Joanns always has what I need (other than 24 freaking vinyl for my silhouette that I sold out literally everywhere) great deals all the time, sometimes you have to pay attention when using coupons cause some dont crossover or dont apply and theres a long list of non discount able items, you just need to know where/how to look

Store is clean and full of crafty goodies. Every time Ive been the employees have been pleasant.

I am not one to leave a negative review as I worked in retail for many years but my experience at this location bothered me. My hopes is that a manager sees this review and makes adjustments. I went into this store with a 20% off coupon. That was the entire reason for my visit and accumulated about $60 worth of product. When I got the counter it was pointed out that I grabbed the wrong one and had brought the online version. I was disappointed but that was my own fault. She encouraged me to download the app. I told her the app doesnt work well plus I was not going to hold up a line for a 20% coupon. My irritation came when I realized the employee at the register next to me was helping another couple with a 20% coupon issue and she resolved it by scanning an extra that she keeps when customers dont want them. My gripe is that either this is acceptable or not. I didnt say anything as I understand that making a scene and whining is not worth it over a 20% coupon. Either way one of those cashiers may be in the wrong and I hope that is addressed.

Always find what I need. Staff is friendly & helpful. So many fun projects to do.

Love it i thought it was just fabric but its better then hobby lobby, other then the few employees who followed us around like we were stealing... We just liked the store people, not everyone is out to get you, you keep following people like that, and youll not only lose customers, but eventually your job, may want to remember we are the reason you have a job... Not very smart... May try again later we will see..

I went there with a basic idea of what I needed and with the help of two store associates left with everything and more, plus a great discount! They have A LOT of fleece!

There are some very rude salespeople at this location. As I was wondering the store trying to find what I was looking for, there were several workers who walked passed me, not even asking if I needed assistance. When I did stop one of them for help, she pretended to be helping the lady on the aisle. When the other customer said she didnt need any help, she went back to the task she was doing when I first stopped her. When I acknowledged her again, she looked to be really upset of me bothering her. She motioned to her earpiece saying she was listening to something someone was saying (even though she never responded, so it wasnt as if they were talking to her), afterwards she finally asked what did I need help with. I was so frustrated to find out they didnt even carry the item, after spending 2p minutes in the store, 10 of which was trying to get assistance. I will continue to shop at Michaels or if I absolutely have to go to Jo-Anns, Ill try the one in Loveland or Greeley.

Went in for fabric and was blown away by their selection. There’s nothing you can’t find and the prices are great. Constantly have things on sale and offer a MUCH bigger variety of things than I thought. Any crafting need you have could be fulfilled in this store. The male employee who was working checkout was the only person there, but was moving people through super quickly while still being super friendly and professional. I left feeling great about my purchase and experience. Definitely would recommend

Ive always been a fan of this store. What inclined me to write about it is their fantastic curbside pickup service!! Ive ordered curbside pickup three times now and have been impressed every single time. Someone comes right out the door the minute I pull up. Thank you for your hard work in these awful times!!

Takes items that are every day priced Marks them up to say they are on sale. This way coupons are no good. For one that is highly illegal to make every day pricing to say its on sale. Ite I was looking at was marked regular price 79.99 was told it was 99.99 and on sale.

Joanns is one of the few craft store that devotes an equal share of its floor space to the dying art of sewing. I love to sew, and while competitors SAY that they have fabric, they dont hold a candle to Joanns inventory. They also cant come close to the super support that they offer from their staff. They are knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. Im also interested in a ton of other crafts, as well, and the inventory that Joanns carries in all those areas is superb. Honestly, cant say enough good about them.

Great fabric/craft store. I shop here often. Today they didnt have what I was looking for -- superfine non-wool yarn. But neither did to other stores in town that I visited. On with the hunt.

Always enjoy shopping here. Staff is knowledgeable or will ask another associate or even look online for an answer. They will help take care of any coupon or sales issue and they price match with Michaels and Hobby Lobby. I feel like others have a negative experience because they dont ask and/or make assumptions. A++

I really like the store. It has great sales, good fabric options and excellent crafting supplies.The employees have always seemed a bit strained or distracted when Ive been there, but helpful nonetheless.Everything is always clean and clearly categorized and it is an easy shopping experience.I definitely recommend it for fabric purchases in Fort Collins.

Friendly / helpful staff. Reasonable prices and selection. Plenty of coupons on line. To make you time in line shorter, load your digital coupons before you get in line. It saves time.

I shop here way too often. Unfortunately, Fort Collins doesnt have a lot to offer as far as apparel fabric stores, so this is where I go. For the most part I enjoy shopping here because of the wide range of not only fabrics, but also other crafting supplies. The staff here however is the least happiest bunch in Fort Collins. If you dont mind going to a big chain and also dont mind being treated like a huge inconvenience, then this is the place for you. I work in customer service. Thank you Jo-Anns staff for reminding me to be a decent human being and to not treat people the way Ive been treated there. Its truly unfortunate. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Its worth the drive to go to a small business who deserves it.

The store is clean and bright and well signed. It can sometimes be hard to find an employee to help find something. The last couple of times Ive been there, theres only been one employee at checkout and 4-6 customers in line, so checkout has been slow. Employees have always been cheerful and helpful.

I have not been there in a while because previously I had very poor service, however i went back today and was very pleased because every employee i interacted with was very pleasant and willing to help. Excited to go back!

I would have given this store more stars, but lately I have not been overly pleased. The older staff have been around for a while and thats great when you talk to one of the few that still enjoy working there. Otherwise the older older and long term employees seem disgruntled or trying to make it through the day. This is noticeable in-store and on the phone when I call to locate something. The other disappointment is the lack of replenishment on fabrics that arent the majority. I know it is a smaller store compared to Loveland but they seem to be much slower on replenishing fabric that is a staple item/color, that is not fleece or cotton.

