My husband and I went here on our anniversary to split up, pick out gifts for each other, and meet up to show what we picked. It was fun because of the variety. We know we could find things we both would love.Ive also used their grocery pickup and it was a breeze! Super convenient way to shop with kids

It was so smooth and fast. After working all day and needing to get home to get dinner ready. I just didnt want to have to go in to the store and be people-y. I was in and out of the parking lot super fast.

The Drive-Up option is great! It’s fast, free, and they pull the right stuff. I am staying out of stores and other indoor spaces, so it’s a lifesaver to just show my code through the car window and have them put my purchases in the back of the car. I will probably keep shopping this way even after the pandemic is over. Grocery shopping may be essential, but going inside is not.

I would normally perhaps post a five star review as issues I’ve had with staff during check outs has lessened at self check out since moving here in July, and if I could give the Supervisors a separate rating and review, it would be a 5 star no doubt. But unfortunately there’s always that one person that can bring down an entire team or group or rating, and Abigail at the Guest Services desk is the reason I am writing this review today. Abrasive, rude and condescending, I have had two incidences now with her one in person as well as my boyfriend and now another incident, on the phone yesterday while she was representing once again, Target Corporations...She should be kept out of the public eye and no where near customer service desks, or answering phones. Disrespectful and speaking to a customer as though they had no common sense, Abigail is a liability to your company, not an asset. If it weren’t for my loyalty to this entire corporation as a whole, I would drive 20 mins away just to avoid another possible interaction with this individual. And it’s unfortunate I have to speak publicly about it, but if I had these issues twice in three days with her and on the phone above all things without her even seeing or recognizing my face, this happens frequently and to other customers as well. When asked her supervisors name she replied “I don’t know that information...” when asked if the supervisor was coming back her reply was “I’m not sure” very short and with no ability to problem solve or mediate a resolution in the moment, she could very well be a reason some never visit the store again due to the lack of integrity and respect upon interacting with this employee. I think about the elderly that come to Target and honestly feel terrible for them if they were spoken to as she has done to me twice now, and I’m 34! She not only publicly embarrassed me by insinuating I was lying about a return agreement I had made a day or two prior with a Supervisor, she acted as if that Supervisor didn’t ever exist, then got the price wrong for the return itself, took my boyfriends drivers license after saying we couldn’t do the return, then said it was over the limit and there was no way to help us at all. When I told her I spoke to another supervisor she looked at me like I was making it up, and then gave an attitude to me and my boyfriend.Unbeknownst to Abigail, I come to Target two three sometimes four days a week, spending anywhere from $50-$600 at times even more and have been a very very loyal customer the last three years, consistently and when I spoke to the Supervisor prior to Abigails interactions I took out my Target App and showed her all my purchases and orders the last year or two, so she would know I wasn’t trying to make a quick buck over a $67 hard drive. $67 is nothing to me! I own three different businesses and forming a non profit! I feel extremely let down by this store, for allowing someone like her to work the front lines of your store, two times in three days both in person and on the phone is unacceptable. I refused to go pick up my order last night and had my boyfriend go get it so I didn’t have to even see her again, when my boyfriend arrived at the store he said “I’d like to deal with someone else...”I hope the store changes the way they deal with this individual. Enough is enough.

The shelves are completely barren in numerous departments forcing me to go to a competitor to do my shopping. None of the other Targets are like this so it is due to poor management and not the economy.

The Forest Lake Target has maintained a clean and stocked (as much as possible) store. The staff were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for. Not one person there appeared to be stressed or bothered and gave a smile and work as usual attitude. IMPRESSED! Thank you for being a great part of our community!

Tori was very helpful in the electronic department. She assisted Nick while he was delivering a TV to another customer. She answered all of our questions and then some! She definitely made our visit a good visit.

I am a huge target fan. Always have been. Walmart creeps me out a bit. But I’ve had some issues with their stuff being a bit disorganized. And you aren’t able to find fresh vegetables much.I also got a thing of cheese and opened it up and it was completely moldy. So that was a bit disappointing.

