This location has wonderful customer service! I stopped by one evening to replace my old car battery with a new one and Donald was so very helpful and was able to install the new one very quickly and easily! :)I came back a few days later to get a new license plate light bulb and Carlos was also very helpful and was able to switch out my old bulb for a new one. Thank you so very much to everyone at this location for all your help and great customer service! :)I highly recommend this location!

Our family wants to give a HUGE shout out to Jose, who works at the Forest Grove AutoZone. He went above and beyond with his customer service. We were at a loss as to why our daughters car was not working. Within 5 minutes he helped fix the issue and now it runs great! We are so grateful to Jose! I had 2 different experiences with Mr Jose S. today. My first was him checking the health of my car battery. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Every helped me find the size I needed.2nd time was later in the evening 8:58pm (2 mins before closing) I raced to the store to get my battery in my truck tested. Ran inside and asked for him to pleeeeease check my battery. He tested the battery and found it to be good. He checked my terminals and found out it was my negative terminal that wasn’t right enough. He saved me a couple hundred dollars. He has a great sense of humor and great customer service skills. I was an AutoZone employee back in 2000 and I took pride in my job. And Jose seems to be that same exact way! Thanks again Jose S.!!!!

Found out one of my tail lights was broken. Stopped by the Forest Grove AutoZone and an employee named Don was very helpful. Spent a lot of time helping me out and getting it fixed. Great experience.

Every time I go in for a purchase all representatives are helpful and knowledgeable and I love the fact that every time I go in I learn something new.Working on cars is not my major, I learn as I go.Today I have to thank AutoZone and their team, they went above and beyond to help out a customer. I went to autozone becuase I was having battery issues on my Jeep. DON WAS AMAZING!! He was able to help me find the battery I needed, and went above and beyond for helping me take out the old battery and install this new battery. He also made sure all my wiring was good from all my connections and even fixed things to make sure I wouldn’t have issues. He also offered great advice. Best customer service from don! Thank you for being great, so very appreciated! My Battery issues are resolved now!

Poor customer service. This place became my go-to auto parts store anytime I need something. Today I stopped in to buy a fuse holder, but nobody was at the register. I waited patiently for them to finish up at the parts counter and indicated Id like to pay. The response was no. I have get in line at the parts counter and wait for them to help the people looking for parts first. They were nice about it, but why would I wait 15-30 min (Guestimate) for them to help people look up and get auto parts when I just want to hand them my six $1 bills and walk out the door. Why not stop for 30 seconds to take my money and let me leave? Thats how its been handled in the past. So I just left and went across the street to Oriellys and my transaction took

One of the items was for the wrong year of my model car, the exchange process was quick and simple. All in all a great place to go. At another location the employee was more than willing to come out to my car and help me diagnose the problem. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me!!

This is a decent priced auto parts store. The staff are mostly upbeat, seem to enjoy their jobs, and there are a few older people who are really fairly knowledgeable about fixing cars of various types. But, if you happen to stumble in when the younger ones are working--dont be shocked if you ask a question about MAF sensors, or if they have a recommendation for your particular problem, or anything else to do with automotive parts and they look at you with glazed over eyes. Not in their skill sets. Not judging by the way, just my experience.

Quick stop to pick up a part for my Hyundai. The service guy at the counter was quick to offer assistance but I turned him down initially. When I couldnt find my part he led me right to it in less than 30 seconds.

Long wait today. Despite that they had what I needed and the staff were helpful and polite. They confirmed a bulb number I needed which I had a devil of a time identifying online.Really wish 1 (dare i say 2!?!) more employee(s?!) had been helping customers this afternoon around 5.

Good prices okay customer service.

My husband needed a serpentine belt for his truck and a tool. He used a gift card to purchase the belt and rent the tool. It ended up being the wrong belt and tool. When he went back to the store they informed him since it was on a gift card he could not return them (even the part he paid in cash!) No store credit No refund. Basically we lost the money and AutoZone lost a customer. Now we have a belt and tool that is of NO use to us! They made no effort to make it good. Horrible customer service! If they would have given a store credit they would not be losing anything and they would have made a customer happy, very easy fix. I would recommend NOT shopping at AutoZone!

WAY too slow. Dozen people in line and no counter help for at least 5 min. Left and took business to OReillys just down the street. If someone cant find a part in a minute he needs training. Dont leave the counter for check engine light when counter is full of people ready to pay for merchandise and your partner cant find his..... You lost multiple easy sales today.

Guys argued with me on what i need for my car, even called the subaru dealership. Said they didnt know what i was talking about even tho its in the owners manual. Also gave me the wrong brake Pads. Wont be going back to auto zone. EVER.

Lovely staff I went in and they picked out the correct windshield wipers for my van and they went out and put them on and then advised me on which headlights to buy so now I have lights and wind Shield wiper blades and I am very happy.

Autozone almost always has the part that I am looking for. The employees are always friendly and happy to assist me with getting whatever parts I need. However, I cant say Ive had very many quick visits here at Autozone. Check out can take some time if there a couple customers ahead of me. Faster checkout is definitely something that they could work on.

I went their for an auto part and was promptly helped. I was very gassy that day from a darn chalupa, I know I dropped a little cap, I was so embarrassed. The parts person just squinched his nose a little and didnt even say a thing. Very professional.

I rarely buy at this location because their pricing is never competitive with Walmart on oil. On other products they compete with OReily, and Ace Hardware. I only go here when I really need something right away. The staff are slow at getting things set up as well, which is unfortunate.
