I absolutely loathe high pressure sales.So imagine my delight when I found a dealer that I could trust! That is exactly what I got with Shannon and RJM. They are auto brokers with a passion for finding the right vehicle for their clients. We purchased a 2016 Subaru Forrester from them and could not be happier.From start to finish, the entire transaction was easy and pressure free. Shannon presented us with multiple potential vehicles, we selected the one we were interested in, and the process began. We knew all about the vehicle, including photos and an “out of 5 rating”. Exhaustive customer service! Greg has produced two great vehicles for me and my Wife.The second car was pretty challenging for RJM to deliver. Greg listened to my needs and quickly found the perfect match for me with a car on the East coast. Two days on the trailer in Fort Collins Colorado and then it hit...HAIL... HAIL and more HAIL! My car was practically totaled before I even opened the door for the first time. Greg took over, shopped the best price and quality for a local dent and paint expert. Sure, I was depressed to see my new car looking like a golf ball with wheels! The paint shop did an outstanding job of restoring my car to its original condition. I have bought 4 cars now from Greg and RJM and each time it gets better. It is nice to not have to worry about going to the dealership and getting a less than savory deal. We just bought our third car from Greg. He found us exactly what we wanted, under budget, and way faster than expected. Common folks, who works on Thanksgiving Day just for you? Stop reading; go here. I got a gorgeous detailed maroon CR-V with a clean Carfax and new tires (with new Stepney). I put it to test in the mountains and on rugged roads for 800 miles over an entire week. Still feels the same.I hope that they continue to remain as awesome when they grow bigger, which they eventually will.

I would give Greg a 0 stars if that was an option. Paid Greg hundreds of dollars and six months later he said he needed a few more months to get the car. I got my money back but I wouldn’t trust him again.

I got a Toyota 4Runner from RJM. Not only did I get my dream car to the exact specifications, but I didn’t have to do any searching, negotiating (I hate haggling with sales people), or worry about getting a mechanic to look over the car. Shannon and Greg handled it all for me. Oh, and they saved me over $1000 from what I was expecting to pay!!!!

Not a good experience working with Greg. He’s a scam artist that rips people off and makes fake reviews to trick people! Run!
