When I first walked in, the place was gorgeous. Lovely ladies everywhere. When I started picking out dress and trying them on, Ms. Jessica was helping me put them on but there was no attention or assistance beyond that and then told us three we were out of time which was not very nice when we weren’t helped much. Sweet and very kind but felt kind of left to the side. The other bride next to me was given all the attention while my two best friends were trying to help me. I believe she was spread too thin and should have handled only one bride. Overall beautiful dresses but not the one yet.

I knew that looking for a dress I would come here. The entire staff here is so much fun and so kind. They were so helpful too with advice and the knowledge they had for each dress. I tried on at least 10 dresses and the second one I tried on ended up being my wedding dress. I couldn’t be more excited for the big day! Thank you to everyone for helping me say yes to the dress 🥂

My daughter said Down with the Gown!!! We had a private appointment here and absolutely loved it. Very friendly and patient as my daughter tried on dresses. I had such a wonderful experience at Encore! After changing directions with my dress, I only had about 3 months until my wedding and knew that my options might be limited. This bridal shop has the most unique dresses you will find! I loved 5-8 dresses here where as other places I only found 1-2 dresses I liked. What a fun atmosphere, location and accommodating customer service! If you dont go to Encore when browsing dresses, you are missing out!

I wish I had a better experience at this shop, but I really didn’t. When I was greeted and looking at dresses the owner said, “the plus size gowns are over here.” I was mortified as it was my first time shipping and I’m a street size 12 (didn’t realize bridal gowns are much smaller!)Secondly, I ordered a gown with straps and wanted to add sleeves to it. I was assured that the gown designer did that request frequently and it always turned out well- mine did NOT. They did not listen to my vision and when I received the dress I was really sad. Ultimately, the shop sent me lace appliqués so that I can go get them fixed. I was quoted A LOT of money to have this done so I’m not going to be able to wear this $2,400 gown to my wedding. So disappointed and I feel like I was just used for my money; the dress really should have been sent back to production so that they can fix it. I’m also going to ask that the shop not respond to my review if possible, I’m really just trying to move on from this experience and would rather not hear a defense response that is completely inaccurate.

I was so happy with the dress I found at Encore Bridal. I chose the Marlowe dress by Wilderly (Allure). It was unique, stunningly beautiful, and it fit me like a glove. The size we chose when we ordered my dress ended up fitting so perfect, all I needed altered was the hem line. The staff at Encore was friendly and knowledgable about their products. I had a great time trying on dresses with my friends and mother-in-law. The best part of my experience was that initially, my dress wasnt supposed to be delivered until 1 month before my wedding. It ended up getting here more than a month ahead of schedule, so my seamstress had plenty of time to make alterations. Thank you to the Encore Bridal staff for helping me choose the perfect dress for my wedding day!

Want to be bold and wear a black dress? They have 2 beautiful options currently! Did I mention that they are super affordable? The staff is incredible and they make you feel so comfortable and pressure free. Neve helped me try on some really amazing gowns and she really listened to what I was wanting. She nailed the key styles I was looking for and really helped me finalize some of my desired details such as shape. I would definitely recommend this boutique for any and all brides.

I was so excited to shop for my wedding dress at Encore Bridal! Located in the heart of Downtown Fort Collins, there isnt a cuter wedding dress store in Colorado. I didnt think I would find anything I liked in my price range, but I knew I had to at least go! I was pleasantly surprised when I learned all of the gowns were under $2,000. Out of all of my wedding dress shopping experiences, I had the best time here. Noel was my stylist, and she was such a joy to work with! I found my dream dress there, and it came in just a couple of months. Unfortuantely, the manufacturer sent a dirty dress. Jessica, the shop owner, tried to clean it for me, but she was unsatisifed with the final result and offered to order me another dress. When the second one came in stained again by the manufacturer, Jessica went to bat for me. She secured a third dress and was extremely flexible with me so I was able to get it in plenty of time for alterations. I dont have enough good things to say about Jessica and her team at Encore Bridal! I cant wait for my BFF to get engaged so we can go back!!!!

