Awful customer service in the service department. They rescheduled my appointment from the main service area to the express service. Then that group wouldnt/couldnt even complete the repair. Even worse, the express service folks starting arguing with me about making the appointment in the wrong area. To me, it seemed like they just didnt want to be bothered with the repair. I wasted a whole morning with rescheduled work and daycare for nothing. Buying beware!

I have a 2019 Ram that was making a strange binding noise when turning the wheel back and forth and also some shaking in the steering. I explained the problem to Jim and he told me by lunch they would have a diagnosis. Lunch time rolls around and Jim calls to tell me there is no problem with the truck and the sound I am hearing is the wheels rubbing the inside of the fender. I tried to explain that this was not the sound I was hearing and that the tires wouldnt make 1) a binding noise if the truck wasnt moving 2) the tires only rub at full lock which was not the issue at all. Jim is apparently much smarter than me and did not want to be told he might be incorrect. I told him I would come and pick up the truck if they were not going to fix it. Arriving at the dealership I got the pleasure to talk to Jim again who informed me that I needed to pay $125 for an inspection fee, which seems strange because nothing was diagnosed or repaired. I questioned the charge and Jim said I wont charge you again if you bring it back which immediately turned into a back peddling act limiting the timeframe to a week or two. Anyway, I took the truck to a different shop that easily found and replaced the bad tie rod end. The truck doesnt bind or shake anymore but I am still out $125 for Jims expert inspection. Long story short... this is why people dont trust dealerships or their arrogant and untruthful service departments.

I needed a newer truck and I was having a hard time finding ANYTHING. The shortage in trucks all through out Colorado is real. I first went to Dodge Greeley and the salesman that I was speaking to, decided to take off for the weekend before I got there. Great salesman that guy was, so I then texted a person from the Fort Collins Dodge. He asked me what my number was and that a salesman would call me. Aaron called me within 10 min and I told him I needed a Diesel truck preferably used. He said Well we got a 2018 Limited that just came him and I said I am on my way He then said We close at 7:30 just so you know. I rolled up at 7 and Aaron was standing outside the dealership waiting for me. He quickly introduced himself and we walked straight to the truck. I knew it was meant to be and Aaron knew it too. I took a quick test drive and after I parked it, I walked into the dealership. Aaron and I spoke and we got the paperwork started. Jorge was the Sales manager and he was working hard to get me into the truck. The Finance manager *sorry I forgot your name* He was also working hard. All three of them were EXTREMELY nice, they knew what they were talking about and they were happy and willing to stay late to help purchase this perfect truck. The next day I had to grab some stuff out of my truck and move into my new one and the service manager came up to me and introduced himself. Gave me his card and said If ANYTHING happens give me a call and we will get everything taken care of.Overall this was the best Car Experience Ive had. The Team Members for this dealership are great. You will be taken care of.

I have a 2019 ram 5500 that has been in the shop for 2 months! It was going to be done 1 month ago and it’s still there. Then they said it wasn’t covered under warranty, yet it is still well under warranty coverage. I also have bought 5 trucks from them:/. 🤦‍♂️ 2 months durning the summer for a landscape company that needs it. I’ve been told day after day it will be finished.

Sales was great. But service is not. My wife called about our brand new 2021 Durango leaving oil spots everywhere we park it and was greeted with attitude. So I am taking it to a different dealership to have it looked at. The General Manager contacted us about the issue we had with.the service person. He went out of his way to rectify the situation, and had our issue promptly corrected by an extremely kind and professional service person. Thank you so much, Mr. Hardy for all you did. Again, wanted to stress that our sales people and finance person were amazing.

Just want to thank James and Cameron and the technicians who worked on my 2008 Ram diesel during the period July 30 to August 3. I was passing through on a trip from my home in Washington towing my fifth wheel when the engine started running rough. You fit me into your busy schedule and concluded that the turbo needed replacing. Your technicians completed the job more quickly than I expected. And your shuttle crew transported me both ways from the Lakeside KOA. My truck has been running great ever since! Having mechanical problems on the road isn’t much fun but you guys made it as painless as possible and allowed us to finish our trip with only a one day delay. Thanks again for your assistance!

