I visited Indian Motorcycle of FT Collins a week ago while on a long ride. I had problems with an innertube on my back tire. They had the correct tube in stock for my bike, which is a 2014 Chief Classic. Slightly different tube. It was installed and I was back on the road in a short period of time. They also cleaned and re-oiled my air filter and checked my fluids. Very professional! I left riding more comfortable than I have been in years.
Great place to take your bike, at, etc. The service department was quick and courteous. Steve was very helpful and professional he kept in touch with me the whole time to let me know what exactly was happening with my bike. Love this place its the only place I will be bringing my bike to in the future.
Took my bike in for a service and ended up driving home on a brand new Challenger. Great overall experience, the entire staff was amazing, and Steve K my sales guy was a rock star. If you looking these are the folks to visit.
Big thanks to Steve and all the guys over at Indian Motorcycle of Fort Collins! They got me on to a brand new Scout Bobber Twenty with no hassle or pressure. I walked out of G-Force in Lakewood for a variety of reasons and made the drive up to Fort Collins and these guys made it totally worth it! Steve was super cool and easy to work with. All the staff made my buying experience a fun one, and I cant thank them enough! Once again Thanks guys!
Was there for 35 minutes not the first person was there too talk to us about a bike not very friendly service didnt act like I wanted to sell a bike for being an Indian bike shop more Harleys than Indians
Best Indian motorcycle dealership in Colorado. Steve was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would definitely shop at this dealership again.
I bought my first Roadmaster in FL in 2016, and took it to this dealership for service. Ive been bringing it here ever since. Their entire team (service, parts, sales and management) is top notch. You cant ask for anything better than this group. In 2016, I purchased a new Indian Scout for my wife. Quentin (the sales person then) was outstanding. No pressure, no pricing games. Straight-forward dealings (hard to find nowadays). This past weekend (05/29/18), I purchased a new Indian Roadmaster Icon. Once again, this team and dealership treated us as family. If youre looking for the best Indian Motorcycle dealership in this area, look no further. This is it!
This place was awesome. All of the staff was incredibly friendly and easy to work with.Walked away with a new bike and it beats the hell out of my harley.
I was on a road trip from Kansas City to the Rocky Mountain area when I had a small issue withy Chieftain. Fort Collins Motorsports got me in right away, took care of the issue and didnt even charge me, even when I tried to insist that I give them something for their time they said dont worry about it. Top notch, first class operation. I wish my Indian dealer in K.C was as good. So to to Jeff Sroufe and his entire team, Thank you !
Just brought home my first bike. I purchased an Indian Scout from Indian Motorcycle of Fort Collins. We had a great, low pressure, experience. Antoine took care of us, and walked us through the the process. He made it clear that his job was to first find the right bike for me. It was great to separate the pricing and logistics from talking bikes. The general sales manager and parts manager were both great to work with. They made the purchasing process easy and were willing to help were they could, to make sure I walked out the door with everything I needed.Overall, a great experience.Since I just brought the bike home, I havent had any experience with the post purchase service, but Im looking forward to what I hope will also be a very positive on-going relationship.
Gr8 service...awsome service team. Helpful management. These are the guys you need to go see for all your needs! The one thing I have seen the few times I have been there is they dont wash your bike after a service. Not that I have a issue with such because Im the kinda person who enjoys washing it (MY BIKE) as much as riding it! However I have heard people speak of such while being there and well easy solution would be ”RAINX WATERLESS WASH” only for those who are getting a full service done. Quick easy and Im sure people would be happy. Than again some people will never be happy. Again as far as personal, service and respect goes this is a great place.Thank you to Indian for all the help especially the service team!
What a great dealership! The selection of Indian motorcycles was awesome, the merchandise extensive and the staff eft you alone to wonder around, which I found highly unusual for any kind of vehicle dealership. It was extremely refreshing to be able to browse without a salesmen coming up to me trying to sell me something. Check them out!
