If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered four tires to be installed the same day. I was so excited that this could be done so quickly and for a great price. Money was out of my account as soon as I placed the order. ....30minutes before my appointment time, I got an email saying they canceled the appointment. I tried to reschedule, but the website wouldnt let me. I tried to call to figure out what was going on, and no one answered the phone. Finally, I just went it to see if I could find someone....only to find out that 1) they were closed for the day because of some malfunction, 2) they had NO record of my order, 3) they didnt have the tires I PAID for and wouldnt get them in for at least TWO weeks!I had to call the website customer service twice before I got someone who could help me in the slightest and cancel my order.Heres the thing. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for the money to go back into my account....to then find another place to get new tires. So now I have no car for at least a week and cant go in to work.I am BEYOND frustrated.

DO NOT GO HERE. Literally the worst car service I’ve ever had. It took them almost 3 hours just to replace my car battery. That’s it! Just a car battery, shouldn’t take that long. They have no sense of urgency and don’t care about giving you a positive customer experience. The desk crew and car crew were also sending me back and forth to each other about whether or not I was supposed to get the battery myself. The customer should not be the one figuring out what needs to be done. The workers are!

Arrived at 5:45 and was able to get oil changed in a timely fashion. Asia provided great customer service. Definitely recommend.

I gave this Walmart 5 stars because of the improvement they have made since a few years ago. At first, I didnt like shopping here but now I do take the time and come here and shop. There are a small changes that they could work on but much better than before.

Waited two hours past the time they were supposed to open to be told the mechanics called off and they wont be opening. Multiple other customers came while I was waiting with problems with work they already did needing to be resolved. Management needs an upgrade!

Visited on Mar 2, 2021, at around 1230pm, for tire change. Contrary to the usual negative customer experience, staffs were polite and dedicated; service provided by the crew was excellent. This is very rare for Walmart. The whole auto care crew deserves credit.

Do NOT go here. We wanted an oil change and they made us wait a whole hour just to tell us they didn’t have the filter. We left the store & we started smelling an odor from the vents so we pulled over really fast & they left OIL CAP OFF. Terrible experience

Ordered 4 tires online and when I arrived for my appointment they told me only 2 tires had come in. In store associates said I should have received an email that only 2 tires arrived, but I never did. After getting on the phone with customer service they initially tried to only refund me for 2 tires even though I had already paid and been charged for all 4 tires. Waste of time...

Listen to the reviews! Do not come here! I’ve been waiting for over an hour and my car hasn’t even gone back yet and I’m the second person who got here. It took almost an hour to even find the tires I ordered from them online. Nobody has time to sit here all day just to get some tires put on. Never again.

There tire service. Technician sign up service and manger service needs improvement. Anything is possible. It’s always one dude with brown hair and brown eyes doing the oil changes by himself. Even though he’s making good time with getting the vehicle in and out by himself. Their are 3-4 people on the tire side taking forever to move cars along the line. Leaving cars in the air with no service for too long. Fix it. And it shouldn’t take 3 hrs to change a battery. Better yet tell the customer that they couldn’t do the necessary change at all. Fix it manager Michelle and keep up the good customer satisfaction jojo!

I really hope the new guy with curly brown hair shows up to do my oil change. I’ve been waiting for over an hour and a half. My cousin recommended me here of getting an oil change. He’s a good technician and tells her if something was leaking. GOD HELP US .

I enjoy watching the employees work on my car and others and the information given about certain aspects that goes wrong with the vehicles. I don’t like how the manager treats her employees. I noticed an encounter at the front counter while I was paying for the services. An employee kept telling the female manager (with black Afro) that they didn’t know what to do in a certain situation with the customer. The manager kept telling the employee “you playing with me right”,”you know what to do”,”quit playing”. It seems as though the employee was actually serious. So I wonder why the manager kept repeating those phrases. Then the manager helps the employee in a aggressive manner as if the employee should know what to do, but we are all human and some people either make mistakes, forgets how to do something, or even just actually doesn’t know. Being nice isn’t hard whatsoever. It takes very little to help the person next to you instead of shooting them down. Would of been 5stars but being a good, nice, and friendly co-worker is still in play even if your are above the person next to you.

