Marlo’s Furniture has friendly and professional staff. Ms. Joyce (salesperson) helped us pick a couple of bedroom sets. She was friendly and helped us find a set we liked. She made sure the furniture was in stock and ensured everything was priced correctly. Najee’ B (customer rep) was very patient and professional. She helped us process our credit and explained everything thoroughly. We received our furniture within the time specified. The furniture looks good and is good quality. We are happy with this purchase. Overall had a great experience with this company.

New to the area, we went in to search for a sectionals. Our plan was to just look. First off we were greeted by Joyce at the door and she gave us an overview of the store, the current 60% sale and the layout. We were very impressed with the amount of furniture they had, the quality and options. The warehouse was full of furniture, with many couch options as well. Joyce allowed us to search without pressure, checking on us occasionally and ordered the sectional in the color we wanted. Kevin & Mia ensured we got the best price which was an AWESOME surprise on how much we saved! Overall it was a great experience and I am hopeful the delivery will be just as awesome. Highly recommend you stop into the store to look around, so worth it!!

When I walked in I was approached by a lady masked with a pleasant tone. She introduced herself as Lee Lee and said that she would be my associate for the day. Lee Lee asked questions and listen Ed for answers. She gave me my payment options and was pleasant our entire time together.If you are looking for furniture ask for Lee Lee

2 instead of 1 because the sales team was great. However dealing with Regency which is who I deal with getting my furniture i purchased from Marlow is a night mare. I SPENT 6K on furniture and was given free delivery due to that. Which was a big part of why I bought from there. Well that was a mistake because not only have i been waiting around 4 months for my bedroom but they used the wrong address and rescheduled out 3 weeks later only to cancel my delivery because they dont hire people who can get on military bases to deliver. After calling and asking of they can reimburse my expenses to rent a truck and pick it up my self I was told they would get me in contact with their corporate manager. Well that was 7 days ago and I was told 24 to 48 hrs. Ive sent more emails and received no reply. There customer support was very apathetic and didnt seem interested in making this problem right for me and when I asked when I could reschedule my delivery they said it will be a while because we dont have anyone qualified to enter on post.They offered to refund my delivery fee but that was free because of the amount i spent and now I dont get that benefit I was promised. They said just get a 20 dollar truck from u haul and get it your self. Idk of they ever rented a truck before but its not just the 20 dollar advertised price you pay. Last time I did that i dropped about 90 bucks renting a truck for 3 hours. I can not recommend anyone to do business with this company as i feel they are insincere and have no respect for their customers.

Out at Marlo Furniture today received a sale flyer and had been scouting for a sideboar/Buffet. Walked in and started my way through addtl markdowns. I will never shop here again. Never received my furniture no one called to reschedule just never came. No one at the store helped and the delivery company claim they came @ 7:45 pm when delivery was 3-7 pm. No text no email no phone calls. I only gave 1 star because you have to give at 1 start to post. Marlo do better!

My husband and I went to find a couch and was met at the door by Nicole, who was very knowledgeable about the furniture (and where it is all is located in the store.) We told her what we wanted and she showed us what they had...and there was a lot to choose from. We found exactly what we were looking for. We went across the street, just to double check, and went straight back to Nicole and bought our couch. Marlo is clean, well organized and has a great variety to choose from...something for everyone. Also, Marlo always has some sort of sale going on and a few types of financing that makes the furniture affordable and attainable.

Marlo furniture is one of the largest furniture stores that I have been to. Prices are negotiable and quality is very average. No difference form your topical discount store. Im sure you will find something you like. I didnt but you may. I would recommend a visit to see whats available.

On 9/28/21 I called the store because I saw Marlo’s ad on tv and was interested in a recliner sofa. I found what I was looking for on the website but wanted to be sure the items were in the warehouse first. I was fortunate enough to speak with Marilyn. I provided her with the SKU numbers and she looked them up. When I asked for specific dimensions I was referred to Carl. I explained to him what I was looking for and he physically went thru the floor showroom to confirm they were in the store. Carl said he would not be available the next day (when I would tour the showroom) but referred me to another representative. As it turns out the person I was to ask for wasn’t there but Joyce was more than happy to assist. I provided her with the sku numbers and she looked them up while were looked at the very large variety that were in the store. She also confirmed if what were wanted was in their warehouse and the quantity. We were concerned about getting it in the house so Joyce called another gentleman over and he explained how the sofa came apart and the process the delivery men would go thru when the sofa is delivered. We found the right color, the right size and we got what we wanted for a fantastic price. Thanks Marilyn & Joyce for your assistance!

I came in with a neighbor between the two of us we was ready to spend $3,000 we had a VIP sale slip for 4/15 & 4/16 my neighbor wanted what was advertised but you not only did not have it on the floor or in stock. I was willing to wait for 2 to 12 weeks for my bedroom set. Your sale was 50% off + 20% and free delivery we did received anything you advertised this is called false advertising and there is a law against this my neighbor and i was so disappointed and will never return.I give you 1 star only because your sales lady was so nice .
