John and his staff made time to look at the details I have been concerned about and made my Car look new again Even after having a tough time matching up the paint, John nailed it perfectly by getting my pearly black car back together again Better than it was before my wreck.

Took my car in to get the back end fixed and all the parts were to be completely replaced through insurance. The owner was out of town majority of the time and no one kept in touch with me about my car until I called in. When they said my car was finished they expected me to hand over the insurance check and didn’t walk out to my car with me to tell me what was done. I still had a broken light and my trunk was not opening or closing properly. They wanted the full $3000 for knocking out the dents and repainting... which they did a horrible job at. When I needed to talk to the owner he was once again out of town and I had to wait a week. I took my car from that shop and put it in a new shop that could do the job the way it was suppose to get done. Horrible experience and headache. I will never use them again and won’t be recommending to anyone.

I am unable to answer these reviews individually even though I am Verified. I am working on fixing this dilemma.So here goes:Amandas vehicle was repaired as Insurance required and then some. She said the trunk didnt close properly and instead of allowing my staff to correct any issues (while I was out for Spine Surgery), she took the vehicle to another shop and had what little finishing touches done there. In the mean time, she never paid for the repairs at Bodylines, keeping the $3000, that the insurance gave her.As for Ms. Gregory- I field a lot of spammers and solicitors during the day as one could imagine. I thought that was the case here as she did not answer the phone, instead all I heard was clicking and fumbling on the other end. When I said Bodylines 3 times, I went to saying HELLO?!several time before she started talking over me with the insurgence of her expertise in P.R. telling me I should be more polite when answering the phone. lol... She used the F-Bomb and other not so nice language enough that I hung up on her. Then Calling back again she was more rude and F-Bombing at me some more. I stopped her by saying Can I POSSIBLY help you with something? When she said Not really... Well the rest is history.If you would like to call me and ask questions about anything I am always here to help as best I can. Thanks

I called this place to get a quote for my car that I had gotten into an accident with. The first thing he said was body line over and over until he started yelling because I couldnt tell if he had answered the phone or if it was an automated message and then I told him that I was trying to get a quote and he hung up on me. I called back and he was mad that I felt like his customer service wasnt up to par I told him I was in the customer service industry and he told me to screw myself and hung up again. It was very unprofessional from the beginning from the moment that he answered the phone therefore I will never ever bring my money to this place and I recommend that nobody else does either .
