They were horrible to work with and when we ran into issues with our warranty we purchased they took over 2 weeks to return our call with us calling back every other day. And when we purchased our van they put one new tire on with 3 old ones and so we needed new tires within 3 months of buying it. The manager Robbie is a lazy and will not return calls and even when we went in he sat in his office eating when there were multiple customers waiting to be helped. DO NOT expect good service from them

Car that I came to see was in poor condition, had a serious misfire and a prominent clunk while excellerating. The sales man said they were addressing these things, but I drove 40 minutes to see this it would have been nice to know the condition prior to arriving. Other cars on the lot looked to be in better condition. Maybe theyll sort that one out. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience. I brought sienna from this guy and getting a problem after 2 months. Some noise coming from the desk and the fog light not working. they repainted the car and the drivers side door have white putty patches, they forget to paint that area. They didnt cleared with me about car is repainted, when i brought the car. I am feeling very bad after purchaing car from integrity.

Anthony was fine and even let me take the BMW 760 to have a pre-purchase inspection. On returning I was told they would not be fixing anything that was found wrong. So why even bother getting an inspection?

We bought a 2017 Subaru Outback from Integrity Motors back in August 2020. I wanted to wait 6+ months to give everyone a better idea of how things worked out, both at purchase and afterword. The reason we bought this series Outback is it has a good track record, unlike the Outback series the year before (engine issues). DO YOUR RESEARCH. Moving on, we were brought to Integrity motors because the price Integrity was asking for the Outback was around $2,000-$3,000 cheaper than the “average”.If you’re like me, there’s a stigma about used car places, but that’s not the truth, it’s a rumor. Therefore, we went to see for ourselves. Plus, a Pre-Purchase Inspection is around $100, which is cheap in comparison to spending $20k and needing $2k+ in repairs.I called a few days before and spoke with Esteban Martinez; very professional and easy to talk to. We set up a time to look the car over and discuss next steps. Fast forward a few days, we drove the car and it handled great. The A/C, heat, and other “bells and whistles” all worked, but there was a small grinding noise that could be heard at low speeds or next to a wall, yet there was no vibration (which is good). Upon returning from the test drive, I informed Esteban that I would like to get a pre-purchase inspection; meaning a 3rd party to review the car at no cost to Integrity Motors. Esteban asked if we would first put the car up in Integrity’s shop, which we agreed. The shop manager spoke with us about the car and what the Integrity Motor’s technician did to it when they received it. From my eyes, the car looked good, but I don’t know what other items I should be looking for or what they look like. I told Esteban that I would still like to have the car reviewed by a 3rd party, and he said that would be fine. Another shop in town had an opening, so we had the car looked over same day. The 3rd party shop manager informed me that one of the bearings was bad, and the drive-shaft U-joint was a little loose, but still totally safe (aka, normal wear). I shared this information with Esteban, which was shared with the shop manager. The bearing was replaced before we purchased the car.Side note: nearly all brake rotors are steel, which will rust when exposed to water. This is not normally seen or heard, because brake pads wipe away the rotor’s top layer (where the rust would be) when braking. Therefore, cars that sit out on the lot for a week or more may get some minor rust on the brake rotors when the rotors are exposed to water. THEREFORE, when driving a car that’s been on the lot for a week or so, the driver could hear a small grinding noise when braking or driving next to a wall. The noise generated by a warn bearing can be mistaken for a rotor with a little rust. It’s an honest mistake.We traded in our old car and got $500 for it. The pricing of the old car was based off a service (KBB, Edmunds, or similar) that is used at other dealerships. I know this because I called another dealership and asked about it. The rest of the buying process was easy and quick. Esteban transferred the plates and we were on our way.In all honesty, we don’t have any real complaints besides the bearing not being caught in the Integrity inspection because we had to come back the following day. Other than that, there was only 1 key, but that is also a normal for used cars.Fast forward 6+ months. The Outback has been driven a lot and is seeing the normal wear and tear. The battery died and we got a new one; NOTE that the battery tested good when the car was purchased. The tires still have a lot of tread, the “bells and whistles” all still work, and the car still runs great. No issues after adding around 8k miles.I would buy another vehicle from Integrity in the future.

If I could give them zero stars I would! They lied to me when I bought my vehicle saying it was charging because someone left the dome light on, come to find out they sold me a vehicle that died every two days. Didn’t have the same mileage on the paperwork as the vehicle had. Hung up on me. Submitted a purchase contract WITHOUT my consent on a loaner vehicle I had to use while they took a month to work on mine causing my credit to be pulled twice! The list goes on. Integrity? What a joke.

