There is new Staff, but everyone is great!I highly recommend coming here for eye medical problems, and also for routine eye exams, and glasses. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Vinne. He treated me for a fungal infection after swimming in a river, I almost lost my eyesight and with treatment and dedication Dr. V was able to restore my vision and I fully recovered. Thank you all!

The reception was ok when I walk in, but the process of getting my contacts was a nightmare it took over a month to get my contacts, when I finally got them they only give me two cases instead of four 🤦🏻‍♂️ then the communication was really poor, they keep saying because of the Covid 19 my order was it was behind.I wouldn’t recommend this clinic at all...Stay away from them

My family and I have been going to Dr. O for the past 14 years. They are courteous and highly professional. The doctors and staff really have your best interest at heart. The experience is better than a typical chain where everyone tries to up sell unnecessary products that you dont need. They not only provide glasses & contacts, they also provide medical care as well.

The receptionist was very friendly and so was Ashley. Dr. Vinh did an amazingly through job and turned a mundane annual task into something enjoyable.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year now. I am always in and out pretty quickly. Even when I has an eye emergency they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment and treatment. I will continue to use this office.

Fast, great and quick service. Dr.Ban was awesome very friendly as well as the front stuff. Me and my wife went there today .

Dr Ohhlson is awesome and very informative. Im new to glasses, he was very professional and helpful answered all my questions and gave me many options. Even when i broke my glasses they were very understanding and fixed my glasses at no charge. I will always come here because staff is very kind and the waits are short.

Just picked my glases up from Laurie for a repair. I noticed that they were dirty and had a scratch on them that was not there before. Also one of my handles was sitting up higher than the other was not like that before. Asked Laurie could she adjust it and she said no without even trying. Her attitude was bad with me. I have going here for a while and never experienced such awful service. I took my glasses somewhere else and the lady was able to get the handles back even. She even cleaned them without me asking because she saw how nasty Laurie made them. Laurie need to take some customer service training from the lady that fixed my glasses.

Everyone there was really nice and patient. I always had a hard time trying contact lenses, but the lady was patient the whole time and helped find different ways to put the contacts in my eye and get them out.

I have been going to Dr. Ohlsson for years I decided to go to the new doctor since Dr. Ohlsson was retired. Today 4/4/2016 I met a lady at the desk who looked me up in the system and stated I had 3 no shows, I stated I have always kept or rescheduled my appt. she stated you had one in 2006 one in 2010 and one in 2011 and if I was a no show again I would not be rescheduled?? First this is 2016 and for me to have visited the same place over 10 years speaks volumes for Dr. Ohlsson the best eye doctor I have known. Dr. Ohlsson staff never treated my family like I was treated today. I am sure his replacement Dr. is excellent, and I am sorry I wont get the chance to know but to go back 10 years for something so small and say one more time youre out, well thank you but no thank you. I am out now.
