Hello everyone reading this I just wanted to let you all know this place will scam you. That’s right I had my power steering pump replaced back in March and now it’s august and the pump did indeed went bad (I had 2 independent mechanics take a look) they wanted me to have work done for other things as well that were not the issue. I thought I could trust this place but I was wrong and they kept my money and would not replace my pump. Oh yeah one more thing you have ‘90 days warranty’ so if your car messes up on the 91st day it’s going to cost you. What made me more upset was they didn’t even test it to make sure it was the pump I just saw them pointing a flashlight where the pump is located. Go to an independent shop you’re better off and you save more.

Service was ok but I would prefer to go to a smaller business, large franchise companies like this are all about up sales (like in my case)***update***Had my thermostat replaced here, truck started over heating, took my truck to my usual mechanic and he showed me that a bolt on my thermostat was missing prior to making repairs. Again I didnt feel like Midas wanted to take care of me and invest in repeat business, it seemed to me they just wanted to meet their quota for the day.

Got an oil change with synthetic oil, service was quick I was out in 45 minutes. Very good customer service.

Couldnt be more satisfied with the service I received today. The store manager Amado Ochoa assisted me and he was more than attentive. He is very personable, courteous and professional. They ordered the parts I needed and they came expediently! He also shared wisdom from life experiences that completely blessed my life! I HIGHLY recommend Midas to anyone and everyone.

Well what can I say the person on the counter was helpful and nice. They got my car fixed me truck and Im on the road again. All I can say is thank you guys at Midas for the job you do.

Love this place, i bring my Cadillac here, instead of taking it to the dealership. I save a lot of money overall on maintenance. Midas is very knowledgeable, and they take time and explain everything to you. I highly suggest appointments if you hate waiting and extensive amount of time. And please try and go during the week when Armodo( sorry if i butchered your name🤦🏾‍♀️) is there wonderful, friendly, courteous and such a people person!!

Came in for an oil change. Appointments only or 1 and half hour wait. No big deal until the manager started touting their professionalism and bad mouthing other businesses. Said they werent Jiffy Lube. So I went to Jiffy lube. Also manager must have been a preacher cause God was mentioned multiple times. Save your religion for yourself. Dont bring it to a public business. Dont assume you know peoples spiritual preferences. Is this a Chik Filet or Midas?

They are always friendly & helpful. Prices are pretty reasonable & they usually have an available coupon to use for most repairs and/or services.

I went in for rear brakes but it was to expensive he cote me $390 front $390 rear told him the car not even worth that it’s just my work car so he also cote me for two tires that I need so I say ok with the two tires all done and finish my bill was $286 I could have gotten 4 tires for that price not a satisfied costumer $100 for labor and he still charged me for the brakes inspection $35 WOW REMEMBER THIS GOD NOT SLEEPING BELIVE ME !!!!!

Very professional and friendly! I took my car in to get the ABS brakes looked at. They checked my truck and was honest about the condition my ABS system was in and my brakes. They didnt try to sale me anything I didnt need! I really appreciate the honesty and definitely will be doing business with them in the future!

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at this Midas location! Although not from the local Fontana area, I was exceptionally taken care of. The store manager, Amado, greeted me with excellent customer service at every visit to this shop. Despite being very obviously busy, I was consistently regarded as a priority. Junior removed and replaced my third brake light, and in under an hour, I had left the shop. Very reasonable appointment timing and service charge. Will adamantly recommend to local friends and family!

Guy at the front desk needs better customer service skills. Expected for someone to call me once my brakes were done so I can pick up my vehicle and instead get a call asking if im going to pick my car up because it has been done and they were closing within the hour. Will not be going back to any Midas location. Customer service was pretty non-existent.

The customer service at this location is astounding! I feel listened to and accommodated on the needs of my vehicle. Most places discredit me for being a female, but I felt valued since the instant I walked through the door. I highly recommend this company and location. Trash service, went in for a repair on my car. I was charged a whopping $1418 for a repair that an import shop would charge me $988 out the store.I called the shop to see if I could cancel the service and the manager gave me a sappy story about how we made a deal and he ordered the part etc.Low and behold the part they said they ordered cost me $705 dollars yet the original cost for the part is only $280, so apparently charged roughly a $400 mark up and took 2 days to fix my car. They were really trying to screw me over.When I got my final bill, it was $1297 and they charged me $1418, so where did the other $100 go. Going to contact my lawyer go this. Trash service, Pleas stay away!!

Came to this establishment thinking I would get good service! Tall guy claiming to be the owner told me according to his mechanics my vehicle needed extra work and parts and price went through the roof. I found it suspicious since I wasnt having any other problems. To be safe took it to couple of other places and asked for advice to my surprise both places told me car was fine. Well thats one place I wont trust recommend or ever go back to. Do your homework and shop around before knowing who you can trust.

