Visited this place recently, this has a decent collection of party items for celebrations. I went to get some balloons, pool noodles, and few other items. I liked the collection for cleaning items and would come here again. Parking is easily available.

Today Im sorry I cant give a good review to this Dollar Tree. When I was in there today there were 10 12 people in line and there was only one cashier. I said something to a couple of the employees and they ignored me they didnt care that there was a line and people were waiting to be checked out. Even the lady at the front who had to go to another register to call to get some help. finally a totally different gentleman that work there actually came and helped but the other two who were stocking didnt even care didnt even come by and say Im sorry Im not a cashier or Im sorry its not my job they just gave us a dirty look and just kept doing what they were doing so no Im sorry I am not giving a good review when employees dont know what customer service is.

Appears well stocked for the holidays. Not a big fan of the insects flying in the food area.

Dollar Tree moved from greenback to this location. It was good products however lost all the fresh fruits and veggies they had at Greenback location. Employee Amanda was/is amazing. Very friendly and helpful

My Grandson loves the vending toy machine.

I like this location a lot better than most. Its always clean with minimal traffic in the mornings. They always have whatever items I need in stock. Staff is friendly and courteous. Parking lot is big due to the plaza its in. Its near a bunch of other stores.

Never answer the phone.

Poor customer service.....I walked in at 8:56 pm to quickly grab a few last minute items and was pushed out at 8:59 pm. Wow... such great customer service. By the way his name was Xievier.

There was a huge line when I walked in and nice gentleman working the register called over the intercom to ask for backup cashier and as I was walking through the store another employee named Allison mumbled just loud enough for the people around her to hear that she was not coming up there because she was going to take her lunch.... Which is understandable... but then when she walked up front complaining the whole time she got at the register and she told the people in line that she was only going to take 2 of them and that she was clocking out... She was insanely rude. I was just in there killing time while waiting for my food next door but with her attitude and that crazy line I decided not to buy anything

Busy but quick efficient checkout helpful friendly staff who are very patient especially with the amount of abuse they receive from many customers the store is very clean and well maintained its a shame how much work they constantly have to put in on top of everything else cleaning up merchandise that customers carelessly and many times purposely just knock down or just leave all over the places

Sometimes they dont have enough cashiers. Today, they made sure the line moved. They are always very helpful if you need something]

Mostly convenient stop for midday lunch break last minute buys.

I bought some cookies, they were so bad I gagged on them. I tried exchanging them for another food item and was rudely told by an employee named Elena that they were their good stuff and not expired so there was nothing that could be done, and basically sucks to be you. I have never been so rudely treated at a Dollar tree before and I will be telling everyone about my terrible experience and avoiding this store like the plauge.

Always something new or different in this store. So much fun and spend very little!

The cashier was nice. She made us laugh on the way out. Its really easy to find what youre looking for here. And then some.... I never leave Dollar Tree with just the items i came for. For only $1... everything jumps out!

The staff they have was very rude, I am a mother with a 10-year-old son and a 12-month-old daughter. I asked my son for help with my babys diaper bag, and one of the people working there told him rudely. I could not enter the store with backpacks, my son has never stolen anything, nor do I think his innocent mind can think of stealing. I totally felt discriminated against by the service of this place I will not return to this place.

Valentines Day is a crazy day for most retail places, and the Dollar Tree is no exception. They have lovely balloons that you can make into a bouquet for a very reasonable price. Every Valentines day I go looking for remembrance balloons for my daughters grave. I also use ribbons to tie around flowers to bring up to her grave as well. One of the employees went out of her way during this busy time, to find some of the things that I was looking for. She even put tape around the sticks that go into the small balloons, to make sure the wind wouldnt blow them away when she realize they were going to my daughters gravesite. That is above and beyond, extremely kind and extremely thoughtful.

The Dollar Tree at Folsom had a very friendly staff who assisted me in finding me an item I was looking for.

Seems like this location is getting bad. Everything is a mess. All over the store. They do not have helium but will not sell you the balloons that have helium in them. They say it is because those are for advertising... The staff is friendly though.

Sarah has amazing customer service. I have done a lot of shopping in my day, at all price points. Sarah stands out as about the best attitude, enthusiasm and helpfullnes I have experienced. Im not trying to be dramatic. I asked if there were anymore specific Halloween lights, she happily started rummaging thru the giant new shipment of boxes! Hope shes in a managerial position.

Looking for pink foam rubbers for a photo shoot today. Found two kinds!Glad I didnt have to spend a lot of money for 15 minutes of use.Minus one star for never having enough registers open. You see three clerks stocking shelves,OR two chatting and laughing by the office door, and another stocking shelves leaving ONLY ONE clerk running the register with 20 people in line. Not good customer service! Do not EVER go if you are in a hurry!Of course everything is made in China, and may or may not be worth the dollar you pay for it. Ok place for gag gifts or stocking stuffers.Good price on greeting cards. 2 / $1.00 or $1.00 each, but limited selection.Cash, check or ATM only at the store I frequent.

Solid selection of products and options compared to other dollar store Marts Ive visited previously. Also located conveniently near a Little Cesars so thats always a good thing.

Very large store with lots of choices from plastic ware, food stuffs, cards and cleaning supplies. The store is clean, and the staff is friendly. There is plenty of parking and easy to get into store.

We actually buy some food here. :) 90% of Items are cheap Chinese products, as to be expected with cheap prices. Water is cheaper at the grocery store in the same center. Never enough clerks at the registers, so plan on a wait... Clerks are friendly, though.
