If you have an older car you cant go wrong here. They will take the time to find the parts and let you actually know what the challenges are with your vehicle. (Unlike MAACO that will fix it for you and after a few years the paint is pealing off various trim lines, hell I would have paid MAACO more to do it correctly but instead I got more salesmanship than an understanding.) Get it done right at Set It Off!

The crew at Set it Off are phenomenal! My Land Cruiser was badly damaged after another vehicle blew a red light and hit me. The insurance company of the at-fault driver tried to bully me into using one of their preferred shops, where the insurance company gets a cut of the claim amount. Instead, I went Set It Off and I couldnt be happier. Its obvious that they care about their customers and their work. They went to bat for me, dealing directly with predatory the insurance company, making sure the costs of using quality OEM parts were covered! Communication with Set It Off was incredible and they routinely kept me clipped in on the progress of repairs. My truck is special to me and I knew it was in good hands with Set It Off!

Set it off did an absolutely outstanding job on my Subaru repair. It was a front fender replacement, and the paint matched the door and hood perfectly. Plus, they did some additional touchup that was not even part of the scope of work. I could not be happier with their work. Great job, done on time. These guys are excellent. I went to multiple places for estimates on a rear bumper replacement after an accident. Estimates ranged from $1000 to $1800. McCormick Automotive Center recommended I check this place out and I am very happy that I did. Shelby was cordial, professional, and expedient. Not only was her estimate the lowest one by far, they were also able to do my repair the soonest (within two weeks).Even after finding damage to the absorber behind the bumper, they repaired and painted everything within two days as they were proactive with getting parts even before my scheduled appointment. The final price was within $100 of the original estimate, and it was still hundreds of dollars cheaper than any other place. The bumper looks perfect. 10/10 would go here again (though hopefully I wont need to...).

I took my BMW 328-i here for some repair from a rear-end collision a few weeks ago. The folks that work here are extremely competent, very friendly, their prices were quite reasonable, and unlike other body shops in the area with comparable Google reviews (there arent many w/ such high ratings), I was able to set up an appointment w/in a matter of days (vs. 1.5 months as an alternative from another shop that got comparable ratings). The quality of work was excellent. I also appreciated continuous updates w.r.t. overall changes in costs/estimate as the work was ongoing.

Wow - I can’t say enough great things about the group at Set It Off. We got in an accident that did a pretty large amount of damage to our car (fortunately no one was hurt!) the down side was our insurance wasn’t going on to cover anything so it all was coming out of pocket. The staff here was incredible with doing their best to get the work done quickly while also keeping in mind we were paying out of pocket. They also were so great at keeping us up to date with the status of the repairs each week. Our car now looks brand new and runs even better than before! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

These guys are like the doctor. Youre really glad to have them fix everything, but youd rather never have to see them again. Unfortunately Ive seen them two summers in a row to fix hail damage on two trucks. Each time their work is fantastic and Shelby updates me every two days. Will definitely be coming back when my truck inevitably gets hailed on next summer.

Nice friendly staff however 7 months after work was done on my car things started to fall off on the highwayand they said it was hit by someone else so the warranty did not apply which could have been true but when i emailed with more questions they never replied. Later work needed ro be done again on my car and the sexond shop had to fix things that were porrly done by Set it Off

Fantastic auto-body shop! They did incredible work to repair our 2002 VW Eurovan -- not an easy vehicle to source parts on or repair. They worked great with the insurance company involved as well. Cannot say enough great things about their customer service as well. Shelby kept us updated on the progress of the repairs and was always prompt and responsive and incredibly courteous in all of our dealings. Would recommend their services to anyone!

Really easy to work with through our insurance, great communication. Wrong glass was put in our sideview mirror initially but they replaced it the next day and even gave me a ride back to work while it was being repaired. Car looks good as new.

We all know any kind of auto repair can often be a stressful, tedious and time consuming process. However, from my first trip to Set It Off to my last, they have been nothing but excellent, easy and great to work with. My truck was recently hit by the hail storm and needed quite a bit of repairs to fix the damage. I went straight to Set It Off for a quote and they worked seamlessly with my insurance even though its a small insurance shop out of state. Shelby was also able to answer any questions or concerns I had and explain the process, repairs and timeline before any work had begun putting me at ease. When I dropped my truck off to begin the repair I had no doubt or stress in my mind that they would handle the repairs and have my truck back to me when they said they would. Shelby kept me updated throughout the entire process with each repair, letting me know the work that was being done and quickly answered the phone and helped me with any questions I had anytime I called. I even called minutes before they closed one day and she picked right up and made sure my question was answered before we were off the phone. Ill continue to bring my truck here for every body shop need I have due to the great work, stressless and easy going customer service and for their ability to get great work done on time!

AMAZING! I cannot express how amazing this business and their employees are. I was rear ended and the insurance company of the person who hit me was horrible - horrible. Shelby was extremely sympathetic and helpful. She worked with me over the course of three weeks to fully outline all my options, and even drove me to work the day I dropped my car off since I didnt have another ride. This whole situation with the car was extremely bad luck on my end and they ended up reducing the price of a lot of the work so I wouldnt have to pay that much out of pocket.After the accident I was unable to close the lid of my trunk, and at the body shop they took the rear end apart and after everything was settled with insurance I asked them to put it back together. I was fully expecting this to take a couple of days, and have to tie down the trunk. But instead they put the car back together that same day and even went out of their way to fix the trunk lid so it could close and reopen - completely usable! Again amazing business and I cannot express that more.

Their team worked with my insurance and repaired my vehicle (body work on rear bumper cover). It was as easy process and a well-done repair.

My car came to them from a different shop and there were some parts issues so it took some time. But my car looks fantastic, and I mean perfect! It was totaled and the rear end was really smashed but you would never know it now. The cost was actually several hundred dollars less than the shop that totaled it. I have to add the staff here is just great. Knowledgable and caring. I hope to not need their services again but if I do I will be back.

I have to say Adam and Josh are the greatest. Im an auto tech. and working on cars everyday I see and hear from customers auto body/paint stories daily it seems. I get asked alot wheres a good auto body shop and my wife got rear ended couple years ago and set it off paint and body knew I was strapped for time and I dropped it off on Monday morning and I called Friday the other shops could care less about my schedule being so limited but Adam totally different different first thing Monday morning my car was there. Also Adam went WAY beyond what I could ever expect them to do. In fact Adam took so much pressure off me by dealing with stuff that wasnt even their responsibility. My wife got hit another time a year ago and took it back to them and same A+++++ service. Ive sent customers of mine his way and I dont know if they wrote reviews or not but they were 100% satisfied.
