Brought my 2010 Harley Davidson WideGlide in July 2020. One of the cleanest shops I have been to in a while. Almost sanitized. I enjoy seeing an organized workspace especially during COVID times. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Professional staff.

I told them I would be dropping my bike off for some work when they open in the morning. When I get there, nobody is there. I call and get no answer. I wait for about 25min as does my wife who is missing work to take me to work myself. I finally hop back on my bike and leave. Theyve lost any business I would have given them and Ill make sure all my buddies know it too.

Poor communication, had carborator ordered didnt arrive in time then threatened me they were going to have my bike towed!!?! Ive been a loyal customer many times, will not go back!
