Great produce, less American and more Mexican food, prices a little high compared to other places, awesome meat department

I want to give a shout out to one of the sackers. His name is William/Bill. I love going when he sacks my groceries for me and he always load them in my car for me. When it’s raining or cold or extremely hot outside. He doesn’t mind and he’s always so nice. Keep up the great work William!!!

Big sign at entrance if you pay with food card you pay half price on fresh fruit and vegetables but when I paid my total was 40odd dollars and only 10 dollars was discounted some fruits were very ripe( grapes) had to feed to chickens!!

Very good local grocery store. They have weekly sales ads that you can pick up at the entrance of the store. Friendly staff and cashiers. Great prices on everything and yes the fruit and vegetables are fresh. Love shopping here versus Walmart or Winco

This store has a good selection of produce and meat department. They have a good variety to choose from and had product when no one else did during Covid.

First time going. I really didnt not like it. There was clearance items that were expired. Not good. Some fruit in package was no good. First and last time I go.

Dont go like I dont know how theyre still in business because everything was cramped it smelled a little bit funny the cashier had no personality and looked half dead! And they have to have a flipping security guard because apparently its so ghetto and on top of that the parking lot while its kind of nice that its small and close to the front door its also roughed up pretty bad

This grocery store is horrible! The community should definitely reach out to there councilman. You can buy all kinds of fast food in the area, but dont have a quality grocery store to buy quality produce.......sad & disheartening!

Clean, organized, good fresh produce and meats. Convenient place to pay utility bills. Cashiers often hold conversations with each other and I may need to ask a question but cant without seeming rude.

I visit this place because of great sales they have. Also there is an outstanding female employee who was always ready to help you get your groceries to the car. I wish I would have thought about taking a pic of her so I could it. A great asset to Foodland! I will get a pic of her next time I visit.... she deserves to be acknowledged!

Its a small grocery store, close to where I live. They have the Staples, meat, potatos, and bread. If your looking for gormet, I would suggest you shop else where, but I will have to admit the prices are very competitive, and their meat is a bargain.

Food prices are wonderful.

Its a nice sized grocery store in a good location for the surrounding neighborhoods but the prices are JACKED!!! Add about $1.50 to the same thing you would get at another store. If the yellow sale tags arent up, Ill get my items somewhere else. But since we lost our other grocery store in the area, its not the worst. If youre on a strict grocery budget, just add your prices as you go.

I love shopping @ Foodland, Im always finding something different like these good sausages everybodys been talking about on Facebook.

I decided to go based on a recommendation of being the best breakfast. I have been there approximately 5 times. Every time the hostesses are extra friendly and professional. The portions are very generous and priced moderately for what you receive from the kitchen. The restaurant is always clean and orderly. The wait staff is consistent.

It used to be Carvinal, when I last been there. The meat prices are okay, and this time I was there, there was a meat pkg, w/4 differentmeats in the box for $20. It was priced right, and the can goods(to me), were a little expensive. Overall...an okay store for good meat, and prices. Cashiers, was noce, and fast.

I love this place for the meat deals this store reminds me of back home when we used to go to the meat market I go here and get wonderful meat deals the meat is fresh if you take the time and look around the store you can find other deals I love to get their oranges when theyre on sale and I get to pick how many pounds of beans are but I travel all the way from Dallas to Fort Worth just for the meat deals there that great

The employees are very helpful I asked about a product and Alice stopped what she was doing and took me to the location of what I was looking for this was great most places wont even bother just tell you where you may find items. At the check stand I was taken to another Lane with no wait time the cashier Zabbiel took no time at all to get me out !!!! Great customer service!!!

Love this place! And love the people you guys are awesome!! 😊 younger generation girls although need to tone down the attitudes and leave other workers that are on the clock alone... They do need some schooling on how to act in public and around customers. Personally I have had NO PROBLEMS at all but I am in this store alot and have seen and heard some distasteful things from these little girls!Regular staff members I have the up most respect for you guys and you all are the love of store front and the face of respect and courtesy to this store and customers!

I always go here to get the meat that they sell in a box for $19.95. They give you four things of meat. Pretty good for a small family. Sorry I didnt upload a picture.

Foodland is in my area it is an okay store to hit when you are short on time it is closed you can find just about everything you need some things are very pricey but overall its okay they have good greens collard greens mustard greens thats a good place to go to find ethnic food such as ham hocks oxtails pigtails pig feet that type of foods you can find there theyre not big on rolls and things like that things that you can find at Walmart for about $2 you will find at Foodland for about three or four dollars so some things are okay and some things are not I give it a I read it at three and a half I wouldnt shut their everyday or every week good place to go they have a sale on cases of water you can get two cases 24 for $6

Most of the time I can find what I need, but some of the associates seem unhappy to be there and neglect obvious errors in store presentation. A happy employee makes a shopping experience manageable for everyone.

The cashier was eating while the customer on front of me was trying to make the payment. Her name is Ashley I never see before thru allow the employees eat in front of the customers when is not their break time.
