I am happy that we have a record store right here in the Grove. Ive bought several records there and the owner is awesome. There was a rare Etta James album I was looking for and he was able to find it for me. His records are reasonably priced and neatly organized. I love the fact that I can just run down the street to get my vinyl fix instead of driving to Portland, fighting for parking, etc.I highly recommend Lost Wax records. Support Local Business! Skip is a friendly and welcoming person who busted out an acoustic guitar for my three year old son to mess around with while I dug for records. The store had some gems on the wall and a nice assortment of audio gear for those in need. Will return

I have been coming here almost weekly since it opened at the start of November, The owner is extremely friendly and is extremely knowledgeable on turntables and such, i purchased my first turntable from him a couple of months for 30$ and it still works perfect. He gives extremely good deals on records whether they are old or new, and whenever I ask a question about an album he always has some knowledge on it. I highly recommend hitting up this place if you live around here or are just stopping through.
