Dont waste your time or money. I bought a marble dining table set and 2 chairs were damaged when they delivered to me. I told the installers about it made a report with the store and they were going to exchange the 2 chairs. They never came back, I called store to complain and all I get is the run around. Crapy furniture store, dont waist your money.

I bought a dresser and it was damaged when i went in to tell them they did absolutely nothing and said i had to wait for the lady that sold it to me. Then she told me i needed my copy of the receipt when she had it in her hand. She made me feel like i was lying to her. dont ever go here unless u want to te treated like trash.

I had been to like 5-6 different furniture places then we find this place and we go look and right away the lady shows us a magazine we told her we wanted real wood 6 drawer dresser so she showed us some and we asked her if it was real wood and she said yes so today I jus got my dresser and it is NOT real wood it’s compressed wood. Not good for kids! I’m very disappointed and would never go back to this place again!!

We should have looked at the reviews before going there. Personnel is irresponsible. No calls, no answers, and late deliveries. Will not recommend this place to anyone and definitely will not buy from them again.

They drop off a bed closet in boxes. They didnt even put it up. And to top it off I have to wait for my dresser till the end of the month. This all paid for. Oh and the headboard is not what I order.and I ask to have it ready before July 31. They had 3.months to have it all. This people lie.

Sales person was nice but he did push towards a different more expensive mattress then what I had originally chosen claiming it was better quality. But once I had the mattress at home it hurt my back but I figured it was my bed frame so I went back and they said I cant return it because I financed it. So I paid cash for the same type of frame they had on display with the mattress I had bought.. after the second night I see that its not the frame its the mattress its horrible quality its doesnt feel anything like the display model. I feel like I got ripped off why doesnt it feel as soft and comfortable as the one on display... i dont recommend this furniture store to anyone!!!

Never again will I buy anything from this place. Dont waste your time here anywhere else is better than this place. We went in one day to look at a mattress my husband chose one we filled out the paperwork the employee of course as their job try to sell us something more expensive but of course we didnt as we write everything down of course my husband does not talk Spanish that good and the employee did not talk English good as well at the end of the day we left the down payment of 150 $100 for the mattress and $50 for the delivery we went on a Thursday and they said on Tuesday they were going to deliver Tuesday came and nothing my husband called them to see what was going on they told him he had a go he went they told him that the mattress he got they could not sell it to him because we did the paperwork wrong and the financial did not let them sell us the mattress so of course we got mad they tried to sell us something weight cheaper but of course it was nothing compared to the mattress we wanted. I asked for my money back I just did not want to deal with them and the manager said they could not give me the money back because the money went to the finance person which I believe it was a lie at the end of the day we kept the mattress we wanted its a good quality weve been having it for 3 months still feels like new oh and also the girl that had to put all the information in the computer actually made my husband put all his information in which I think its totally unprofessional how are you going to make a customer put their information in the computer just because they do not know how to type English well. Save your time and money just go anywhere else but here this was the last time I got something from this place yes some things are cheap but not worth it I got the mattress I want it 2 weeks after I rather go somewhere else that its expensive but I know I will get what I want and will not have any problems with it.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Terrible customer service, my order was completely wrong. I ordered a bed from their catalog along with what I thought would be the correct size mattress. I was supposed to have the furniture delivered on Wednesday and received a call that it would be delivered on Thursday instead. No problem, I a rearranged my schedule for Thursday. I wait until 1pm until I finally call and was advised that the delivery would be after 4pm. Well thanks for the notice. The delivery did not come until 9:30 at night! When the men started to put the bed together I noticed the bed was completely wrong! And to top it off, it was a queen size mattress that wouldnt fit the full size bed I ordered. I called the store the next morning to speak to a manager and was told that he would return my call. Its been 4 days and no call back so far. Lesson learned!

