My go to place to find tools and hardware for my house and garage. Picked up a nice vintage metal cabinet with dividers and also some vintage wrenches and a pair of plyers.

It is nice to browse and just see what they have. I was able to get a very nice chandelier for $20. Have bought many things from them they are very reasonably priced and it helps to provide assistance for other people with the prophets.

I love this place, they have a huge variety and an awesome staff. Also the profits from the business go towards helping low income people get into houses ! A very worthy goal in my opinion 👏

Some things are a bargain others are full retail price, caution should be used around a grey curley haired lady that works there she will not want to help or even speak to you and will price gouge you also she has a problem of (accidentally) running into people

Great place with friendly employees. If you need to replace or fix an old household item come here first and see if you can help save something from going to the dump.

You never know what you might at this place. I am a huge advocate for repurposing and 2nd hand use. Its unfortunate how many things go to the landfill that are still useable and in good condition. The Restore is a great option to save some money during a home renovation or project. Support your community and shop here.

Worst customer service for someone with disabilities! If your good and can lift and carry this is the place BUT IF YOU need help this is not the place for you.Which I think goes against what their store is about.

Seems like the prices are getting a bit out of control, many items are priced at a retail level. I will not be shopping here nearly as often.

When called to ask about pick up, was flat out lied to about time (was told no problem by Diane about a 230 pick up and then told by another employee “I don’t know why they hell she would tell you that”.) wow. Customer service is non-exsistant. Based on some other recent reviews, it seems to be headed down hill. Was hopeful about donating here. Not anymore.

The manager we ran into today should be working for the US government as a sergeant in the military. Her talents are being wasted working at a thrift shop in Forest Grove. She could be interrogating the enemy instead of standing ground like a soldier over a receipt. (She demanded that my husband bring my reciept when he came for our purchase which nobody asked for when he came *eyeroll) All I wanted was a bed for my son and ran into this woman who takes her job as a challenge thats just not there. If you come to this store you will find great items at a great price. Just beware of the lady with the grey curly hair. You will know her when you see the angry look on her face.

Overpriced trash... no offense but what they peddle in the name of the unfortunate is way too expensive for leftover wires, lumber and rusty nails! Restore manager is not pleasant, she is very condescending and arrogant, youll just waste your time asking for a discount on a donated piece of wood...

I went to the Restore over in the Portland area and I actually thought their prices were really REALY good. Their prices for granite counter tops was mind blowingly low. Comparing with new of course.Their stuff is cleaned, de-nailed and often ready to install. They work hard over there unlike other places that just take your junk and throw it on the shelf. You can get windows, doors, counters, cabinets, anything really from floors to the kitchen sink.I highly recommend at least stopping here while shopping around for a remodel. It cant hurt and you just might save a ton of money.
