Im going to be honest, I only ever come because they have a lot of options on their incense stand. It seems like they have a lot of options and theyre super nice. Seriously though, a lot of cool incense smells.

I went in to get a vape with no cool hit flavor and they legit sold me exactly what I didnt want and when I came back they said they wouldnt get me a new one. And kicked me out of the store. It was the cashier with red curly hair that is the owners daughter she has no idea what shes doing.

Typically I have great service at this store and the staff are friendly, today was very different .....I bought a 100+$ vape from this store and not even Two days later the charge port broke, I went back in to the store with my reciept to ask for a refund OR a replacement. The cashier with redish curley hair (said she was the owners daughter) was absolutely unprofessional. Told me she couldnt do anything for me. She said I could come back and get some type of receipt to mail it along with the vape back to the Manufacturer, but Id have to wait for her father to come back from vacation in a couple weeks beacuse she doesnt know how to do it (what?) I asked for the owners phone number or anyone else that could help me and she refused to give it to me stating he was on vacation and I was out of luck. My family along with all my friends who shop here will no longer be shopping here. I was treated terribly by this woman and I spend tons of money here. Absolutely never going back and spreading the word to others as well..Ive never met such a rude cashier in all my life, If the owner reads this please get your daughter out of there. The way she treats customers is insane. Im going to take the loss on this vape but Im definitely reporting this place.

Forest Grove is a small community. I have been in this place a few times. My system is compromised so of course I wear a mask. There are a couple of signs at this business stating masks required to enter, during this pandemic. I think that is wise!! And also from the standpoint of retailers are also required to wear masks. Each time I have gone in the tall bearded guy behind the counter isn’t wearing one, the woman sometimes wore one. And another one behind the counter wasn’t wearing one either . Why,,?? is my question !!! The young bearded guy always had one on, I thank him for that.. A vendor didn’t even have his on. Being Unsafe, & Ignoring isn’t a good practice for a business to thrive..

I use an older mod, and I cant find the coils for it anywhere. This place had them, and not only did Kareem give me a really good deal, but hes probably one of the nicest people Ive ever met! I go here for the vape juice and coils. The workers are all very friendly and accommodating to your questions. They have a large selection of beer as well as tobacco and smoke supplies. Nice store very clean.

Im a cigar smoker and I know what I like.when they ask 5,6 dollars more then what I payed for the cigar at other places.thats just a joke.and not to mention I pick up a cigar that was proIced at 8.99 get to checkout and he charges me 10 bucks pathetic. They need to look at what cigars are actually going for and base price off that.not doing business here again thats for sure

Not just cuz I used to be there Vape Guru there but because its true.... But this is honestly a great place to shop. Some of the best prices in this town and the next 2 over. Staff are great though some extra knowledge in vape could help but hes trying and thats admirable.

The staff is usually nice and the prices are good, but its 8:25 on monday the 23rd and they still arent open for the day. People have to get to work and we need you to be open at least during the hours you say youll be open.

Wish I could rate lower... The only person working there that knows anything about their products is Paul, and hes limited to knowledge of the vape apperati, and hes only there for a few hours a day when he is there. If hes not there, there is literally nobody else there that has knowledge or education of the products sold in the store. The guy with the glasses that works there is rude and will argue with you that he thinks Theres nowhere else that carries items with as good of quality as them..., which isnt true... You can get better and cheaper glass pretty much anywhere. Heed my warnings, this place should be a last resort at best.

Went there to buy 3 items totaling over 30.00. Beer cooler door was sticky and I didnt notice. Guy running counter was SUPER RUDE about it and went on to tell me his problems with his gfriend. Needless to say, i got beer and nothing else. Will not go back. Since they have moved a few doors down, service there is getting worse. Feel like i am disturbing someones time when I want to spend money and buy items. Really disappointing..

Friendly but not really cheaper as the name would imply for name brand cigarettes.

It may market itself as discount, but the box of coils I bought there were $10 more than the $15 I normally paid at my local shop.