Below is a detailed review. In short – Zero customer service, four attempts to call regarding an issue, zero return calls. Sacrificed price for integrity. Will never return. Discount Furniture, Discount Service.In January of 2016 I went to Pena furniture. I had previously purchased a bed from them and believed I got a fair deal on a good bed. After shopping at a major competitor, I decided to see if Pena had what I was looking for at a better price. My wife and I walked in and spoke with Levi. We spoke about various things including why we were return customers and why we believed other people shopped at the large competitors. In all my wife spent about my wife and I spent about an hour at Pena with Levi.My wife and I decided to purchase a bed and end tables. We spent around 15 minutes discussing options and pricing. After settling on color and items, we began to finalize the purchase. I believed I had made the right decision in purchasing with Levi. But then the items were delivered and assembled.On the bed frame, a single drawer is off to the right. It is a noticeable amount that is doomed to be kicked and cause immediate and lasting damage to the frame and the drawer because the slider is crooked. The first attempt to reach him was directly. My wife went to the store and discussed the matter with Levi. My wife found that Levi had taken our advice and rearranged the store to what we believed other customers liked. He thanked my wife for the advice and said he’s already seen more business. He then told my wife how to remove the drawer to see if we could adjust it.After discovering that we could not adjust it without potentially damaging it, we called Levi again. First we were told he’d call us back in a few minutes. When he did not we called him again the next day. Levi said he would send out the assembly people to repair the problem and would call us when he knew when they could come by. Levi never returned our call. The next day, I called Levi and the female who answered the call said Levi would call my back after leaving my name. He did not. The next day a similar sounding female said the Levi was taking a “nap” and that he would return our call. He did not.Alas, Discount furniture seems to come with the standards discount service. My wife most often called Levi and was amiable the whole time, never once blaming anyone and always being cordial and polite. When the assemblers were working she asked them not to rush but surely when that drawer was put it, they noticed it was wrong as I noticed it immediately.Levi had four or five opportunities to follow-up with us and fix a problem he or his people created. I walked into Pena as a return customer and promised Levi that he’d get all referrals from us. We gave him incite about competitors that he used to his advantage. We were excellent customers. But now Levi will get no further business. Customer service matters more than price. If Levi can offer you a better price (maybe - maybe not) then he will sacrifice his integrity and service to do so. I would not recommend this company again, ever.

Its OK just like any where ..make sure you like what you buy..buy cheap furniture youre going to get a cheap furniture. You want to get good furniture at a good price. So my tip is really test out what you buy take your time.

The sales were okay. Im sure there are other furniture places with the same sales, the sales guy that helped me was helpful, but a little on the pushy side. Nothing more annoying than a sales person pushing you for a sale. I bought a few furniture pieces and spent over a $1000. You would think youd get free shipping for the amount of money you spent, but no, they charge for delivery AND to set it up. Furniture was scheduled for next day delivery, but only a few items were delivered. When I called to inquire, I was told its still pending. What does that mean? I wish I had known that there was no delivery guarantee in advance, I definitely wouldve went somewhere else. This will be the last time I take a chance on a local furniture place without reading other reviews.

I went in on May 5th to buy a Mattress. I paid for the Mattress and walked outside and the Mattress was on top of my car. Awesome! or so i thought, there was no twine tethering the Mattress down, so I went in and asked for twine. They said they dont have any. They offered no further assistance. The Mattress is now 3 weeks old and the quality of the Mattress is beginning to show. It is poorly made and severely uncomfortable. Its practically falling apart. I bought this as a gift for my elderly mother who is disabled. Needless to say, i wont be back here and will be replacing this junk with something better. Also buying living room furniture but not from this place. It was hard to even give it 1 star

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. I wish I read all the reviews before I came to this place. I bought a sectional sofa worth 1500. 1piece was missing so we called the store. First day I called they said the part was missing was not part of the deal LET ME TALK TO MY MANAGER. Then never called back that day. Second day we called they said WAIT ILL CALL YOU BACK CAUSE THERES A CUSTOMER. Again never called back that day. Its seems like they were trying to avoid me. So I decided to just return the furniture. because I wasnt happy with the furniture and the customer service I was getttig. So I ask for the return policy. They said you have 7DAYS TO RETURN WITH A 25% fee from the total purchase. So basically i have to pay $350+. Not only that, I have to deliver it to the store. They will not pick it up. 😡😡😡

Terrible service. Convince me to buy something because they said theyll have it on a certain date. Item never arrives I call they said wait till tomorrow. I call the next day to find out they havent ordered it. They make me wait a weekend for it to arrive. They call me telling me its arrived . I go to pick it up and they tell me in never came in they said they will deliver it tomorrow morning for the inconvenience. The next morning nothing I call they said 1:30 I call at 3 they said it broke on them theyll get a new one shipped out no refunds. Why the bad service? Managers never in either.