Encore Bridal and my Stylist Neve were so amazing! My guests and I came in with lots of energy and they handled us well :) Neve made sure to listen to exactly what I wanted and had some great suggestions for alterations as well. Encore Bridal has the kindest staff and owner any bride could ask for and their customer service is top notch!I bought my dress with them back in October and had an amazing experience buying my first dress. Last week I went in for my second alteration appointment and realized I wasnt in love with my wedding dress anymore and did not feel beautiful. I was obviously upset knowing I would not feel pretty on my wedding day, so I decided to head into Encore to see what my options for a new dress would be or if I had time to get a new dress before the big day. Visibly upset, the staff member working stopped everything and started searching for another dress with me. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of, and like my budget was really respected - I had a small one, and was worried I might be treated differently because of that, but it wasn’t the case. I had no idea before I went in that Encore also had dresses that could be ordered (not samples or consignments), which was great because I don’t have “typical” measurements since having twins a year ago. Ultimately I chose a dress that Encore did not carry, but I would absolutely recommend Encore to anyone looking for a wedding dress in northern Colorado.

They have dresses from several designers, a budget rack upstairs, and plus size gowns. They also have plenty of veils and jewelery to try on with your dress and purchase. The staff is also fun and upbeat and youll be sure to leave with a smile on your face knowing youll be coming back.

I was so apprehensive to go wedding dress shopping. Marissa greeted us and we immediately felt so welcome! They have a wide variety of styles and price ranges and even allowed my family and I to pin some dresses we thought I may like which made the experience more fun and interactive. Marissa, along with other staff, were so encouraging and made me feel comfortable, confident, and more excited than ever. I absolutely fell in love with my dress! My sister who was there with me had already bought a dress for her wedding coming up a few months after mine, and to our surprise that same day ended up trying on a gown at Encore that we all fell in love with. Before leaving, we ended up with two wedding gowns and two ecstatic brides.

Wedding dress shopping is so hard and stressful but Marissa made it a very enjoyable and fun experience. She even put on my favorite artist so I could dance as I was trying on dresses and see what I was most comfortable in. When family was giving me so many different opinions, she pulled out the cutest (quietest puppy) to calm me down who was sleeping under her desk.We didnt even know he was there for the first hour. I just purchased one of Encore Bridals consignment gowns. The women at the store are helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. I made an appointment on Thursday and found a dress I really liked. The women held the dress for me, and allowed me to come back twice on Friday to take a second look - once with my Mom and once with two friends. When my Mom came to look with me we had two children in tow- I dont recommend this, but we had an emergency child care situation. I appreciate how understanding the owner of the store is.I worked with the owner, Jessica, and two additional staff members. I experienced the same level of high quality service with all three. The women did not pressure me into buying anything, and made me feel very comfortable.This is a smaller boutique, but they have a good selection of dresses and sizes. The new dresses are arranged by price, and consignment gowns are in a section by themselves. For brides looking, I suggest you inform the store of your size and any specific preferences. I am a fairly common size, but got VERY lucky. I was able to buy a dress off the rack and take it home that day!Thanks for the great service and help. First of all, I was visiting my mom from out of town and already had a dress that I was only okay with. We were on a mission to find a veil and sash that day. After going to a few different shops we ended up at Encore Bridal. The second we walked into the adorable store, Eliza greeted us kindly. I told her we were only looking for sashes and veils so I didnt make an appointment. They were very busy but still made it a priority to help us. As I said before, I already had a dress but one caught my eye from the corner of the store. I had to try it on. I did not have an appointment as we were not planning on trying dresses, my wedding was only 4 weeks away. Eliza let me try on the dress even though the store was packed and I fell in LOVE with it. At first we were unsure if I could get the dress in time but Eliza and the owner Jessica went out of their way to make it happen. I ordered the dress that day and it came to my front door step not even a week later, inspected by Jessica herself. I was SOOOOO happy I ended up at this bridal shop....I love my dress and cant thank them for bending over backwards to get me my dress in time :) Absolutely recommend this place to any bride looking for an awesome dress that is reasonably priced.