Terrible experience with the service department. I had my car diagnosed at a different place for $120. I contacted Chrysler about them covering the repair, but they said I had to have the local dealership diagnose the problem before they would assist. I took it to Fort Collins Chrysler and they gave me attitude immediately, and said it would cost over $800 just to look at the car! I guess if you want to pay 8 times what other places charge, go here. Otherwise stay away from this place, and stay away from Chrysler. (A 3 year old car should not have an AC condenser spring a hole in it and require $2000 in repairs.)

Called to order parts for my Ram. Horrible customer service in the Ram Parts department. I asked to speak to the manager about matching the MOPAR website price and was hung up on (by the manager). I bought my 2020 Ram there and it will be the only business they get from me ever. All my upgrades are MOPAR and will be bought else where from now on.Everyone in the parts department should be re-trained and that “manager” should be fired immediately.Follow up: I want to thank the dealership owner for reaching out to me to address this situation.He took time during his lunch to listen to my issues and had them corrected in the same day. I wasn’t expecting the owner to reach out but I am very happy that he did and he’s also very understanding. I will be picking up the parts I need tomorrow as they are having them shipped same day at no extra costs.They have earned these 5 stars!I also want to say that I normally work on my own vehicles but I have let them service my new truck for warranty purposes and have been very happy with the service department.

I’m trying to figure out how to give this place 10 stars! We were on a journey with our RV and encountered an issue with our Dodge. Still under warranty, but time was of the essence as we had several reservations in line that we would miss out on. Jesse and his crew went above and beyond to get the work done on time. They needed a part and one was located in a nearby dealership. He sent someone to get the part for us! Since we were parked at least 20 minutes away, they transported us back to our Rv to wait and then delivered our truck early!! Can’t recommend them enough! Go here!!

Dodge service was able to get my Charger in within about 7 days from when I contacted them. I was having a small oil leak. It was found to be the engine mount supports. They were able to get the parts needed in by the next day and my vehicle was back to me by the following day. So a total of 3 days, not bad.

All I can say is what an amazing parts department. I needed a part for my older dodge caravan. they explained to me that the part was discontinued but they found a place that still had one. They offered to even ship the part next day so I could get my car back on the road quicker. my dodge is back on the road thanks to this 5 star team. Thank you guys. You have a customer for life.

Beware, do not take your used vehicles to trade in here, they have nice and friendly salesman but they won’t hesitate to low ball you on anything you want to trade in. I went in to ask about trade in offered and look at a few vehicles to get a sense of what I would like to buy. The salesman was nice, however after they “inspected” my vehicle they offered me $10,000 less than the Kelly blue book value of my vehicle. My truck is a 2008 with 55,000 miles on it but they offered me the amount with the average mileage of vehicles that age around 185,000 miles. It just makes you feel like you are wasting your time and you are wasting theirs.

Yesterday I had the suspension system on my 2016 grand Cherokee replaced. Devin McLeod went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! The only thing that I wasn’t pleased with was the lack of a donor car to use while it was in the shop for the whole day or the lack of a rental. It seems there aren’t enough rentals to go around for the clientele going through the service department. I purchased my vehicle there. I’d like to feel that I am valued but here I feel like they miss the mark or opportunity to shine. Gone are the days of taking care of the client from beginning to end. When you drive off the lot, you’re on you’re own! Good luck out there!

Update: Steve Hardy GM called me and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. I will be bring my truck back if I ever need anything else. Thanks Steve!Terrible service. Went in for recall work and have tires rotated and balanced. After confirming when I made the appointment that they could balance 35 tires I was told 30 minutes after the truck was dropped off they could not. I advised Matt to not rotate or balance the tires. I show up to pay and they are charging me for a tire rotation in which I confirmed over the phone to not perform. Matt said yep work is done sorry you can pay to have it undone. You signed to have it done so we did it. No manager on site and Matt had a terrible attitude. I would highly recommend anyone other dealer to do work or purchase a vehicle from.