The guy in the tech area was a great help putting a sound bar on hold tonight (7/31 @8:15pm) and Mark was the best cashier I’ve ever met ! Super genuine and great help! These dudes need a raise !

Love that the pharmacy is in side. Very friendly staff. Love the Dollar section in the front. Very nice plants or flowers for gift giving. Love the 62 decor and gifts. Store always clean. Nice quality items. A one stop shop. I like the 5 cents per bag and 5% off using your Target card.

Good value. Pleasant shopping experience. Target is a reliable source for things I want at a price I can afford. I start with Target for most of the items I need/want. Often, I do not have to look further.

A nice store to go to for good quality products at a slightly increased price. The workers are kind and know where most things are. The waits at the registers are usually short enough that it will not be a problem. The parking lot is also big enough that parking is easy.

Online ordering was fast, easy and customer service person during pickup was very nice. I appreciate the ease of online ordering, and the ability to pick up in a store. This allows me to conveniently order online and know that retail store jobs are still being needed to fulfill the order.

Everyone was so helpful and the quality of the merchandise was very nice. Prices were comparable with other stores such as Kohls. The customer service was amazing and I had quite a shopping list. Staff such as Steve and Linda even left other departments to help me find items. My cashier, Sarah bagged my purchases and came around the counter to place them in my cart. I was very appreciative of the excellent customer service.

The people working at the Forest Lake location are just awesome. During the feardemic it seems like people have lost the ability to be nice and talk to eachother...but not the staff at this Target store. From the cart people, to stockers, to cashiers.....they are all super friendly. It is refreshing especially at this time.

Cant find anyone to help you on the floor yet theres several people just standing up front doing nothing but being nosy trying to see what youre buying. They are so rude and unhelpful that I only go there as a last resort. Worst store in this town.

It was the first time to use. What was nice, I was able to order in advance and go in and have my order ready for pick up. The only reason I rated a 9, I had to wait about 10-15 minutes at service counter because of all the returns ahead of me. That was the only drawback. Otherwise, I LOVE Target! Thank you!

Great experience using the pick up service for the first time. One thing that needs to be changed however, is the use of single source plastic bags! We should have an option online to state paper only or to put our orders in a bin and bring our own reuse bags in. We HAVE to stop all this plastic!!!

Customer service rep was excellent courteous and assisted me beyond what I expected. What a great CS rep! Went beyond to help me get my order processed. My items were ready literally in MINUTES!!!!! Great service wont hesitate to use in store p/u in the future.

Horribly slow service ! I finished my quick shopping trip before they even had my drink done. Took over 8 minutes to get a latte. Very disappointing and this wasn’t the first time. We come at least 3 times a week and it’s almost always like this. No line only two drinks ahead of mine too and 3 people behind the counter.

This Target is near where I work, so its a very convenient location. I typically go in to buy frozen lunches or office supplies. There are no complaints about these things. What I wish is that they had a full deli/bakery, like some other Target locations.

The Forest Lake Target has the BEST guest services! They are always quick and friendly with the drive up service. I wish they did full grocery pick up.

Even though the store is under construction, the building appeared clean and tidy .The employees were helpful and looked busy, not just standing around idle. New makeup section is GLORIOUS.

I dont fit extremely disappointed in their food court.. they were out of everything hot dogs grilled cheese ranch dressing.. I order chicken fingers for my three-year-old son luckily I had to break them open thinking they were going to be too hot and they were pink in the middle so glad he didnt I didnt do it

Having worked at both Target and walmart both. I can say that this store is the best. Everything is so clean and there is no smell of rotten food no black mold the outside of the building is clean. The people actually talk to you and are friendly. The employees dont seem to be all stressed out. The quality and the prices are alot better than walmart. Cant say enough.

Its Target. Its pretty much the same as any other Target. Good prices slightly higher than Wal-Mart prices but a better atmosphere especially with the employees. Very helpful staff.

