The Pharmacy line both drive-through and in-store in EXTREMELY slow!!!! This has happened multiple times! The last time there was one car in front of me and it took around 20 minutes just to get serviced!

DO NOT USE THIS Walgreens!!!!!! Avoid it like the plague!!!! The workers in the pharmacy are VERY INCOMPATENT and will lose your prescription. I dont know how anyone would hire them with the level of incompetents that they display. The only reason I gave one star in because you have to at least select one to post the review... Other than that, I wouldnt have given any stars.

I went today on Sunday for a flu shot at Walgreens. What a great experience! I was seen on time. And the shot given by the doctor was painless. Hats off to the clerk working today, She was triple tasking at working the drive thru for prescription orders, answering the telephone as well as checking in customers at the pharmacy. Amazing, great job!!

I was told I needed to wait an hour for eye drops. Then when I go back after an hour they cant read the doctors prescriptions. It took the pharmacy staff about 5 minutes and 3 different people looking at the computer to explain to me why they couldnt fill the prescription. They are unknowledgeable. Now Im waiting again for them to figure out my prescription.

I love going to Walgreen. The staff is extremely helpful and have excellent customer service. And the Photo lab is great! But that security guard on the other hand is terrible ...his use of profanity, pants hanging down to the point of seeing his underwear and this evening I had to enter the exit door because he was standing in the entrance doorway smoking a cigarette and made NO ATTEMPT to move. I know everyone need a job but he need to take your job serious and professionally. Maybe he need some inservice training. Walgreens staff is wonderful tho.

Slowest pharmacy I have ever been too. Not particularly busy but Im listening to the person at the pharmacy having a personal conversation while waiting 2+ hours on my script. No explanations, just more waiting and no apparent effort on their end to do anything. At this rate Im pretty sure Ill be here forever. Never come here. Seriously. And if you do, and you find my skeleton left on one of the chairs in the waiting area, you can have whatever parts are useful.

You need to get BETTER phone and customer service. If a caller is waiting to speak with the pharmacist or a clerk, that annoying recording is repetitive until your call is disconnected. That is unacceptable.

I didnt even get to speak to pharmacy. Maybe theyre just overly busy. Which is why I kept it at a 3...its neutral. But the fact that the pharmacist kept getting on the phone to say hi. Thanks for contacting our pharmacy please hold....was like...why both picking up the phone? I am literally already on hold. I dont feel taken care of when you say it again. Meh...I called the pharmacy in Clinton and they answered right away. No issues. I only need a pharmacy number to get my meds sent

They are very friendly at the pharmacy. However they are so strict with insurance its hard to know if you are going to receive your medicine that day u take your script in. That is so time consuming and sometimes challenging for the patient. Insurance is a confusing thing and the pharmacist needs to be a little more helpful and lenient on needed situations. People need their medication. Sometimes it takes is a life or death and others painful situation without it. Be human and put yourself in another persons shoes.

Told it would take 2 hours after my surgery for pain meds. 4 hours later when shots wore off meds still weren’t ready. Called and they had not even started the prescription because they said they messed up with inputing the insurance number and never called to verify. Now have to wait again for them to fill meds and pharmacist didn’t even care.

This is the worst Walgreens ever and needs to review its staffing and customer care. I placed a prescription within the pharmacy, and was advised that the items needed to be ordered. I received a confirmation that date via text that the order was placed. I went to check the status of the prescription two days later, and it disappeared from the system. I contacted the main office to check the status and was advised that there was no prescription showcasing under my name. I was advised to contact the local pharmacy for further assistance. I contacted the store, in which, the phone rung for 5 minutes before anyone answered. The representative then answered and placed me on hold due to assisting another customer. She indicated that she would place the phone down so I wouldnt hear the hold music. I begin to hear the young lady having a personal conversation with her coworker. She then returns to check my prescription, in which, she could not locate in the system. She indicates she will look to find the physical prescription document that I provided and commences to place me on hold again for another 5 minutes. She then picks up the phone, and hangs up. I called back and the phone rings, someone picks up and hangs up. What kind of recruiting and customer training is provided to these individuals who are staffed. Its completely ridiculous and why the African American community is on a decline. No self worth or value, and wonder why you have to work an entry level position due to non professionalism. This is the main reasoning why reputable companies do not expand in our community because of these kind of prospects that they have to staff within their business. Im really saddened by the poor customer care from my community and will contact my doctor for a new prescription which will be filled within a Walgreens location in a different area.

TERRIBLE! INCONVENIENCE! Every time I come to or call this location. Its ridiculous! Ive waste my time driving here and the photo station was down. So, this morning I called(not the first time) before wasting gas to travel there, to see if the photo station was working to print pictures and AGAIN the employee who answered the telephone stated its not working today.Every time I come or call this Walgreens their machine to print pictures is down or not working! Its amazing! Do management not care to accommodate their customers who wants to print pictures at this location. Im sure this Walgreens profits enough money throughout the store to get their photo machine maintenance and up and running! Its a shame I have to travel way out the neighborhood to print! And their next door competitors CVS is always down too! Its a conspiracy I tell you!

This location needs training in customer service. The pharmacy is dirty, literally. Look around the counter area where the register is... Disgusting! 2 pharmacy staff members always smell like they dont bathe regularly.

Lines where super long with only one clerk. Waited over 10 mins for the FedEx and photo while customers rang for assistance over and over the lady a head of me had been waiting for so long she finally just left and customer service here is horrible especially Anthony who stated he was a Manage very rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and go to another Walgreens.

I finally left CVS to Walgreens Pharmacy and love the service. CVS has a iss with keeping supply. I always have to come back a day or two later to get my medicine. And sometimes they never have what I need.

THIS PHARMACY IS A TRUE MESS!The staff are either sleeply or just have a I DONT CARE ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS! Ive seen the pharmacist throw medicine in the floor in anger! They never have medicine in time so add a additional 30 mins of wait when you arrive ! If they dont like there job then hire people that do! Medicine is important not a joke !

This is a fantastic pharmacy - I switched to here from Walmart when #ACA kicked in. They welcome me with a hello and are super-polite to me every single time I visit. The pharmacist could not tell this from my online transfer of my prescriptions, but I have on again/off again mobility issues.So it was really great when the pharmacist himself called to give me updates and an ETA about getting the prescriptions transferred through Walmarts phone lines. They got it done though, and in the time allotted. I only put up 4 stars instead of time because on a day I desperately needed my meds I was told to come down only to find they were closed when I got there.I chalk this up to an isolated misunderstanding though, because all the other hundreds of times, service has been perfect.

Today Im here at the Walgreens pharmacy and my father just got out the hospital and Ive been trying to get his medicine since 8 oclock this morning its now almost noon and there saying its still not ready after she told us it would be ready in 30 minutes. There customer service is terrible. My father is in terrible pain and needs his medicine. This is crazy
