This company was sent to my home thru my home warranty for a no A/C call. Worst experience ever. I had to call him to see when he would be out. He diagnosed my unit as needing a compressor. He sloppily wrote up the invoice. He was to notify the home warranty company and get the part ordered within 24 hours of making the diagnosis. It has been 5 days and he has yet to follow up with getting the part ordered nor had any contact with me. Please be cautious when wishing to use this company. As you will see from another complaint review, the owner chose to bash the person with the complaint as opposed to trying to see how he can improve his customer service. Such a shame.

My a/c unit went out over the weekend and I was not financially prepared to replace it. Mr. Wilson drove to my home in Norcross and fixed a problem I would have cost me 5x his rate! Im just grateful that we have air and he called to make sure we were still doing well a week later! AWESOME customer service!
Mr Wilson is very prompt and gave me the most economic and affordable price for my entire system. He saved my life!
