After my poor customer relations experience that I had today with the Manager Elizabeth, I want to share my complaint. My family has given Goodwill faithful business for decades and has spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in the Fontana location stores. This month I have personally donated thousands of dollars in merchandise to both the Sierra Avenue store, and also the Ranhco Cucamonga store. After finding a couple of damaged Laurel and Hard prints, I requested a discount for the damage, and my recent generous donations. The manager Elizabeth said NO! Shes a disgrace and needs to be fired! I will NOT give any further donations to Goodwill, and I definitely will NOT give them any further business! After doing some research, I have learned things about this bunch of crooks that I wish that I would have known decades ago! DO NOT GIVE GOODWILL YOUR BUSINESS! They are FRAUDS!!!

Great experience. A noticeable mark-up to some items. Have to assume due to covid applications. Health & Safety!

I absolutely love this Goodwill. I always find great items. Krystle and Donye are the best. They are always working hard and are very nice when I have any questions. Krystle always handles my returns with no questions asked. This is by far the best Goodwill around.

I like the goodwill, but lately I havent found anything interesting.

I went for the first time and before I walked in this woman who gave the Covid questionnaire asked me if I spoke English?Now I know it may sound like she just said it because she wanted to know in order to speak to me in my “preferred” or “national language” but I felt so offended because you shouldn’t judge a person walking into the door based on their profile. You don’t look at a “white” person and tell them “oh do you speak English?”Anyways they got a nice selection of books but I can’t come to this place again because I felt discriminated, period.

Good store if you are close by other than that would make the effort.

Books are way over priced compared to other Goodwill locations. Double the price.

Went there this time for a mirror thats been there for at least a month,, gone! Waited too long. Only 4 stars due to excessive and careless use of the wrong kind of tape to wrap and bind items, causes a lot of work and frustration for the customer and often results in serious damage to the item. This is a chronic problem and i do hope to see it corrected soon.

It was a nice and clean place to look around and I found a couple things I could use at a cheaper price, thank you.

Prices way to flipped high! they think they are Macys department store....for gods sake a t-shirt is $7.99

They have some brand new clothes. I found some Jones new York New slacks with store tags $8.99, a little pricey, but I got my senior discount. Many racks were too full and tight.

Best deals are Thursday and Friday

Everything seemed kind of high-priced for Christmas Eve 2017 yet I did not let that get my Christmas spirit down I paid the extra bucks