Super friendly and smiley customer service representatives, and no problem at all with a price discrepancy between the in store and online price. They immediately matched the online price, which not all stores Ive shopped at are willing to do, so that was very preferable and made the trip simple and beyond satisfactory.

It was way too warm in there, and Target must have some sort of exclusive contract with Apple because they had an entire aisle dedicated to IPhone accessories and they had a very, tiny section about the size of a poster, for android phone accessories. Thats ridiculous! Not to mention that their prices are quite a bit higher than their competitors.

I literally just came in. Poor employee communication I guess at the entrance? The guy bringing carts inside tonight, he was trying to ask for help but the doors were closed so I relayed the message to the coworker inside that the guy outside needed help. The coworker I relayed the message to then yelled at the coworker outside to just figure it out. Over and over. You definitely werent busy at the time. Finally told him how to do it and then proceeded to say figure it out. I dont know how things work here but I dont care who you are, some people are slower at learning things its okay. I enjoy going here and will continue but that is something that needs to be addressed I feel.

Standard Target experience. Has all the daily basics and a good price plus some Target only brands. Its where I do most of my day to day shopping for children stuff and household needs.

I absolutely love Target. I love how they often remodel and modernize the look of their store and the things that they carry in it.Unlike Walmart, they are more friendly to people who have specific diets such as vegan, vegetarian, etc. They carry a lot more products from brands like Daiya, which I appreciate.I love the cartwheel discounts and giftcard - they are the ultimate tool when you pair them with coupons. With these tools, it’s easier to spend way less than anticipated! In that aspect, I believe if you really apply yourself, you can save way more at Target than Walmart.

I love this Target! The employees are always so nice (plus theres a Starbucks here!).

I know where everything is. I dont have to walk a mile to get one or two things (like at WalMart). Team members are very helpful. The store is always clean, and the aisles arent crowded (unlike WalMart).

Constant errors by staff. ALWAYS check your prescriptions at pickup and your cash register receipt.

Cleanliness, checkouts are always nice and helpful plus 5%off :)

Walked out purchasing nothing. Horrible customer service. Asked a woman (with blue dyed in her hair)in the electronics dept if she could assist me getting a few games out of a locked game case. She nodded at me and walked away. Didnt bother to try and find another associate to help me or ask me to wait because she was helping someone else. She simply walked away. That was disrespectful as hell, and I dont plan on shopping there anymore.

Good store. Only issue is the pharmacy. Very slow and often messed up.

I am writing regarding my Target tech experience. It was AWFUL. I purchased an iphone xmax on November 17th because the Target add said you could get a $150 gift card. The Target tech guy was not knowledgeable with his job and after over 2 hours of waiting and problems hooking up the phone he then told me that this did not include the iphone xmax. He called his district manager who said he would mail me a $150 gift card and it would get to me by the end of the week. It has now been 3 weeks. I still do not have the gift card. I have attempted contacting the target tech district manager who will not return my phone calls. I called cooperate target who would not help me either. I have been back to the store twice and the Target tech person just keeps referring me to the same district target tech manager. This is ridiculous. Im pretty sure I am out the gift card. Save yourself time and do not ever buy a phone from Target!

Great Selection, they have everything I need!

Being from a retail store myself its nice to see how things work in other stores. The customer service is amazing especially back in the electronics department.

While their handi-capable carts are never charged up well and it seems they do much of their stocking during the week days which makes it hard to get around on crutches and/or scooters, the staff cant be beat!

This Target store is always clean and well taken care of, and usually dont have a very long wait to check out.

This place is a joke there staff are all very rude and not help full at all kept telling me my order was canceled when on my app it clearly showed it was not very disrespectful management

Absolutely wonderful customer service, was asked by numerous employees if I needed help and I loved that so much. I will go back there cuz the atmosphere is amazing, customer service was superb, products are good quality with great prices and Wal-Mart just cant compete with that! Oh and I absolutely love the gift cards ( move over blue light specials (I loved as a kid)), my favorite!
