They seem to have mostly holiday items these days, but staff was kind and helped me to the best of their ability which I truly appreciate so still gets 5 stars from me because clearly they train their workers well and hold a high standard and it shows. I do enjoy shopping here

Very clean with incredibly friendly staff. Whenever Ive had a question the employees have been happy to help and very knowledgeable. The staff has also been awesome when dealing with my incredibly talkative preschooler who asks 50 million questions every time we go.

This is my go-to spot for the best jewelry selection! They offer the most up to date and beautiful pieces to create whatever your imagination can come up with! Additionally the staff is kind and helpful!

Compared to joanns or hobby lobby, prices are higher, & rewards (points) system is (in my opinion) only helpful when buying in bulk &/or visiting the store more than once a week. However, the sales always have good merch at very reasonable prices, & seasonally, the variety of products is notably different from the other 2 competitors.

This Michaels is HUMONGOUS! They have more than the average store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Parking lot is adequate with several other stories sharing a gigantic lot. Highly recommend. They also have a free craft table upon entering in which you can pick up and do with your children.

Is great selection of Thai dye supplies and kits I highly recommend the tulip brand it seems to hold much better and their reverse tie dye is lataidai kit is amazing

Love Michaels in Fort Collins! Curbside service is always super fast and efficient. Ive had to shop in store a few times and I appreciate they are following Covid restrictions meticulously. Dont be discouraged that the checkout line is usually very long and wraps back into the store. They are asking those in line to social distance which makes it look longer than it really is. Also, at the checkout registers they sanitize and wipe down the counter and the credit card terminal and keypad AFTER EVERY CUSTOMER. I am happy to have to wait a little longer than normal for them to take the time to clean so thoroughly. Even with the extra cleaning the line always moves very quickly!

I love this store, one of my favorites to go to when I got art block.

Employees just look cluelessly at me while Im trying to pick up an online order. No offers to help, just confused looks followed by them just ignoring me. Normally love this store but that was in my top 5 all time worst customer service experiencs.

Cashier was not only rude and awkward but wouldn’t make any eye contact. She acted extremely inconvenienced that I had a coupon on my phone. It was the first time I’ve ever left items behind and left the store. I would highly recommend hiring someone with some professionalism and even basic people skills.

This is a smaller Michael’s than the one in Pittsburgh I am used to. However, they still carry most of what one would go to a craft store to get. I went specifically for Happy Planner supplies. Even though they did not have exactly what I was looking for (planner pen loop) they had an entire row of planners.

Plenty of help in aisles of the store, but only 2 working the register with some complicated customers lead to 14 people waiting in line

This Michaels is just fantastic and they never disappoint. The aisles are always stocked and they have just about everything your crafty heart could want. If you use the app theres always coupons that can be applied to your purchases which is even better. The staff are very helpful and the store stays very clean.

Made an order online for curbside pickup today and got a notification via text and email about an hour later saying it was ready for pick up. Yes, it snowed alot yesterday but the roads and parking lots are clear and other stores near by are open. We drove 45 minutes since they are the closest Michaels to us, only to find a small sign on the door saying store is closed due to weather. How was our $300 order ready for pick up if the store was closed? Not happy that I drove all this way and contemplating returning and getting products elsewhere so I dont have to do it again! Notification was enough for me to believe the store was open as stated online.

Great place to get craft supplies such as Canvas, T-Shirts, Cricut Vinyls and HTV, Sublimation supplies, candle wax and soap making materials. Make sure to go online and look for a coupon for a % off.

It felt more like the dollar store than the craft store that I remember as a kid, I havent been in there for a long time but thats what I thought when I walked through it a few days ago.

Yarn I wanted wasnt in stock, and always out of stock online. Selection in store was great for solid colors, but any of the cool multicolor stuff was either gone, not enough, or itchy.

