Their kitchen used to be my favorite of all the QT’s-at some point the girl who used to make the food got replaced with someone who just slaps food together however. Pretzels are always way too salty when I order them now but I never thought it was worth it to post a review. However, today I tried to order from there and was served incorrect food 3x-to the point that I didn’t even go back in and try to get my food made properly. After 3 times it’s pointless. Besides the fact that it was incorrect over and over, AND when I talked to the manager he blamed my boyfriend, the food was pathetic looking. Slightly toasted bread with the smallest most pathetic scoop of chicken on top of the most plastic looking cheese I had ever seen (which was why I TRIED to order cheddar instead of American but they can’t seem to get it right). I will just go the extra 3 exits for another QT location if I want anything from their kitchen from here out.

Quick and easy curbside.I wish they would bag cold stuff and warm stuff in separate bags.

Bad location customers people dont care will block parking almost hit your car stay away

Dangerous location was hit by a crazy driver and no one in the location would help me and I came in another morning trying to get food for breakfast and was almost hit again by someone no paying attention. Never going to this location again

The business goes down or something wrong with this place? Every time when I come here to get a gas for my car, half of the pumps are down and cars parking at the pumps are suck.

I love qt, but the gas pumps at this one suck! They are constantly shutting off. I can never pump more than a couple gallons super slowly, and it clicks off. Did it on both a 2011 F150, and a 1995 Blazer. Different pumps, different days, multiple trips with each vehicle

Pretty awesome place!!! Will more than likely put the three nearest gas stations out of business,and give the fast food places a run for their money. Other than the kind of ghetto 7/11, this place is the only 24 hr gas station. Their pizza and pretzels are very good and reasonably priced. Love the slushy machines...so many flavors. So many alternatives to soft drinks.more than like 5 gas pumps. The workers also make $10 an hr,so they are friendly and helpful,and theres always more than one person in there,so they are not understaffed.

For 2 straight years of coming to this store the frozen cappuccino has been out of order.I get the same answer every time I ask why.Maybe tomorrow.Q T, great customer service. ThanksThis morning the staff was saying that they couldnt wait to get off.Q.T. do to this location you could sell dog ____and still make a profit.Im going somewhere else, done .

Ive stopped here at least six or seven times for their tea, love their tea here, but this place is always crawling with people so be prepared for it to be busy, lol.

Heed the previous warning regarding panhandling. I work in this area of Fort Worth and had to stop here to get gas. While a lady asked me for $$, a little boy with her tried to open my car door. DO NOT GET GAS HERE WITHOUT LOCKING YOUR DOORS!!! I will NEVER go here again. The gas was cheaper up the street at the new Chevron.

Kitchen staff needs a lesson in customer service. For the record I shop at QT a lot and have never had a complaint anywhere else

The staff starting with the manager but definitely includes the staff in the day which is the time of day I have been is absolutely rude borderline disrespectful.

A man walks up to me asking for .75 cents...he was trying to get $2 to put gas in his car. Then a lady walks up to my window, knocks and ask for money? Seriously, QT u need to stop this!!!!!!

The donuts were beyond dry. The slushy is solid. And I asked for one pack of cigars and was charged for two. There were a lot of people in the store, I have places to go. I dont have time to go back but I wont be going there anymore. I have been there 4 times and try to give it a chance, but I had enough.

Bad customer service the guy that helped me threw my stuff at me and just started helping the next person in line keep in mind I still haven’t gotten my stuff of the table yet so rude never coming back again .......

Different prices on gasoline

I have 5 kids we always go in for slurpees every time I go there always down.it makes me so mad please fix the machines.

This location is usually crowded, and getting back out on the road can be tricky. Usually clean store and restrooms. The courtesy window washing stations next to the pumps, dont seem to have the cleaning solution changed often (usually smells rancid).

Worst experience of my life dont know the girls first name but her last name is Ortiz got smart with me about a bun the first time I asked her a question then she accused my husband of stealing a borrito that I paid for so they wouldnt give me back the change from my gas then she proceeds to argue with me . 1 I dont steal and 2 yall stole from a coustmer so that being said I dont care if Im driving this way and about to run out of gas I will never stop there again !!! I dont know how yall have coustmers with a rude girl like that !!!! Review the Cameras I will be suing !!!

More people will ask you for gas money at this QT than any other I have been to.. my personal experience.. if you dont have gas money dont go to the gas station asking everyone else for it..

This is a nice QT and it stays busy, they have every tea and coffee, slush drink you can think of which is typical, I just hate being rushed during check out, and when I say yes to a bag I actually mean yes I want my stuff in a bag.

Store was dirty and not stocked. The floor looked like it hadnt been mopped in weeks. Bathroom is nasty. Out of lids for cups.

The new girl disrespected me . I have been going there for the the last 4 years. She wont last long. She s rude.