I was happy with their service for oil changes. Then they found a coolant leak. Thermostat housing they said. I saved the money, came back and got it “fixed”A few weeks later I had to put coolant in the car daily. So I decided to take it to a radiator shop, and lo and behold, they didn’t find any previous work done on the car. Just a like a temporary fix I guess. I had to pay again for a thermostat housing and whatever else it needed to fix the leak. I was out $440. I guess when they see a girl they feel they can swindle you. I was so disappointed because they had treated me with courtesy and I was happy to give them my business after I decided to stop going to sunrise ford. Oils changes I guess it’s fine and they don’t take long if you go early. I WOULD NOT get anything fixed unless you’re a person who knows about cars to verify the work they’re “supposedly” gonna do.

The manger is very nice and helpful I done my oil and filter Service 3 times with them and they have good prices and for my brakes they did a good job on it and during that time they have a promotion

I just bought a used car and my check engine light turned on. Thankfully I got a warranty with it. I contacted Midas and Amado who works there helped me with the whole process of getting my car fixed. He made me feel that my car was in good hands. Best customer service experience

Amando and his staff were very professional and detailed through every step of my brake job. They even allowed me to look at my car and explain the condition of my rotors and brake pads with the measurements. Their thoroughness was much appreciated. Will be taking my car there for routine maintenance.

I went in for an oil change at 8 am there was a guy before me for one also. The guy in the front told me that the guy before me has an oil change and it won’t be done til 12:30 and that’s when they can take me...4 hours for an oil change when the lot and garage is empty?

Do not recommend went to get oil change and they broke my speedometer. Never went over 90 mph in my car not before them anyways now when im going around 50 or 60mph its saying im going over 110mph never will go back.

I went in for an oil change and Im very satisfied with my experience. The staff was kind and knowledgeable, the oil change was a reasonable price, and the Midas touch that they do was very nice. I also asked about transmission flushes for future reference and they quoted me a better price than anywhere else I have checked. The only thing that could have made it better, was if I had an appointment. I had to wait an hour for them to get to my car, but thats to be expected as a walk in. I will definitely be coming back for my transmission flush.

Very helpful. Technician and sales rep. Were very helpful. But the diagnostic fees were crazy. I ended up going to la Sierra tire shop. They scratched my rim a little, but I saved overall.

The master and slave cylinder didnt even last a year when i had them fixed at this place. So i went back to tell them about the issue they said that each part was $150 an $155 and that the only thing they can do is not include labor but the total was going to be $300 in parts at the end.When i asked Auto Zone the day before i went to Midas, Auto zone said they have the parts for $39 and $79 Midas tried to double the price per part, really?so i just left and fixed it my self (which i should of done in the first place) smh anyways they r over charging people here its better to look up how much is the part u need somewhere els an shop around to see who will give u a honest and better deal dont let Midas fool u like they fooled me the first time

People told me not so come here and I ignored them. TAKE MY WORD DONT COME HERE. I showed up 20 mins before my appointment (1pm) and didnt leave until 2:10ish. They didnt take my care into the port until after 1:20. I was helped by the OWNER of the location and I paid for a full synthetic service and the OWNER told the employee to give me a conventional service. Not only that but I tried contacting the OWNER to get resolution to this and we ended up playing phone tag since he would only call me during the times I told him not to. After a while I was the only one trying to contact him. He never called me back. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS POS...(reply to his reply) now you want to fix the problem because I left a bad review. No one should give their hard earned money to you Manny, you at disrespectful of people and their time.

Took my vehicle in because of an oil leak under the car. A mechanic raised the car pointed a flashlight at my oil pan then resumed to tell me that the oil pan had a crack. Then he took me inside and gave me a price 369.00 just for the oil pan plus another 400 dollars in labor. I went home and investigated the problem on my own. I found out it was the drain plug that was leaking, the washer was broken. It cost me roughly 3.00 to fix. These guys are crooks, please dont get robbed by these guys, always get a 2nd opinion or possibly 3rd. Good luck everyone

I was due for a 90k service and Ford said about $600. I called Midus and they were just under $300. Can you guess why I came here now. Oh, I made an appt and I was out in 1-1/2 as promised. Try that a dealer.

The worst ever they did a oil change and a dinostics test on my car but they fail to tell me that my break were all out thanks a lot. I went to another shopping were the showed me the breaks and they asked me why didnt midas tell you. Ive been a GOODYEAR customer for many years. I went to midas because it was closer to my house. I wont make that mistake again I dont care if I have to drive 30mins to goodyear Ill do it.Its worth the drive.

I brought my car in for exhauste noise. 1 guy told me around $160.00 + tax. I have my doughter bring the car for repair, an Another guy told my doughter $1800.00. Charge $25.00 diagnostic. I brought my car to Jims muffler on riverside and Merrill. Costed me only $100.00

Great service, i went to a midas in san antonio texas to get the axle replaced it took them 4 days with me calling over and over again. Then i drove to california and it went out a week later! So i took it to this midas and the guy had it for about 5 hours and i was out the door free of charge he helped my girlfriend get back to college on time . Thanks again to the owner and his staff!