It’s all MICHELLE fault! She has poor management skills. Can you believe there was one Machanic with Curly hair and light brown eyes performing 6-8 oil changes by himself while 3-4 people took 4-5hrs too perform two vehicle tire services. What a shame. Props to that gentleman and tire service technicians need to get it together. The manager walks around waving her finger telling each person what not to do. Instead of walking with a kind hearted voice of helping them on what to do and how something should be done correctly. I shouldn’t know when an employee is in trouble with there manager at all. Also, too much laughing going on behind the technicians payment center. Can’t even pay for my vehicle service.

Whoever is the overseer as a manager needs to be replaced immediately. Due to the fact that I had to wait until a technician came back from “lunch” in order to get my tires serviced. Then the associate at the counter tells me the manager is in her office. So why can’t “the manager” put two tires on for 15mins? What kind of manager doesn’t have their team back when it’s time for them to step away from their work duties. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour until my car is serviced. #Lost customer.

Customer service is an issue here. The cashiers/attendants are slow at appointing and servicing you. Their communication skills are poor and sloppy. The attendent literally has me waiting on her to properly attend me while she makes small talk with others nearby in front of me. Very unprofessional location! I only came to this location due to being the closest location with an auto center and I had purchased warranty. I came in for a flat tire repair and it took someone over an hour just to take the tire to the shop. It was not busy at all with one car getting serviced when I checked back in an hour later.

If you value your time and money do not bring your car here because they do not know what they are doing majority of their mechanics are not certified and theyre all kids.... I went here yesterday to get my rear tires replaced and waited from 7 a.m. to 1:30pm just to find out that one of the mechanics broke the sensor on my tire and did not tell me until the second go-round to find out what was wrong with my pressure sensor and they tried to make it seem like its not their fault and the manager (Michelle) she does not take her job serious she knows that theyre not doing their job and chooses to not do anything. You can see for youself through their window and you can walk out their as well.....dont believe go there for some tires or an oil change

Good job with my oil change today. Malik signed me up and told me it wouldn’t take Long for my oil change. By the time I used the restroom. My car was finish. Spent around 15-20 mins wandering the store. Nice people to get a synthetic oil change from !

Auto service here suck, trying to give them my biz but they cant even remove the wheel due to the tools not fitting. wow, you have a tons of tools for sale and cant just get a different size socket set that fit. if I can do it myself just the other day, a full size shop cant, wow, just wow. nice job walmart. not bringing my biz to you anymore. not to mention you wait 1 hour and a half just to tell you they cant do it. slowest service ever, other biz will jump to it, not this one. guess they pay those techs to stand around haha

This place has given my husband and I the worst experience ever! We waited over an hour just to find out if they had our tires, the manager left to check and never came back. It was horrible! Cant believe they hire such incompetent people. Wal-Mart needs to step it up with their service. At the end we waited so long just to be told that they couldnt even order our tires. If I could give it no stars I would.

The staff at this walmart have zero customer service skills. They mope around like their at home having a lazy day. No one acknowledges you as you wait in line to be helped, in the automotive center that is. The girls working the auto centers counter on the inside will also ignore you and complain to each other how they dont want to do nothing. Theyll leave the customers waiting at the blue podium until closing time. Ive waited for a half hour and still no one is here asking me what Im here for. If I could give this walmart 0 stars, I would! I dont think Ill be coming back ever!! Its worth driving an hour or more for decent custoner service...this palce doesnt even come close to being decent. The worst I have ever seen from an automotive shop!

