Amazing experiences dropping off and picking up my car. Tessy the service advisor was super friendly when assessing my car for damage, felt like a small conversation, and was able to explain the process plainly and simply. Then picking up my car, Tessy also explain to me what theyve done in again a very friendly demeanor. With a smile and a handshake everything was done. The shop got my car done within the original estimated ready date and with the great communication throughout the process I would rate it an A+

Customer service was superb, especially my estimator Daniel M. He took my 2020 RAV4 in and made my experience very smooth. Made sure I had a rental and kept me updated everyday on how the car was doing. Repairs were done quick and came back in excellent condition. Highly recommend working with Daniel M. And caliber collision.

The staff at this location have been very accommodating and friendly. I had made an appointment with a Caliber Collision at a different location by accident when my insurance sent all my information to this location. When I called in to explain, Tessi told me, it wasn’t a problem to just head over and they would prepare my estimate. Since I have dropped my car off, the staff has been in touch with me to keep me posted on the repairs and time frame for completion of work. I would definitely recommend this facility for any collision repair!!!!

Anthony is the best! I had a problem with my 1999 FordExplorer door not opening. He had the shop clean it and oilno charge. At present he is trying to locate a part for a hoodcable repair. Ford does not make the part anymore, butthat doesn’t matter. Anthony said he was going to call everyplace in Southern California until he gets that part. The pricehe quoted me was the lowest in town too! Did I mentionhow clean the lobby was? Everyone is wearing mask andhand Sanitizer is available for customers to use. Professionaland courteous staff. Reasonable prices and prompt service.I will definitely be giving all my future business to this shop.

This facility was paid from an insurance company for the repair of my truck wich was hit from the back bumper, they did fix the bumper but messed up my backup sensors, they were working perfectly when I took the truck to the repair shop, I took it back and they fixed them but returned it to me with a sensor of different color, wanted me to pay about $800 to match the other sensors because the insurance wont want to take responsibility cuz they were working and they said the manufacturers dont make them silver anymore I feel its not fair that I have to pay because I didnt ask for this, their promotion is not true(YOUR SATISFACTION ISNT JUST A GOAL, ITS WHAT DRIVES US) Im not satisfied at all, I dont recommend this facility
