Stuart Powell was my service consultant. Stuart was very knowledgeable and very curious to my needs and explained everything that was being done including what oil I needed. He showed me to the waiting area explained that there were fresh cookies, water, coffee and popcorn. He kept me updated on how long it would take throughout the process. I would definitely recommend people to them and Ill definitely be back when more service to my vehicle is needed

Paid almost $200.00 for them to do absolutely nothing. Wanted an inspection because my daughter is due to be born in 4 weeks, and also needed my rear view mirror replaced. All they told me is I need 2 new front tires and an oil change, also told me in order for them to put a new mirror on I need a brand new windshield. (Not true.) Didn’t do anything for me what so ever except waste my time and money.

I was really happy with my experience at Mazda Holiday Auto and Truck. My service consultant, Ryan, met me at the door and was ready to go with my appointment. He said my car would be ready about i 1/2 hours and it was done 15 minutes early. My questions were answered clearly and quickly. Not to mention Ryan smiled a lot! Ill be be going back....

Got roof rails installed on my cx-5. The staff was friendly and made my experience very pleasant. Installation took half the time I expected and costed half of what I was expecting. Overall great job.

Oil change took an hour and a half, and then they ran the car through their carwash which was nice, but their car wash broke off the rear wiper and bent the front liscence plate on the car.

Buck was very professional and helpful, everyone there was so helpful, Even the ShuttleService The Men were friendly and talked the too me the whole time made me feel comfortable, Just wish they would of be able to take a tip, cause I really appreciate the ride to get my vehicle. It was very cold out that day, would of had to have my elderly father pick me up and really didn’t want him in the cold, So the ride was greatly appreciated, as my husband was at work .Happy with the Service!!!

This time I was disappointed. Previous I received a video that showed the repairs needed. I wish I would have had the same experience this time with brake repairs recommended. They started a great service but now they didnt follow through with the same new technology. And they should have checked my previous service records since I purchased the vehicle there.

I scheduled an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early. It was for a 10,000 mile check. It took over an hour and 40 min to do this task. If I had just drove up expecting this to be done I would expect such a wait, but when I schedule the appointment ahead of time I dont expect to wait that long.

I had a coupon for a free healthcare worker oil change and enhanced cleaning. My car was not washed (car wash was down for maintenance), which is fine, but they did not vacuum it out like they typically do, and nothing was cleaned. I’m thankful for the free oil change but when I bring it there and pay for my oil change they typically wash it and vacuum the inside and sometimes wipe it down. So I was disappointed when I saw that nothing was cleaned.

Holiday Mazda is one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to. They go above and beyond for their customers. I just purchased my 3rd Mazda, this time working with Alex, and he was amazing to work with and even took the extra time to show me how to use everything and even set some things up for me! When I had to bring my car in with questions, Stuart in the service department was amazing to work with. He even took the time to research and print out directions on how to use something that I was confused on! If you are looking for a dealership that backs up their product and goes above and beyond for their customers needs, Holiday is your place. Always an incredible experience at Holiday Mazda

I called Holiday Mazda after receiving an unfavorable offer from another dealership. I was able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle I wanted and the incentives were good. The buying process was quick and effective - took about two hours in my case. I noticed a slight dent in the vehicle after purchasing, and Holiday had the dent fixed by a specialist the next day, no questions asked. I felt as though the staff (I worked with Alex Marschall) cared about me and my needs throughout the process. They listened and identified needs that other dealers could not. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Removed metal shield cover from manifold area and forgot to put it back on. But called back and indicated that the bolts to attach the metal plate were stripped, requiring That they be ordered from the company. Once the bolts arrived, the previous problem with rattling noise was completely rectified. And the car purrs like it was brand new. Very personalized service.

I brought my new Mazda 6 in for, what I was told, as its first maintenance check, at 2,500 miles. I was called by Stuart and told they would be doing an oil change and tire rotation. I was very confused because those items dont get done at 2,500 miles. I asked why and wasnt told a decent reason for the tire rotation so I denied that service. Then he did say its been 5 months since we had the car and even though there are low miles it would be a good idea to change it. He stated that the check light in the car went on and I said that it was set up that way to check in and make sure everything was going ok. I dont think the staff knows what a first maintenance check is and that if I hadnt dealt with Holiday Mazda before I would not be returning because it seemed like the staff was doing unnecessary services and were trying to get things out of unsuspecting customers. I will not deal with Stuart again because my husband said when he took our other Mazda in he had an issue with Stuart too and I really dont think he understands what needs to be done. I will give Holiday another chance because I have worked with other staff there that have been great but this really left me not happy and not wanting to go back.
