The worst location and customer service ever!!!- Called prior heading there due to the far distance, they confirmed they are opened from 8am - 1 pm.- Once I reached there around, 10 AM, I found the gate was closed by a lock, and no employees there, I dont know where did they go.- Called the customer service again, after waiting for more than 30 minutes over the phone in front of the gate, they took my name and phone number to call me back once she reaches out to the employee, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE)- Lastly the entrance to the location is on a side road which is not paved and full of stones.General advice, Never waste your time and vehicle to go to that location. Recently I was informed U-Haul are filling the propane tanks where I filled mine.

Zero stars worst service ever nothing but lies when there going deliver a refill. But they are real quick on taking payment but not on service dont recommend them to anyone. Thats the last time i get service here.

Horrible customer service. Never answer the phone! Never call back! ALWAYS miss our refill service.

Absolutely terrible service. On repeat delivery schedule and they dont show up for weeks at a time. Will have to call repeatedly day after day to have them reschedule their own missed delivery. When they actually come to refill, they come with an empty truck and fill one or two tanks, then charge for the delivery as if it was completed. We are cancelling our service and going back to our old supplier. Avoid this company at all costs if you run a real business and need a dependable supplier. Would give them no stars if that was possible.

This is by far the worst I’ve ever encounter. This people took my money and they even showed up to fill my tank. When they told me that they will be in my house friday and they didn’t and not even a call to let us know. Now I don’t have propane in my house. And is below 30 degrees I have kids in the house. Now I have to find someone else to Cervice my tank.

Worst company. I have ever dealt with. Lack if of expertise,professionalism, and promptness. They have no concept of service.

Terrible service, Five out of six times I have gone to get propane tanks refilled they couldn’t refill them. Always an excuse of why they can’t refill the tanks