After being told I had to wait till demo days to try an Indian Chief Vintage by G-Force Motorcycles, I called Ft. Collins. Quinn asked me which one I wanted to try and an hour later when I pulled in it was waiting for me. I was also offered to ride any bike on the floor! An hour later we were signing the paper work on a 2016 Chief Vintage. The salesmen at G-Force was young and I don;t think he understood fully. When a 60 year old rider comes in looking at Indians, you dont tell him to wait for demo days and come back to stand around and wait for a chaperoned ride. At this age we are also smart enough to know you dont plunk down this kind of money without a test ride. Of course, I am not asking for any one to kiss my butt because I might buy either. Quinn and John are (no offense guys) older riders and I think maybe understood a bit better. I have been riding for 45 years and I truely do not like being treated like a rookie. These two treated me with respect and maturity and I appreciated it. Thats really all it took. Oh, and the bike!
Nice selection.
Dealership is very very far from Hometown two states away. Went and Window Shop.. bought a couple of t-shirts and a hat. Everyone was kind of friendly. Are the very nice looking shops with a big variety have Indian motorcycles. If I lived in this area they would probably be my dealership
Lots of bikes, cool staff. Cant ask for much more.
Had an amazing experience. Just stopped on over the past weekend to look around. Leslie, Rich, and Bethany really are a knowledgeable crew up in the showroom! Jocelyn at the desk was very nice and offered hot coffee and water and also provided a great experience! Will stop by again on my way through. If I could buy a bike Id buy from these guys
Fabulous staff
We loved our experience at Indian Motorcycle Fort Collins! Nyisha was an excellent sales associate. Her expertise on all models of Indian Motorcycles is great! I purchased a new Indian Scout. The team at Indian Motorcycles Fort Collins made the process of inquiry, decision making, and financing clear and comfortable. They were never pushy. If you are in the market for a new motorcycle and you live in Northern Colorado, then Indian Motorcycle Fort Collins is the place for you.
Tyler answered every question we had for him. The bikes were cool and my wife found one she liked.
Very nice staff and super helpful, Ryan in sales help get us the best deal. And Ryan behind the parts counter is incredibly well versed and handsome. We bought two indian scouts and couldnt be happier.
Super friendly. Sales team greets you and introduces themselves, then leaves you to look around. They’re not pushy but will answer any questions you may have.
Love Indian Bikes. But they lack in appearl. If they had these things I would spend more time time there.
Very pleased with my experience. Great place and great people.
Great people very low key i chose them over the dealer in Littleton
Awesome service! The staff is super friendly and the facility is amazing. We made the drive from Denver and we are really glad we did! Highly recommended!
Joslyn had amazing customer service. She was very knowledgable and helpful in that department. Q was amazing to deal with as a salesman. Ryan was fantastic in the parts.
The showroom looks awesome. The sales team are more than willing to walk you around to find an Indian that fits you. It is also cool to compare the Harleys and other bikes they have at the other side of Fort Collins Motorsports. The sales team will get you a great deal, care about their customers and make it easy.
Nice bikes. Finally got my Indian chief.
Salesman listened to our needs and preferences..He responded by providing exactly the experience we asked for. Clean, comfortable, not high pressure.
Best customer service ever. Thank you Mr. Neff
Best Indian motorcycle dealership I have been to. Treated me with respect and was more than happy to let me test ride a motorcycle.
Great selection of new Indian MC (oh yeah) accessories & apparel, ATVs, RTVs & dirt bikes. Awesome selection of used indian, Harley and other MC. Great staff. Love Indian of Fort Collins.👍
Got a new visor for my icon helmet and paid less then what icons site said it should be! People her were very friendly and made sure the part that was getting ordered was the right one ( the first catalog they used didnt list my visor)
Excellent service!Great staff!!