I thoroughly enjoy how all of the big box craft stores carry a different variety of products. I was very surprised to fall in love with the frames in their inventory. Of course, its also the only place to go for fabric.

Very unhappy with my experience. I came here for a sewing class and the instructor had one other in the class, I got hardly any help and I ruined my favorite pair of pants I was trying to hem.. urgh😞 it was a little discouraging

I shop here pretty regularly (beginning to question it) because Michaels is further to drive, but at least at Michaels you can generally track someone down to help you find something. I think at this Joanns they must happily stock the shelves in the middle of the night so as not to have to interact with customers. I NEVER can find a customer service person on the isles to help - complete Ghost town. If I really dont want to walk around to search you have to stand in line like youre buying something to speak with a rep. Not to mention, move the rubber stamps, but dont tell anyone? It wouldnt be too difficult to post signage where they used to be saying ..... moved to isle such n such ...., or..... maybe they are discontinued? who knows ??! The cashiers are reasonably friendly as been my experience. This store is just too corporate or poorly managed? I dont see any customer surveys on the bottom of my receipts like Best Buy, Office Max, etc....I dont think Joann corporate really cares. Overall, just a weird vibe, too bad.

Found what I needed with the help of friendly staff and enjoyed meandering thru the craft items instead of only the fabrics. The only clunker was the website showed 40 percent off coupon for the dates but no bar code. Staff couldnt figure it out either So I only got 30 percent off one reg. Priced item.

Big selection but seems pricier than other craft stores. The woman who helped me didn’t know and couldn’t find lace. I finally found it and was bummed it cost so much.

I have never had such a horrible time as trying to order items online from Jo-Anns website. I had heard of their Cyber Monday sales and was excited as I work late and wasnt able to make it to the store. Unfortunately they dont have their site set up to accommodate the volume of orders, or so I was told, as nothing went right. To start with my card was ran twice for both of the transactions I attempted to purchase, yet I was informed by their website that my card could not in fact be charged at all. When I called their costumer service in the morning as the charges were still pending on my bank account, the person I spoke to while nice enough had no idea what I was talking about. He suggested I attempt to order my things again, as the sale was still going on and despite still having the items in my cart many were already sold out. I attempted to order what items that remained, and once again my card was ran several times but I was told I could not order anything. My room mate order the few items that were still in stock, and it worked fine for her but it took so long for Jo-Anns to ship that some of the items, that we had order conformed for, ran out and are no longer being shipped to us. Apparently even if you order something, if they dont have it due to their lack of planing you just dont get the item. I will not be ordering from their shop again, and am considering avoiding their locations in person in the future.

I was shopping for a shadow box I found online that stated 3 in store. I went into the store and asked for some assistance. This girl made me walk around with her looking for it quickly. Then says to me, Ill have to look in the back. I said, never mind! Gee, she sounded and acted like she didnt want to help me anymore!

Inconsistent sales clerks; some are wonderful assistants...while others avoid the opportunity to assist. Sounds like a mismatch for some employees. Happens jn everybusiness...but, mgmt shouldnotice and retrain or replace.

The staff are usually very nice, there is always a good coupon to use, things are kept stocked and good seasonal rotation of craft stuff. I enjoy their costume line of fabrics too, as well as the volume of fabrics to shop.

This place is ALWAYS understaffed. Its amazing how cheap these people are. There are literally half a dozen sales people at a time. There is always a line to get fabric cut and always a line to pay. If you dont have a solid couple of hours to dedicate to being here, dont come. Ive had to skip out on getting 100+ bucks of fabric because I couldnt wait in line for half an hour. Do yourself a favor and go to any other fabric or craft store. This one doesnt care enough about its customers to be properly staffed.

They have super good fabrics and the spraypaint there is fairly cheap, as an art student its a great place tofind alot of the supplys you need, just know they dont really have large posterboards

I really really loved when they changed locations, they had their friendly staff transfer and it was great. They stopped giving student discounts, they spelled my name way wrong and got info wrong on the coupons. Tried changing it several times.Now when you go the staff seems grouchy and avoids contact completely. Ive even had customers come up to me asking me where things were and talking about projects, and I was dressed nothing like I had worked there.My most recent visit the cashier was sighing at people while checking out, I set down the stuff I was going to purchase and just left I was so frustrated. Sad to say I wont be going here anymore.

First off, I am pretty allergic to cinnamon and I HATE holiday season at Joanns!!! I immediately get light headed and a headache in this store. Second, the staff is typically very rude to me. I always check Wal-Mart, Hobby Lobby and Michaels before coming here but all too often they dont have what I want.Today I wanted to look at some fur that was really high up on a shelf. The first person I saw was busy with a customer. The second person I saw said she was going to break and to take a number from the cut counter and they would help me when my number was called. I thought that was silly because Id have to wait in line for 15 min and then take them away from the counter when there were other people that worked there. I found another lady standing in an aisle staring at something on the shelf. I asked if there was someone that could get the fur down that I wanted to see. She told me to take a number at the cut counter and wait in line. I said ok...... Can no one else get it down? Which was a genuine question since she was the second person to tell me that. She rolled her eyes and said UGH I GUESS I can get it down for you but youre going to have to take a number and wait in line to get it cut anyways!. I said I know that but I dont even know which one I want yet. Anyways, after I found my fabric the lady that cut it was nice.

Well stocked, have to hunt staff for questions or to cut fabric.

JoAnn has a great selection of craft items of all kinds. This store is always messier than the typical JoAnn Store so be prepared to dig through clutter. And as with most JoAnn stores, the lines at the check are almost always long.

Cant beat the prices here. Every other crafter in town knows this too bc you will be waiting in a long check out line. I have never needed to go to any other craft store in town.
