been searching for a quality used SUV for a while.So, last weekend, I was searching Craigslist for my next SUV. My search criteria included: BMW X3 or X5, Mercedes ML or GL class, or Infiniti FX or QX. My results returned quite a few vehicles within the years I provided, 2011-2015. I reviewed quite a few listings and narrowed it down to Weston Auto Gallery because they have a wide variety of the luxury SUVs Im interested in. I visited their website and it was very easy to navigate. In addition, I utilized Google to perform more research on the company, and read through several reviews.When browsing their online inventory, the optics clearly indicate that Weston Auto Gallery has raised the standard in terms of QUALITY luxury used vehicle sales and service. Here are the steps:- First, I performed some research and reviewed other local used-car dealers in metro area. Quite a few of them have really good reviews... I am a Denver native (born and raised in Park Hill), and have owned several vehicles including Honda, Toyota, Chevy, Ford, Hyundai, Acura, and of course, Infiniti. I adore the Infiniti FX and QX vehicles. I have dealt with many individuals in sales and service, so I am not a newbie. Weston is the real deal.- Next, after my research, I decided that I would most likely purchase my next vehicle from Weston Auto Gallery, either during the weekend, or in the very near future, so, I made it easy on myself and completed the secure, on-line credit application.- I received a call from Tony that afternoon, indicating that I was pre-approved. We discussed some of the vehicles I was interested in, and he invited me down for a visit.- I drove 1hr and 32 minutes from Highlands Ranch to Fort Collins, the same day.- Without hesitation, I was provided with the keys to drive my Mercedes ML350.- I drove the vehicle so much, I got lost. After about 1.5 hrs, I ended up in Wellington, Co. I called Tony, and he told me to keep driving because he gassed it up, and there were no worries.I was absolutely impressed with the vehicle, and Tonys team @ Weston Auto Gallery.I purchased my Mercedes ML350 that day, and I am extremely satisfied.Also, I have a new Uncle. I bought a 2010 Cadillac Escalade from these guys, nothing but problems. The car had been wrecked, maybe totaled, then repaired. Nothing appears on the CarFax. When I took the car to a Cadillac dealer, we found that the VIN numbers had been changed. The VIN on the dashboard DOES NOT match the frame, and the engine is a third VIN number. It is only because I have a relationship with Cadillac that I was able to get rid of the car, but lost about $8000!!I should have known not to trust these guys, but I did and got burned. IF YOU BUY A CAR HERE, TAKE IT TO A DEALER AND GET IT CHECKED!! THESE GUYS BUY AUCTION CARS, REPOS AND WRECKS . AND DONT BELIEVE THE CARFAX . DEALERS LIKE THESE GUYS KNOW HOW TO MANIPULATE THE SYSTEM.
