This quick trip is a joke and only care about the dollar they can make they don’t care about the customers in the needs of the customer particular customers

My window was very blurry and dirty and I couldn’t see when I was driving... I stopped at the QT. They didn’t have windex wipes but the young guy behind the counter went above and beyond to help me fix the problem. I thank God for good workers like this. Him taking the time to help me really meant a lot . I’m only going to QT from now on .

I used to work at quiktrip and I know how much it means to have everything clean but, here the bathrooms are filthy. I wasnt even able to change my one year olds diaper. Theres so much going on in the bathroom theres no sanitary paper to put on the toilet itself.

They have no one to work the kitchen, their bathrooms are never clean. It’s ridiculous i used to work at Quiktrip. Nothing is a priority for Quiktrip none of them meet the standards they used to push on us. Absolutely ridiculous

I always go out my way to go to QT. They offer the best service and the kitchen is great for a little meal.

Well for the first time ever a quick trip with a filthy restroom, you know its bad when you decide to just hold it til you find another restroom/opportunity lol ??????

Clean & Safe

The service here is only good during the day shift. Tonight I was categorized as someone who was trying to steal gas because I didnt remember my pump number. Even when I pointed to my car and described it and showed her where it was parked on one of the 3 60 inch monitors that are in the store, the rude young lady rolled her eyes and proceeded to tell me, you know what people drive off with my gas and Im like how am I going to do that if Im standing right here in your face? even after I promised I would do better next time and remember the pump number that I parked next to she still was snapping; nonetheless the taquitos were at least done tonight (thats what the 2 ⭐s are for) but they really do need to work on customer service and interaction in this location cuz its terrible.

Please include a zero star rating. This store doesnt want money. They want to waste your time. Its a concerted team effort.

The overall rating sounds about right. While waiting for my order, I noticed alot of customers there not wearing masks. It may not be required there but this right chere is not it. I can get one or 3 ppl not wearing mask but the majority of the population? No ty. Last visit.

All pumps couldnt read my card and they said it was my card, but worked 100% fine when I paid inside. I also used this card all day.

Welcome to the old Dixie QT trap house....as far as the workers are concerned. What happen to the friendly warm greeting when you walk in or when you are inside or when you leave??? Did you change your polices. Not for nothing... That’s why I like going to QT. I usually love the customer service. Forget a hello welcome QT at this one...These folks would rather gossip then ring you up. 😤🤔🙄 if you don’t like your job people give it to someone else.

The qt kitchen lady at 9am on Saturday Oct 10th refused to make more chicken biscuits for us and mt breakfast was not used by 855am; she seemed very uninterested in being there very unprofessional!

Its gotten so bad with all the people begging for money here. 3 people came up to me asking for money and they wont let you pass until you give them some. Its like a homeless tax or something. Even had one that followed me into the bathroom. I told the clerk but she said just ignore them. I wont be back

All the bad reviews seriously doesnt even make any sense. Its a gas station people.... A GAS STATION lol. Yall are expecting 5 star service at a gas station. Get a life.

Went to the New Quick Trip this morning to get some coffee and some those delious chocolate fat doughnuts. Personal and services or excellent,clean parking area and store easy from interstate i-285& 2 other major roads.Drop by and shop you wont be disappointed.

This is the worse quicktrip Ive been to. Whose idea to open a quicktrip in forest park, Ga are dumb. DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible customer service and Horrible customer service causes by ghetto people in Forest park and Clayton county. We cannot have anything nice. Gas is something else. That gas is going to mess up your engine. DO NOT COME AT THIS QUICK TRIP!
