This location doesnt follow the rules of sales. While everyone else has marked off 50% of their sale prices he doesnt follow all the other stores. Now they are not taking any returns and all sales are final. The artists are the ones that support this business so for them to not take stuff back really shows what kind of business model they have. I wouldnt bother going to this location for any of my supplies and just make the drive to Loveland.

I was at cosmoprof yesterday she rang up my purchase then I found my 10$ off coupon she would not accept my coupon. That upset me maybe that was store policy. Would have been a small price to pay for a happy customer.

Staff is always helpful in finding what you need, or making recommendations.

Store as it posted that they open at 8. So when I arrived at 8:05 and found the store still closed. Its the only hair product place open early enough to get what I needed before a deadline.

Great staff but the location not so much. Tough to find and they don’t carry as much as the larger location in Loveland does.
