T.F. Draper Company installed our new garage door in 2016 and did a great job with friendly service. Price was reasonable too. Had them back out 2021 just to adjust after using the door for several years. I had read that they should be checked every few years for preventative maintenance. They set up an appointment right away and adjusted a couple of minor things and gave us tips of what we could do on our end to keep it up. Would definitely recommend them!

I do not recommend doing business with this company. I got a job done on my garage door, and I was quoted on the phone for the work. My bill ended up being almost doubled with no work order or proof of what work was done. I’ve payed my bill in full but since April I’ve been getting billed extra from them with no explanation why. Even after I’ve explained myself why I’m not paying the extra bill they gave me, they still keep on sending me bills in the mail. I do not recommend doing business with them because they will bill you extra with no explanation why.

Drapers T. F. Put new spring & rollers, reset door. Its off alinement now. Went to their shop, it was locked, so waited outside. The guys were talking with every other word was F this & F that. The wife of owner was there w/her toddler in diapers listening to this unproffessional lauguage. The man who came to put rollers in was very hateful in his manner & replaced spring also. Said 3.000.00 to replace door. Got quotes since for 2.300.00 from Daves & Muellers which have been around forever.PS: Get several Quotes

Garage door spring broke late in the afternoon. Used the website online form to submit a service request and received a response early in the evening following up to verify what type of spring and providing an estimated install time of the following day. Great communication just using email and service was completed in less than 12 hours. They also have emergency hours but this was not an emergency and still completed within 12 hours. Great service for a great price. Would easily recommend!! Fast and friendly service.

Excellent workmanship, cleared up after themselves. Garage was a bit out of alignment for new door and they sorted it so new door fitted.

This the second job Ive had done by T.F. Draper and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for them to work on their project. Response was quick and work done on time as promised. Brandon was polite and always explained what he was doing when I asked a question.

On a Friday our warehouse roll up door suddenly stopped working in the up position. Even though they were fully booked they got someone out that afternoon to diagnose it and get it closed and secured so I could go home for the weekend. They showed up Monday with a new motor and now it works perfectly. They really came through and it was much appreciated.

Professional, friendly, and courteous. What more could you ask for? Finally took the time to call and get someone out to look at issues i had been having with our garage door and wish we would have done it sooner as it was so quick and easy. They were able to fix the garage as well as install a keypad opener all while adhering to current social distancing practices.

I left them a voicemail about needing my garage door fixed and they returned my call the very next morning. Brandon was the service tech, and he was super fast. I will definitely call them in the future for anything that comes up. I reccomend these guys!

Colby did a great job on the garage door noise. He didn’t eliminate it but did improve it. Nice guy and gave me tips for ensuring it doesn’t squeak in between maintenance.

We have used TfDraper garage door for the first time after we purchased our home in 2018. Another garage door company wanted to charge me more than $500 to put in a new motor. TF Draper was able to make some adjustments to include some maintenance for under $130. This garage motor lasted another two years. I again used them to put in a new very quiet motor for $400. TF Draper does very good work and does not gouge their customers. They are very ethical and efficient.

Fast, friendly, and super helpful.

Had a little trouble getting a call back after we initially called, but once you did it was great. We got help with options deciding what we needed and good communication all the way. Installation was efficient, guys were professional, and it looks great and works like a charm.

The motor was restored and the system was lubricated by theForest Grove Garage Door Repair employees. Its my fault, the system began squeaking and twitching long ago, but I kept putting it off and I was lazy to appeal to the service. Because of the reset, the motor broke down. Do not delay and carry out service prevention of the gate opening systems. The guys have good prices, fast and qualitative service. I was satisfied, despite the fact that I have spend money for repairs. Good luck.
