I went betts for 3 excels inspection it’s shake and eat tires they and charge me 9,207.50 this much and paying this money unsatisfaction work after that stearing got much hard to turn while driving it’s start losing balance I went back to talk to guy name Mannie he said bring back truck to shop I went back and they start blaming computer which is not part of this unit I spoke to Volvo hopefully management will respond and get resolve this it’s became a safety issue now. Thanks

They charged $4500 for changing rear bushes and front king pins. Still has problem. Worked on my truck 3-4 hrs but charged 8 hrs.

I wish I had a better before picture but our pick-up truck was sitting very low when we put our new camper on it. We took it to Betts Truck Parts & Service and had an awesome experience. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Daniel recommended we add two leaf springs to our suspension which we did. You can see in the after picture what a difference it made! I took my truck in for an alignment and was told it needed front left and right spring bushings, tie rods and king pins. I returned and I told them I already did the left and the right where fine due to no noise been heard like I heard when I did the left. He said the metal is sticking out and I told them that is how the bushing is made. The tie rods had no up and down play, only side play as that is what they are supposed to do. The right king pin had very,very slight play and the left was questionable so I had them do the king pins. This place assumed I would ok the work over the phone due to my company and I worked on trucks for 20 years and k ow how to inspect what they seem it needed. After the alignment they didnt even straighten out my steering wheel.Not happy with this place and will not take my truck back. I work for a big company with alot of trucks and they wont get our business again. Its a shame being they have been in business for along time..
