My rating would be higher if not for the complete lack of accountability by the alignment technician. He would rather tell you to replace components than check his work! I bought four new tires and got a decent enough deal and they installed them very quickly, so far so good. I drove off their lot a very happy customer. Once on the road again, I noticed it was pulling to the right so I brought it back. I explained the problem to the sales guy, and he went to talk to the alignment tech. He came back and told me the technician said he adjusted the steering components as much as possible, so I must need new tie rod ends. I drive a 2006 BMW 330xi with all wheel drive. All of my steering components are new, less than 2,000 miles on genuine BMW parts....you tell me! When my steering wheel is held straight and true, the car pulls right. When held just left of straight and true, the car drives straight until you release the steering wheel. Being a former auto mechanic myself, that tells me the alignment is incorrect. I will get my alignment inspected by another shop firstly, then get it done correctly. My last task will be to take the bill to this shop, and have the alignment tech held to account for his error, and have the shop reimburse me for the cost of a proper alignment

Came in to install some tires on my rims. They found I had a bad rim so they helped me with that. But I ask for to install and balance the rest of the tires. When i got home I noticed a tire was leaking an my rims didnt have new weights. When I came back so they can fix they said they couldnt do anything about it.

I was originally recommended this place by my friend when I got my first flat tire. I was surprised how fast and efficient they were so I definitely was sold as a customer. They have great interactions with each other and their customers and they really make you feel like youre taken care of. Definitely did a good jobI came again because I messed up my wheel and alignment. Again, I was very pleased with their teamwork, communication, hospitality and just overall work ethic. Everyone really works hard to produce amazing results that its not wonder people are constantly coming to them for help. Honestly, the best group of hard workers I have ever encountered. They are seriously the funniest and will make you feel so comfortable and make you laugh. These guys are great! Definitely highly recommend them.

Had a nail in my tire, pulled up and had a new one in and they rotated my tires by the time I paid they were done! Excellent service would give more stars if I could! They even showed me the black lines on the new tire before replacing. I stood outside La Sierra Tires down the street for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me in 100 degree weather before leaving. Highly recommend!

Got my car aligned there a couple weeks ago and notmally wouldn’t even review but the service was no good my car still pulls to the right and they said the service isn’t guaranteed because I’m lowered I have camber arms brand new, coil overs brand new and the mechanic just complained about how he couldn’t get it right,, I was recommended here and obviously bad choice, I should have went to a real shop luckily it was only 75$ I lost

Came in to get my flat tire patched. They removed my spare tire and put it in trunk for me when they changed it.It was super fast, they had good customer service, and it was pretty cheap. Only $10.

I have been going to Sandra Tires over 10 years, referred to me by my brother who knows auto repair. They are trust worthy & always get the job done! There have been times when I walked in thinking I needed a repair that would have been over $100 & it turned out it was a minor fix & they did not charge me.I will not go anywhere else.

Found them cause of good reviews and they were great except i showed up during busy hour and took a while for alignment but i guess thats why they were busy alot of customers.Workers are hustling back and forth not like other Big tire shops taking their time maybe invest in another alignment machine or maybe it was a fluke of to many alignments at one time.Will use them again Carmen and Tony were great.thanks again
