Warning do not purchase from this company. We purchased washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator from them in June 2020. 1 1/2 months ago ice maker went out. Cannot get anyone to help me get this fixed. Have called numerous times. Today John gave me the number to Brand Services who actually Services their appliances and basically said good luck. I have over The past month and a half called brand Services numerous times and cannot get anyone to call back. You cannot count on appliance factory for any help getting someone fixed. BUYER BEWARE

I had a light socket break on my GE microwave and Don was very helpful in getting me the part. When I got home the part did not work so I called him back and he got back to me very promptly and vowed to fix the issue. Very courteous and affable. I also was in the market for a small chest freezer and he had two in stock that will work perfectly for my needs. The price is always good there and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out instead of the big box stores for all of your appliance needs. I know I will for my next wish-list item which is a new gas stove.

The lid switch in my Whirlpool top loading washing machine went out. I took only a portion of the switch in and Don was able to find the replacement. Although they did not have the part in stock, he ordered it and it was in the next day. He also gave me a call to let me know the part was in and I could come pick it up - Great follow-thru!

Appliance Factory Parts was a life saver! I haven’t been able to do laundry for a couple of day and when you have laundry for 8 people it doesn’t take long before you get over run with dirty clothes. Not to mention it being a Saturday afternoon before we figured out what part we needed and Appliance Factory Parts was the only place that n Fort Collins that was open. Don not only had the part we needed to fix our washer, but was friendly and knowledgeable. It was nice to deal with someone who not only cares about his work but also genuinely cares about his customers. Not to mention prices were not high for the part we needed. Definitely will be going back to Don at Appliance Factory Parts for all our appliance parts needs.

I called the Fort Collins store for a part for my refrigerator and they said they had one at there Longmont store but it would take 3 days to get it. I told them I would pick it up and it would take a couple hours, after driving 2 hours to get the part it was the wrong one.I wasted 4 hours out of my day. I WOULD NOT recommend using this company!!

The heating element in the oven of our old Jenn Air Range blew. I did an online search to even see if the part could be obtained. My preliminary effort indicated I was out of luck. I had to be down in Fort Collins anyway so I thought I would check out on of the Jenn Air dealers. I was surprised that in the back was Appliance Factory Parts and checked to see if they had a source. Don Lourey was extremely helpful and located a replacement part down in Denver for me. He got it ordered and even gave me advice on the installation. This obviously saved us hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I highly recommend folks contact Don if they have a parts need for their appliance.

Don did an excellent job with customer service in the parts department. Greeted us, told us he would be a few more minutes with current customer and then politely asked what he could help with. Customer service like this is getting increasingly hard to find. The rest of the crew up front were quite personable as well. And with our part in hand, we were able to fix a 3 year old microwave for $10 instead of replacing it for $300.

Simple and Easy!I needed a new rubber gasket (baffel) for my front-load washer. Took a photo on my phone of the serial number and part needed, went in, saw Don, and within minutes had it ordered. I called and spoke with Don Laurey over the phone to see if they had a motor to transmission coupler for a 80 series Kenmore washer. He was very friendly over the phone and patient while I looked up the model number. They had the part in stock, and were open on a Saturday. In person when I went in Don and the rest of the staff were very professional. He was very knowledgeable about my machine and the part I needed, and even gave me a few pointers for the re-installation.

Needed a part for my dryer and went to the Appliance Factory Parts store in Greeley. The guy there checked with with everyone down to Denver trying to find the part. After finding one in Thornton I started heading down there. The guy then called me back and said that he found one in Fort Collins. That saved me about an hour in driving. In a world of 2-day shipping and Prime delivery, its hard to even find parts in stock locally anymore. When my wifes Samsung dryer went down due to a broken drive belt, it was a long weekend and huge piles of laundry stacking up. Thankfully, a quick stop on my lunch break and Don had the right parts in my hand at the right price, quite a bit cheaper than online actually! Don was friendly and found the exact OEM thermal fuse kit that I needed to repair my dishwasher based off my make and model #. He also confirmed that my old thermal fuse was blown since I dont own an ohm meter. Although my dishwasher is about 20 years old, Appliance Factory Parts had several fuses in stock. The price was right for a factory new part, delivery fast, and the order was correct for my model refrigerator.If you DIY, this place is your hands-on parts partner. (Prices for new appliances in the appliance sales department seemed excellent as well...and they have a service department...so all bases are covered).I also liked their working policy for folks who take the time to stop by in person. If you call and they are busy with a customer at the counter, they will take your name and number and WILL get right back to you...but an in-person counter order is finished first. (I buy parts both ways and that seems fair to me).

Going with a $2.00 spring for the part on the Samsung French left door that when closed seals the frig (of course not covered after one year-which is when it broke!). My dryer stopped working; some research suggested it might be the thermal fuse. Picked one up from Don for $13, the same price I wouldve paid online, and without needing to wait for a few days for one to be delivered. Installed it, it worked like a champ, and I saved myself probably a $100 service visit to have someone else do it for me.