My husband and I spent a week working with a sales person trying to find a new vehicle. We finally found one, decided to trade in our car for it, and had him get all the paperwork ready. He told us to come in at 5:30 to sign the paperwork and bring in our trade-in. We got a babysitter and drove 40 minutes to the dealership ready to finish everything up and take our truck home. When we got there, The manager said “oh, I thought you already bought it, we just sold it.” He was very nonchalant about it like it didn’t matter to him. We have purchased quite a few vehicles here but we will not be returning.

Sales person was a snake in the grass, promising me a payment with all the taxes included to be a much lower payment than what was billed. Got the bill and the payment is much higher than what was promised. As soon as the lease is up on the vehicle, we will return it and never go back to Dodge for this deceit.

Worked with Brian in service. He was very helpful, thorough and knowledgable. I had some issues with my car batteries, one which had warranty with another company and he stepped in to help me try and get that taken care of. Always pricey when it comes to getting work done and he did not pressure me to just get the battery from Jeep and helped best he could to save me some money! I am always nervous taking my car places because of prices but I have never felt that this dealership or service department is there to just to make money, everyone has always been helpful.

I went in to look at Chargers and Josh Tarro was a huge help, he helped me find the car that I wanted and took care of me. His manager Jorge was also very helpful and gave me a great experience. There was an issue with finding the car I purchased, which wasn’t the fault of Fort Collins Dodge. I had a problem with a windshield wiper on my 2015 Ram since I bought the truck new. Because I dont drive the truck too often and it doesnt rain often in Colorado and I live a ways from the dealership, I hadnt done anything about it. Six years later when I asked the dealership to address the issue, Bob Lee, service manager, recognized that it was a factory defective wiper arm and replaced it at no cost. World class service. I am still waiting for it to rain so I can try it out.

I when today at the Truck Shop for Pick up my 2500 Ram, then Jesse (Manager) unfortunately was out the state. then I met with his replacement Mr. Bob Lee (Service Manger), This character is not suitable for Jesses position, or to be a manager, I know people with less school if this guy has any! with better education! Vulgar, unprofessional, arrogant: I WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR VEHICLE AND TELL YOUR ATTORNEY TO CALL ME. Oddly, Jesses assistant came out to apologize! I understand how bad it is to ruin the reputation of a business, I know that Jesse and his staff are a 5-star shop, take care of their reputation, not everyone is fit to hold key positions. In my opinion, the assistant is the most qualified to assume the position in the absence of Jesse. Bob Lee would qualify him for a position outside the Shop where he doesnt interact with customers. (Removing snow outside the shop). So after being treated vulgarly by Bob, I went with Mr. Steve, manager of Fort Collins Dealer at South College. Steve, a professional in his position, resolved the situation in less than 15 minutes through the guarantee of my 2017, RAM-2500. Thanks Steve, I will continue doing business in the future with your professional Manager representation. So 5 stars for Steve who is the face of this dealer.

Jesse in the fleet service center was truly outstanding. I was passing through Fort Collins on my way to the north west when the throttle control and check engjne lights came on and the car briefly went into limp mode (no power). I called the service center and Jesse agreed to fit in an initial assessment in the next hour and go from there. He did as promised and determined that there was an issue w/ the electronic throttle control, cruise control and -- completely unrelated-- an outstanding factory recall on the cooling system electrical fan. He found and ordered parts and promised to complete the work by noon the next day which he did. All of this he did when I didnt have an appointment and at a time when I know his center was busy. I was able to continue my travel by 1pm the next day and did not experience any additional throttle control issues on the trip.

Worked with MATT in the service department. My appointment is at a specific time. he makes eye contact with me, and another customer comes in. he helps that person first. So i get to him, aggravated. and his mind is absent from understanding that i have been waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment to get help.Needless to say, i am DONE with you dealership. it is full of disgusting people that have ZERO personality. I filed a lawsuit against FCA due to my repetitive problem, and disrespect i received from this boy.

Went in for a 37000 mile oil change. Differential fluid was in need of replacing and apparently I had an oil leak from the drive train housing ( not very common I’m told). Fortunately I was still under warranty. All was done and I drove away! Very awesome service from Tanner and his team!!!!