This place is expensive..you can find stuff on sale or clearance. They wont take coupons if its on sale..which is ridiculous. I went to look at yarn to make a blanket. They didnt have enough skeins. I got on line to look but they didnt have the same selection.. disappointed..I guess Ill have to shop someplace else..😠

Employees look the other way, not asking if I need help or even a hello.Spent 20 minutes in there and it was until I checked out that a employee talked to me. Cashier was sweet & friendly. I purchased a christmas tree for curbside pickup. The tree was in stock when I purchased it, payment went through, and I received an email saying it was ready to pick up. I live like two miles from this store. In the 10 minutes it took me to get in my car and drive to pick up my order, they sold that tree. The tree I had already paid for. Their response when I got there? Someone beat you to it. I had already paid for it. I was told it was waiting for me to pick it up. And somehow... someone... beat me to the tree I had already purchased. Cute. And supposedly they are going to refund the money. But I have yet to get that money back. Today was supposed to be a nice day decorating the tree for my sons first christmas. Instead, I got a wasted trip to Michaels and get to wait for my money to travel through the void back to me so I can try to get another tree elsewhere. Thanks, Michaels!

I am a major crafter and Michaels is hands down my first go to for what Im looking for because they normally always have it but it does seem like the selection of Siser Vinyl has been reduced alot and the same with the Cricut variety. Overall still my go to.

Have always been a fan of this store, but have noticed that the products seem to be downsizing in availability. Cant find as much as I used to.

I used to really like Michaels and I enjoyed shopping there. I started shopping the fort Collins Michaels and there is a manager there who is extremely rude and I seem to run into her every time I go there. I will not be shopping at this Michaels anymore for I will be going to hobby lobby or Michaels in Longmont.

Michaels is my familys go-to store for art supplies. I can hardly draw stick people but I have a family member training to be a professional artist, so Michaels is where we go for specific types of paints, brushes, pens, and artist pads. I also pop in to buy craft kits for the neighbors young children. Michaels regularly has some discount and coupon offers going. When they have their semi-annual sale, there are usually some great deals. I once bought a $200+ artists drawing table for $75. My kiddo used it to finish out her college courses from home. They do a fabulous job with custom framing but wait for major discounts and coupons to save $$$ on this expensive work.

The pen isle and paint isle are always bare when I go here. even on their shipment days.

I know what youre thinking... This place is staffed entirely by people named Michael, and you have to be named Michael to shop there. Well youre wrong. Its actually filled with plenty of helpful non-Michael employees to assist with all your crafting and creative needs. Its also a great place to buy a custom frame. Which is what I did. And my name is not even Michael.

This rating is for the Michaels in Greeley right off 35th avenue. As always the staff was friendly and helpful. I had an order to pick up as well as wanting to shop around a little bit it had been a long time since I had been able to be in the store. I was able to find things I needed to complete some projects at home and got some great ideas for some new projects. My only complaint is the wait time at the register because they only had one register open when I was in line and several people ahead of me. I felt bad for the cashier, who was very friendly and professional.

If you are feeling crafty this is the place to go. You can find everything from sewing, decor, frame shop, and making anything with your hands or mind.

Great selection. The store isnt always very well organized but its not super cluttered either. They also always have great coupons to utilize to make it even more cost effective. One thing I was shocked was their lack of fabrics for sewing.

Pretty good customer service. They staff is helpful. I broke something and they were really nice about it. They always have what I need for any holiday.

Their supplies are logically categorized and the staff have always been helpful.The store has great annual sales, good seasonal clearance deals, and weekly coupons if you sign up for the email service.The framing department is very professional and handles both original art and photo prints with care and respect.The store also offers creative classes on variety of topics to help those who need do it yourself instruction or support.Its really a great place for creative resources and materials.

I will go in expecting to spend 50 dollars and I leave spending 300. They have everything you wish you could do good, (crafty, no? ) there so you buy ther best thinking you can do the best and then youll have fun trying. Till you realize your not good enough to make it your new side job, or even decorate your house. Love them so much.

This is your general craft store. Lots of stuff to keep the person with any hobby busy. The check out line was massive sure to Christmas, and we still went through very quickly. They do seem to run out of products quickly, however this may have been because of Christmas.

Tried to make it in and out fast, but i couldnt find a worker for a good 5 minutes. Once I tracked down an employee I found what I was looking for. This store is usually well organized, easy to find things. Love coming here for crafting projects. The gal that works in framing is really nice and super helpful.