I had such a pleasant experience when I initially purchased my car from Jay. Four months later my alternator burnt out and not only did I have to replace that my entire fuse box needed to be replaced. Unfortunately I live in Milwaukee so I couldnt bring it to Fond Du Lac. Jay talked in circles when I asked if there was anything he could do for me - final answer was no.Now my car sounds like a bear and when I called their service department Darrin clearly thought he had better things to do and didnt want to help. I understand youre not open on Saturdays, but maybe give me some sort of insight as to what could possibly be going on with the car now, and what I could do to make sure Im safe.I sincerely hope Jays daughter never has service like this when she is older - extremely inconsiderate, rude, and they have zero morals. They just want to put dinner on their families tables - which Id like to do too, but not having a functional car makes that difficult.

I recomend Integrity motors highly, the cars there are sharp,priced fairly and the costumer service is out of thos world. Anthony took care of us and I can say with no doubt that he is most polite, respectful and helpful salesman my wife and I have ever dealt with. Well done Anthony and Integrity Motors!

Talk with Esteban about a car on the lot. He had the car ready, pleasant to deal with. Didnt choose the first vehicle, but gave us options on other cars coming in.

BUYER BEWARE.Integrity? More like lack of integrity. They were great when it came to selling the car. But when it came time to there possibly being a major service before the first oil change, they tried to talk their way outta the warranty, beat around the bush, contradict each other between service, sales and the owner and delayed the whole thing so ridiculously long-MONTHS- that we couldnt wait any longer to not have a working vehicle.. We offered to pay for parts and labor since they had a bmw guy, preferred to be shortsighted in fixing the problem and refused to honor the warranty. Integrity didnt seem to want to do what is right by me, the customer. They will talk a good game about having integrity and fixing things, but the moment anything needs to be done outside of an oil change, they are dishonest and unscrupulous.

Avoid avoid avoid. Wasted a lot of time and money preparing to buy a car to find out the price was over $3000 higher than what was quoted to me- after I had the cashiers check made in full. The SA was very helpful and apologetic, but the supervisors didn’t have the professionalism to come and talk to me directly.

Horrible, bought a suv from them and have had nothing but problems. Since I bought it almost 5 weeks ago they have had it for almost 4 weeks. Still isnt completely fixed and definitely wont be taking it back to them. After the sale was final the salesman was very rude, the owner refused to contact me after he told me he would. Not 1 apology from anyone. Definitely dont recommend them to anyone.

Just had a very odd experience inquiring about a car that they have online. Sent in an online request for info. waited hours didnt hear anything. called and Stephanie said she was just about to contact me I asked about the car. she said there was an issue with a missing clip for the top but couldnt remember exactly what it was. she said she would send some pics once she hung up the phone and then follow up the next morning about the clip I didnt get the pics and she never called back. I called her at 2:30 PM today. and she said she totally forgot to send the pics and ask service about thew clip lol. n that they were very busy she said give me 10 minutes n ill send the pics. 30 minutes later still no pics. so I called AGAIN. asked what was going on n she said its not like I forgot on purpose lol. she is incredible disorganized. I asked to speak to the person in service. Megan took the call. she accidentally hangs up on me so I call back. she said the issue with the yp isnt a clip but a circuit. I ask what she means.. she said she doesnt know. hahahah. she said they were going through a bunch of management changes n they were having issues I called Stephanie back n told here to have Larry the owner call me. I could not imagine buying a car from this group of people. either Larry has no idea this is how they run his biz or he doesnt care. either way. keep the car.

Bought a 2009 Ford F150 King Ranch From Jay. Even though My credit had a Suppressant due to some fraudulent activity and trying to get that all straight. Jay knew I was in good standing with my credit (which is 799 BTW so Im not a slouch!) Anyways, Jay let me have the truck and held in there with me while this gets handled!!WHO DOES THAT!!?? Using a secondary search engine to look for cars I came across Integrity Motors. I wasnt sure I wanted to drive an hour to go look at a vehicle but it was 100% worth it. No hassle no pressure sales. Jay Smith was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted for an incredible price. plus! The small issues that I had with the vehicle he was more than willing to work with me to give me the best experience possible. Im leaving today with a 2018 Honda CRV and couldnt be happier! I would recommend if youre looking for a used car on a budget to definitely check them out!