Indian of Fort Collins is the best dealership in Colorado to buy a Indian motorcycle!I visited the other three dealerships and the showroom at Ft. Collins is the best.Ft. Collins has an entirely separate addition dedicated to Indian motorcycles, accessories and apparel. The sales staff I dealt with, Nyisha and Quentin, were very knowledgeable about the Indian line and options, and had a sincere desire to answer all my questions, and I had many. I bought a 2016 Roadmaster in Steel Gray and Thunder Black.Ryan in the parts department took the time to quote out options and accesories for me, and I ended up adding Freedom Liberty full exhaust system (black), the high performance stage 2 cams, and Indian high flow air cleaner, also in black.I got the best deal at Indian of Fort Collins and an excellent trade-in value on my old bike, a 2013 Triumph Rocket III touring with a 140 cubic inch motor and ABS brakes. This is an excellent used bike with low miles and a lot of rear wheel horsepower and torque, if anyone out there is looking for a big motor.I highly recommend Indian Motorcycle of Ft. Collins.Larry.
Prompt and friendly! Great work on my Chieftain! Clear errors!
Good deal and good service, great bikes
Excellent they treat me and everyone like family
Absolitely would not recommend buying from these guys! Would not trust them and would never buy a bike from Rich or anyone at this Indian dealer.
Fort Collins Motorsports is an awesome dealer! Staff are very knowledgeable and professional, while making each experience a friendly one. I have a great time just being in their large showroom with a very special area for the World Renowned Indian Motorcycle. Its a beautifully designed place to enjoy kicking tires or looking through the many accessories, clothing and other gear. Buying a load of luxury and performance gear or buying a new or pre-owned motorcycle or off-road vehicle is always a great experience. Look, buying a new bike in the current motorcycle world can be headache. My new 2016 Indian Chieftain was just the opposite. Literally, one of my most enjoyable purchasing experiences to date. My Chieftain is motorcycle #38 over the past 20 years so Ive made a few purchases. There have been and are bad-buying experiences and there are good ones. The difference is in the dealer.Great place and great people. Each of them who I have had the privilege of meeting and working with, have been very, very helpful, polite and well versed in everything they offer - including genuine OEM parts and a host of cool accessories. Even performance upgrades! The ThunderStroke 111 has a handful of hidden torque and horsepower that is very simple to coax out of this amazing engine. Did I mention the stock pipes not only look good but also perform well? They have a deep, throaty sound that increases in pleasure as you roll on the throttle. Itll make you want to blip the throttle a lot more often. Upgrade to the Freedom pipes and you enter into a whole new world of great performance, looks and amazing sound. As you enter, take a left, up the stairs, and enter the World of Indian! Just like all other sales staff who work as a very cohesive team and who can assist you with anything you might need, Quinten and Nyisha seem to always be there and can help you with all of your Indian Motorcycle needs. Cameron and Jim are on the top of their game and are enjoying a bull period of robust sales, much of which is accredited to their experience and friendly attitude. The entire sales team is an amazing group of good and talented people. Whether Im speaking to Ryan in Service and Parts about the Stage 2 Cams, Stage 1 Airfilter Kit or the amazing Freedom exhaust pipes, or meeting with Sam from Service to discuss my First Service results...these folks are some great people who really know their stuff.Their GM, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Parts and Service Manager stand apart, and well-above their local counterparts. Ive had my new Chieftain for almost a month now and my son just bought a gorgeous 2016 DarkHorse. One test ride and he had to have it! I was present for both of these deals and I can honestly say that Ryan Alt is a very astute manager who runs his deal negotiations, sales floor and team of staff in a very professional way. Service and parts are no different. There is a reason Fort Collins Motorsports is so highly respected. Their excellent leadership/management prowess and their overall excellence in customer service creates an atmosphere that is very inviting, friendly and professional. Makes you want to return again and again. Im usually there for one thing or another (gear!) and everyone has always been very friendly. Each presented themselves in a professional manner and upbeat mood. That comes from the Top Dog and creates a great atmosphere for both staff and customers alike. Take a ride down to see them and let them show you the all new 2016 Indian lineup. Nothing against Polaris or Yamaha (and Id own each of them again), but an Indian will blow you away...especially once you bond with a new ThunderStroke 111 of your own.
Nice place. No sales pressure.
Dream place, awesome, enough said.
Just stopping in for a dealer Tshirt
Cool bikes
Good costumer service
