I came here back in February to look at a little school bus they had. It looked to be in beautiful condition, very clean, Mikey kept talking about all the work they’d put into it and that it shouldn’t need any work done for quite some time. I was living in my car with my dog and had saved up as much as I could to get us something to convert into a home. I gave them almost everything I had for this bus. I drove it maybe a handful of times since I spent most of my time working on the inside, but that’s all it took to break down. After pouring even more money into this bus, I found out the engine was shot and pretty much useless. Mikey was really great during the whole purchasing process, so I was hoping this wasn’t something they were expecting, but after I reached out and have received no response, I’m turning to reviewing. I’m hurt at the carelessness of this business, taking from people who have nearly nothing and leaving them with less.

Dont waste your time going there. I waited outside for about 15 minutes until some sketchy looking guy with dreads came up and asked if I was supposed to be there... Then Rob came out and told me hed be right with me, I waited another 20 minutes outside and finally left. I can safely say if youre ethnic you definately shouldnt waste your time here. Extremely rude to me but a Caucasian couple walked up and were immediately helped.

It was a pleasure buying a car at Auto Warehouse. Several weeks ago I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sport as-is. I had not had a chance to get it checked out by a mechanic, so I was offered a 24-hour window to get it looked at, and could bring it back if there was anything major wrong. It did have an electrical issue that drained the battery. This was repaired at no charge! The car was in otherwise excellent condition. The sales department was easy to work with and true to their word.

We got a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I took the car to Louisiana for my Daughter’s wedding. It ran beautiful. The car is clean and has run like a dream ever since we got it. The people are friendly and easy to work with. Mike was the most helpful sales person I have ever worked with. We really appreciate this company and the wonderful people they have working there. They have nice cars in good condition. We would definitely return as customers and send more business there way.

Got a vehicle at the end of last year from the company. Was told that they had replaced the stereo and that was all that was told to us. Come to find out that the wiring throughout the vehicle was messed up and they disconnected the entertainment system. And most importantly they never had the safety check done on the vehicle. The breaks were metal on metal and the calipers were cracked and started leaking brake fluid after leaving the dealership. They have called the sales guy who helped us a liar and myself and husband a liar as well. They do not care for the safety of the vehicles or the people who are purchasing the vehicle. They have been reported to the BBB. Please do not buy a vehicle from this place. Your safety and well being are more important than getting into a new vehicle. Please look elsewhere for a vehicle.

I went to the car lot with various cars in mind after checking out the inventory online I ended up buying an older less expensive car that I didnt even have on my list to look at. Mike was super helpful and not pushy. The car was a great deal. It unfortunately got totaled before my paper tag expired. My insurance company ended up giving me the same amount I paid for it. I waited a few weeks to post this review to make sure we were still pleased with our purchase. Our only family vehicle got totaled a few weeks ago when another car slid into us on the icy roads. We looked online to find vehicles in our price range (everywhere from Denver to Greeley to Longmont) and immediately saw a Honda Odyssey van here in Fort Collins at Auto Warehouse. We figured we would drive it here and then price shop at other places and look at other vans. However, when we got to Auto Warehouse, we immediately felt good about what we saw; the cars there were all higher-end, clean, well-maintained. The buyer is clearly very selective about what they get on the lot. While some were older or with higher mileage, they were all the kinds of cars that would have a good second life. Michael was really helpful in talking about the Honda and about his experience with similar vehicles. The van was in great shape, and Auto Warehouse gave us a good deal and agreed to fix the two very minor cosmetic issues (a broken windshield wiper and chip in the windshield). When we opened the hood, the engine was immaculate. I didn’t know car engines could be that clean. They let us take it to a mechanic, and they found it to be in good shape. We’ve been driving it for a few weeks now and are still just as pleased as when we bought it. We didn’t feel pressured into buying, but we had just shopped for a family vehicle two years ago, so we knew what we were looking for and what our price range was. In the end, we didn’t end up driving other vehicles. We’d done enough research to know this was a good deal, and we appreciated the competence, knowledge, and effort that Michael and the others there displayed. We bought the car that day, and in the midst of a crazy busy family schedule with three kids, we were so grateful to not have to spend more time looking. I would recommend this place to others, and next time we have the luxury of planning ahead and looking for a particular vehicle, I’ll be more than happy to have Auto Warehouse track it down for me.

Thank you Auto Warehouse. You made it possible for me to buy a car that was safe and affordable. This 2001 Saturn S-Series will most likely stay in our family for quite a few years to come. It runs very well. When I took it to my mechanic, they said it was in good shape... a good buy. All I had to do was replace the brake system (typical for this age of car) and change out the spark plugs and wires for a good tune-up. Buyers, just remember, on top of the selling price there is a $399 sellers fee that will get tagged on. Experienced car buyers would know this, but I forgot until we were sitting down at the desk to pay the bill. There was a slight shock to my system because of this, but because the price for the car came in so low, it was easy to swallow.

The folks here are genuine and friendly. We couldnt make the deal work, but it wasnt for lack of trying. Over the course of 5 days we spent about 10hrs and $175 negotiating, getting a mechanic to check out the truck, and working on financing. They bought us lunch during a 6hr stretch at the dealership on Saturday and the friendly salesman even provided some free life coaching and granola. Following a test drive we were verbally promised a full tank of gas with vehicle purchase, a non binding agreement that was made good on with a full 3/4 tank. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to folks who dont mind good people trying to sell you good cars in the context of contractual protection inherent with any car dealership.

The customer service is extraordinary, Leah and Ryan were very impressive and thourough. The paper work and dealing with the bank was a painless process and I maybe spent 30 minutes before we could seal the deal. Being a first time buyer this was not what I was expecting! We are from South Dakota, and were looking for a BMW for my wife, when she found one at Auto Warehouse via the web. Collins.John helped us when we arrived, with the car (2007 BMW X5) being exactly as advertised - actually was in better condition than the pictures indicated. We test drove the car and made the purchase.As luck would have it, we had a problem as we were leaving.