WORST PLACE EVER!! I wasted two hours of my life at this horrible establishment for them to look at my car for 10 minutes and tell me that they couldnt change my tires. I wasnt offered any compensation for my wasted time. I was referred to pepboys and even they couldnt help me. Who does that? So i eneded up leaving frustrated, disappointed, and ready to speak to management to ensure my voice is heard and changes are made. Take it from me, this is the WORST I have ever been too and I will never be returning to this God awful place of business

I am grateful for Walmart and their auto body shops, I am frustrated & disappointed in this specific Forrest Park, Illinois store. On December 30th 2017 one of my tires blew a flat in Indiana on I 80, 2.5 hours outside of Chicago, where I live. I got the spare put on with the help of a kind stranger. He recommended that I could drive all the way back to Chicago on the spare or that the Goshen Walmart could help. The Goshen, Indiana Walmart auto team was fantastic! They were friendly and helpful & stayed beyond closing time.I went out to my car after everyone in the auto shop had gone home& turned on the car only to find that my anti-lock break and track system lights were on.The store was closed so I just drove home. I went to the Forrest Park Walmart auto store today (around 3:46 pm, December 5th, 2018). The line was long and the staff were running around in a disorganized fashion. Customers kept asking for supervisors & the young employees said there were none there that day. When I finally got to the front of the line (becuse 3 people in front of just left tocked off) to see if they could look to see if my sensor was dinged or out of place back by my tire or if they could just tell me why the lights were on. The young man said he could not help me, that I would have to go back to where I got this new tire I told him that was 2.5 hours away in Indiana) and he said they werent going to be held liable for something the other store did& I said I wasnt holding anyone liable, I just wanted someone to see if the sender got knocker when the tire was put on or turn off the lights if nothing was wrong. I spoke firmly about customer service and that I had a warranty on the tire and another customer said I probably just needed to have the dashboard lights re-set. The young man shook his head and walked out to my car, asked me to turn it on. I turned on the car and he said right away, you need new brakes and steering fluid, you need to go to the dealer, and walked back into Walmart. I am so ticked that I drove 35 minutes to the closest Walmart auto shop for nothing. I am also pretty disappointed if Walmart promotes polices/practices where if one store does work and follow up needs to happen, it can only happen at the store where original work was done, no matter where or how inconvenient it is to the customer.

I used to think this was one of the better Wal-Marts to shop at but after my experience with their tire center I will never ever buy tires at Wal-Mart again. The price seemed cheaper than anywhere else around but youre really getting what you pay for. I paid around 350 for a set of four douglas tires and was happy with the price, but after a week I noticed that my tpms sensor was turning on. I have brought my car back four times now to get them checked out and each time I spend between one and four hours waiting for them to service my tires just to have them refill the tires with air and say nothing is wrong with them. I am constantly looking air pressure on all four tires and I an upset because I paid for the roadside hazard to get them repaired if anything were to happen and yet they do nothing but just add air. I ended up getting the problem resolved by going to Costco. They dismounted my tires from the rim and found that they were mounted improperly and guess what? I havent had a leak since then. Thank you Costco! As for Wal-Mart, if you keep treating your customers this way you will eventually go out of business. I hope you watch your stock price because I will no longer be buying tires and possibly anything else from you!

I waited for 20 minutes while the intake woman tried scanning my car. Then they told me their equipment was broken and they couldnt do oil changes for a Toyota Prius, dont go here, the service is awful.

Came in with 4 new tires to be installed. The wait was about an hour and ended up paying under $70 for balancing and mouting. Definitely beats pepboys price. Did have a problem with one of my TMPS but Datrial hooked me up. Customer wasnt the greatest but I would recommend this place if your tight on money.

The staff at the Auto Care center are apathetic towards the customer and seemed annoyed by questions. The service did not take very long, but I stood at the desk for close to 20 minutes after my car was done, the employee kept saying it is done, but I am waiting on the bill to print. There was no other explanation, empathy or apology. Next time I will pay more and go elsewhere.

NEVER come here for anything. Slower than imaginable sub par service. My experience buying tires from walmart in a bind on the road has been miserable except for a few rare employees. This will be the reason I never set foot in another walmart store again.

Went there last night due to a flat tire, i bought the tire a little over a month ago at the same location, waited 2.5 hours to be told the rim had corrosion, the service guy said that he will clean the corrosion & seal it, got home, tire went flat again ! I took it to another place and the tire had a hole, yet i paid for the warranty which covered road hazzard, will never go back there ! Im about to buy 2 more tires, i will spend the extra money & buy the tires somewhere else !!

The wait at this location is to long no matter what you are getting done to your car. I had to wait almost 5 hours to get my tires put on my car. I went back to get a repair to my tire and it took almost 4 hours.