I received a flyer in the mail advertising a bed, with mattress, and pillows. I went to go buy it and they gave me a completely different mattress from what was advertised. When I asked about it, they said that the flyer says that it says its a queen mattress and that it doesnt specify what kind of mattress it is. Umm, if you have a picture with it then it is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, which by the way is ILLEGAL. Nonetheless, I took the mattress and the bed. Well after just a couple of MONTHS, the bed BROKE. ( I weigh 120lbs )Now, Im in search for a new bed and it will definitely NOT be from this place! Total waste of money.

Bought a mattress on Monday, April 4th. I was supposed to go back later that evening to pick it up, but they called me and said it would be ready on Wednesday. Wednesday came around and the call me again to say it wouldnt be there until Friday and no further calls were made. I show up on Friday to pick it up and it still wasnt there. Again they changed the date and said it would be there Saturday.They tried to get me to pick a different one to take home but I said no. If its not there by Saturday Im going in on Tuesday to talk to the manager because apparently thats when he comes in. HORRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrible customer service and parts were missing from order.I had to make five trips on their request every time, saying that they had my order. I had to borrow a truck every time, and when I would get there they didnt have the order. I took the whole order in different pieces because of this. Somehow I was at fault for them not having the order when I would arrive. About three months passed by before I opened the furniture. I was surprised to find that the furniture was different colors. I called and spoke with the manager Levi, and he was stating that they wouldnt exchange them due to the period of time since my purchase. I described to him that how is this my fault, and they were put away in a garage fully packaged. They took three days to get the furniture in to exchange, and when I went to pick it up I over heard the employees speaking in Spanish, they didnt realize that I speak spanish, that I didnt have a choice in the color. My wife also over heard another customer complaining that they also recieved furniture that was the wrong color. The employee helping these customers was also trying everything possible not to exchange them. They were going to just force me to take whatever they wanted to give me even though it was their error. Upon assembling the chairs I found that there was screws missing, and no I didnt lose them. I opened each hardware bag when I needed it. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN.

Worst customer service. I ordered a simple futon, noticed the sales girl simply wrote FUTON. When I went to pick it up by they said they ordered the wrong one and tried to upset me $200. I said no get me the right one or give me my money.

In short, customer service was excellent and price was what I wanted.In detial, I spent the morning checking out all local furniture stores for recliner love seat and avoided Pena furniture due to bad reviews.After all I said screw it let me check out Pena furniture. Walked in and was greeted by a young Hispanic woman with blue highlights. I told her exactly what I wanted and she directed me to a few selections. We narrowed it down to one and began negotiating prices. She made calls back and forth and eventually got me the price I wanted to pay (which was the most important thing to me). Overall service was great but only from this particular employee. Dont generalize about all employees.I gave this place only 4 stars due to 2 things that I encountered.1. When I called the business I was greeted in Spanish. Thats a BIG no-no for me. Remember youre established in the US answer the phone in English. No disrespect to Spanish speakers.2. When we finally reached an agreement, a Hispanic man shook my helpers hand and congratulated her on the sale in front of me (the client). Which is EXTREMELY rude. Ive walked out on a car purchase from honda for that specific reason.Overall, service was good and price was good. I definitely recommend asking for the girl with blue highlights if you had bad experiences here.

Not the best furniture but I got an 800 mattress and headboard and a couple nights sleeping in we started getting bedbugs I been living here at my place for 2 years and then we check and yup indeed it was the headboard. Just before buying check or when your furniture is being delivered just check.

The WORST financial service ever!!!!! We bought furniture here picked up ourselves We werent about to spend an extra $50 we only live 2 mins away! Anyway the prices were amazing that is why we decided to check it out! We needed new couches so we left with the store with a purchase. We purchased from them we had to call Kouhunas financial to set up our payment plan which they then redirected us to Monterrey Financial who then proceed to tell me they will be charging an extra $15 a payment as a processing fee!!! WTH Ive never heard if this EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you do happen to come about this place MAKE SURE YOU PAY CASH!!!!!! Even the worker there let us know that the credit payments they have have ridiculous interest!!!!!!!!!

Vary rude staff. Told us the table would be here at 10:30am so we came with the uhaul to pick it up. It wasnt here. They told us to come at 2:08pm after we unloaded the uhaul in corona we came back to fontana and it wasnt here again. We asked for a refund and they said no. Asked for then to deliver it for free for our inconvenience they said no. We are paying for millage and gas in the uhaul truck and got no professinalism. The manager talked to us as if it was our fault the furniture was not here when they said it would be.
