This review is for an APU.The worst shopping experience. 7 days to install an APU.I did agreed on 3 days installation but no. This guys took 7 days and they cut a sensor. They didnt want to replaced.

Stay away if you dont want to be scammed. I had a reefer shut down in the area. They tried to charge me 8,500 saying my Compressor is bad. I refused the work and went to a trusted dealer and the Compressor was fine. Just needed some seals replaced. Contacted this thermo king and they refused to refund me my 465 for not doing their job. They are a highway robber dealer. Stay Away. Its a scam.... Go somewhere else.

Got there at 9 am was put in a bay to get my APU fixed, took longer to get the authorization from the company to fix it than it took Dave to get it done. Vanessa and Dave treated me extremely nicely. Great people.

These guys are fantastically professional. I had a problem with my APU, I needed it fixed quick because I was under a load that delivered that afternoon. They took me, they fixed it, I got to my destination on time. Vanessa was helpful, quick, and kept me up to date (while working with other customers). Dave is very knowledgeable and willing to explain everything he is doing. Thank yall!

Brought my truck to repair an Espar cab heater TermoKing in Phoenix AZ fixed a day prior. The bill was half of what AZ charged me (for the same job short a $20 part) and the job was done properly this time.George in service is a real pro!

Had APU serviced. Pricey but the work was done.

It took awhile but they got my soul up and running..

Guys are kinda slow but they do a good job so if not loaded and got time just drop off trailer

Had tech come in out if normal service hours had to wait 1 hour and then to repair about 4 hours to find a leak.fixed it though.

I have been to several Thermo King shops in the last couple months.. this one is by far the best service and fastest Ive had from any of them. Employees were very nice and knowledgeable. Mechanic started diagnosing the problem right away and repaired it right away.

Both visit that i made to this place been top of the line work. Excellent service on both of them on the apu. This last time i was here tech did an amazing working fix and replace everything that need fixing or place.

Had to have APU worked on,and the mechanic was very knowledgeable and efficient at getting it going. He also discovered what was about to be a problem I didn’t notice and took care of it.Easy to get in and out of,and very friendly staff,too. I highly recommend this outfit.

They fixed my tripac quickly and did the job right the first time. The repairs came in less than I expected, the repair coat was VERY reasonable. Will not take my unit anywhere else ever again!!!!!

Slow slow slow...Have been sitting 36hrs waiting to have my APU looked at. The employees forget there inconvenience is our lives. Really need to either hire more techs or consider selling the buisness to someone who will realize they are smack in the middle of probably the heaviest trucking corridors in the USA.

Couldnt get to my APU and find a fault code gotta get in line for everything here🙄

Not only are they friendly and professional, they are one of the few places Ive encountered in recent memory that will admit something is their mistake and stand behind and honor their word/work. Very rare today and I was pleasantly surprised. They also, without me having to ask put heat shield on wires and hoses and took necessary time to bolt or clamp them so they were not rubbing on something else which we all know how that ends up, other shops did not do the same or I had to ask/demand they do these things. So when someone writes and complains about price just remember you get what you pay for, and at this particular TK it is most definitely worth every penny to have the peace of mind it will be done right and if not, they will fix it. You cant really ask for more than that. Highly recommend!

Friendly counter staff, and mechanics. Even though it was late in the day, These guys worked very hard, to get me back on the road and under my next load! You cant ask for a whole lot more than that. Very professional, would definitely recommend.

Very knowledgeable and fixed my apu probs but I was first for first come first serve @ 700am and I got a little impatient but it was worth the wait. I will go there again the next time I have a TK problem.

Get there early to get in line. They open at 5am. If you show up any later then like noon you wont be seen that day. First come first served. No appointment times

Look at review down below. Dropped, and picked up next day? I am waiting from last FRYDAY because shop closed weekend. They said you might have to wait until tuesday because 3 trucks ahead of you. How many hours to fix one truck?Oh, yeah, you come weekend, if you pay 1000 dollar up front! Very corrupted company.

May 23,2017 My APU wouldnt start on my tractor so I brought it over to Thermo king in Fontana, Ca. Let me begin by saying the greeting I received walking into the service counter from Alicia was was nothing less than professional and courteous. She was busy yet she took the time to acknowledge me and start my process as soon as I walked through the door. Then I wasnt waiting very long after that in my truck when a service technician came up and told me what Bay to park my truck in for the service. My Service technician was Robert again another very professional, courteous person. After explaining to me the process he said I could go wait in the drivers lounge or there were a few places nearby where I can go get some food as he took the time to tell me where. I proceeded to the drivers lounge and hung out there then after a few minutes when he completed the analysis and completed the estimate and forwarded it to my company he came back over in the lounge and let me know that they were just waiting to get the approval. Shortly after they got the approval he completed a complete p.m. service and changed the fuel pump out then came and got me out of the lounge gave me a few pointers on some preventative maintenance tips. I was in and out of there by noon time. What a great experience and what a great service facility they have going on there. I would highly recommend anybody taking their equipment to this facility to get any repairs done. FlatBed Driver.

Brought my truck in for issues with an APU and a power inverter. Checked in with Brenda at service and took a few days off.In the meantime, the mechanic found multiple issues with the APU AND individually tested each of the batteries for power. My batteries were replaced, and the inverter works just fine.Have had good experience with TK around the country, but this mechanic was certainly the most thorough Id ever seen. He found MULTIPLE faults--having done multiple tests--and I truly believe my truck just saw the most loving its ever going to get.Kudos to the mechanic and to Brenda who ensured timely communication with my company in WA.

Came in with a APU that would not cycle. Problem was found quickly and fix. I will be back again great service.

So far... so great.... stopped in yest with APU issues... been to 3 other TK and ripped off.. Finally folks that did me RIGHT... runs great.. a.c works great.. come on at correct time... so far very pleased... thx mikeh Tx.

Took in apu would not stay running they replaced alternator belts and one filter 2hrs later back with same issue they then replaced electrical connection no charge next morning back with same issue they then replaced circuit board and some more wiring again no charge it has been a very long long time in my 59 years of life that I have seen this type of dedication and committmental would highly recommend them to any one William E. The tech came in at 4;00 in the morning and jumped right on my reafer and got it back in good shape.