I was super nervous to go dress shopping, Im much more of a flannel and jeans type of person. My little sister knew how anxious I was to go dress shopping, and suggested we go to Encore first. She promised I would feel beautiful and relaxed in their shop. SHE WAS RIGHT! Jamie was amazing to work with. She made me feel completely comfortable trying on dresses and kept within my price range. She clearly knew her stuff and was able to advise me about each dress. She got to know me and made me feel confident and beautiful, like a real bride. If youre dress shopping, go no further than Encore, they were amazing!

I came in looking for a wedding dress. I loved the look of the shop as I was approaching. Its a smaller store with some excellent choices. Jessica greeted me right away & introduced herself. She was extremely helpful & not only did she point me in the right direction but she made some wonderful suggestions. I was there by myself so she showed me to the fitting room & helped me get in (& out of) dresses. I felt totally comfortable. She helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for and stayed UNDER my budget!! I would recommend this store to anybody needing assistance with finding the right dress. I also really appreciate the fact that Jessica is the stores owner & that THIS IS A LOCAL BUSINESS.

Im kind of disappointed that you cant just walk in and look around and possibly try on dresses. It looked absolutely stunning inside the shop, but no one was there or answering the phone when it said they were open.

While I didnt end up finding the dress at Encore, my trip there was very helpful and pleasant. They were incredibly patient with me not knowing what I was looking for, and very helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted. It was a great experience, they just didnt have as many options in the style I ended up loving.

Encore Bridal has a wonderful selection of gowns and accessories at great prices. The staff was very knowledgeable and nice. I will recommend this boutique to all my family and friends that are getting married. :)

The dresses were gorgeous. The associates were extremely helpful as we tried several bridesmaid dresses on all in very different styles. We had fun and were able to get the perfect dresses. Highly recommend an appointment here for anyone looking for that special occasion.

I can not say enough good things about Encore Bridal! I had no idea what to expect when shopping for a wedding dress, and Jessica (the owner) was such an amazing person to have helping me out. To be honest, I kind of dreaded squeezing myself into a sample sized dress. She was so kind and made me feel confident in every single dress I tried on. She has an amazing selection of dresses and accessories. Thank you Encore for making dress shopping painless and dare I say SO MUCH FUN! I wont be back for my dress since I already bought it there...but I will be telling ALL of my friends.

The shop is adorable and very welcoming. Staff is amazing and very good at helping pick out dresses. I was the only one in the shop and so I got all the attention I needed. They have a good variety of dresses and price ranges and all of their dresses are beautiful!

From passing by for the past year, I really didnt think theyd have a great selection of dresses. I was proven very wrong! Madison helped me at my first visit and I got to try on so many amazing dresses, I narrowed it down to two. Upon shopping at other places the dresses at Encore proved to be the best, and I came back for my favorite one! Im so happy I found my dress there! Jessica helped me at my other visits and was really kind and flexible with everything.

I almost never write reviews, but I had such an amazing experience at Encore Bridal that I felt like I needed to! Jessica was wonderful and gave great advice about designs and styles that would fit me best. Throughout the process, she was able to determine the specific styles/designs that I gravitated towards and would select the perfect dresses based on that. She was the one who found (and had me try on) the dress that I purchased. At other bridal shops, I felt like they were pushing me towards certain dresses just so they could get the sale. With Encore Bridal, I never once felt like she was pushing the sale on me, just genuinely being helpful and supporting the dress hunt! I was lucky enough to have the, THIS IS THE DRESS moment that every bride-to-be hopes for. Not only did I find the perfect dress, but it was well within my budget. I will be sending all my friends to Encore Bridal.

I just picked up my dress from Encore Bridal today and have had an amazing experience working with them. They were extremely helpful the entire way and were so friendly about me coming in multiple times to try on my dress before I decided it was the one I would buy. They never make me feel pressured about buying a dress from them and I felt like the gave me some great advice on which dresses to try. They even helped me hold my phone to facetime my parents when I finally found the one I wanted. Overall, a great experience!

Bought bridesmaids dresses here for a friend’s wedding and fell in love with the atmosphere and couldn’t help but trying on my wedding dresses for my own wedding. Beautiful dresses and very friendly consultants. Very helpful and great fashion sense. Dresses for days!!!!!
