Beware. These guys will not give you a refund, even though they don’t tell you this when you’re purchasing. They will only give you store credit, even with their dressing rooms being closed for the past few months. I purchased some items from them and I returned those same items just hours later, and they’d only give me store credit, even with my receipt.

Before coming here i was always someone who would say “i don’t know how you find clothes at thrift stores” but now i only shop at freestyle and my personal style has sky rocketed into what i always wanted. i never leave the store empty handed and the staff is always so kind! 10/10 would recommend shopping here

Ive been to the Freestyle in Roseville & I have to say Folsom is sweeter & better to me. I had time to spare so I came shopping here & they had so much to choose from! I came right when they opened so everything was super organized, color coded & easy to go through. All the ladies that worked there were super sweet & I loved all the items I got! Im definitely coming again :)

I love bringing my clothes here to sell. On average they take about 5 -10 of my items. They of course have to be in good condition, in style as well as season and name brands. You can choose a cash payout or get 40% more credit to use in store. Very friendly staff as well.

Good condition second hand clothes, some unique pieces, in all sizes, Ive dressed clients here of all body types. Theyre not brand snobs here either, they buy whats in season and quality construction. Just because an item has a pseudo designer tag sewn in it doesnt mean they blindly auto purchase it....what the tag says doesnt matter! GREAT clearance racks!!

I took the cash for my 6 shirts that were just sitting in my closet then went and had my nails done!! Great trade!They have nice clothes that are trendy, but the sizes are mostly small & medium for the younger crowd.But I will return next time I clean out my closet!!

My friend told me about selling clothes here, so I decided to bring in some of my clothes I’ve outgrown/ don’t wear anymore to try and get some cash for them. I brought in 2 bags, one was full of jeans (mostly Levis) in very good condition. The other was filled with some dresses and shirts, some STILL WITH THE TAGS ON. Never worn! I dropped off my clothes for selling, and came back to them only taking a few items. I was very frustrated seeing that they only took 1 pair of very nice jeans and a few tops. I made sure to only bring in clothing in good condition/new and I think they should’ve taken them. Not to mention I was only given $20 for 6 pieces of clothing. Will not sell here again.

The shopping experience left a bit to be desired due to the music. First song: multiple f*** words, second song: multiple mother f***** words. Really?! Inappropriate for any business, particularly one that caters to teens/preteens. When I commented to the store clerk, in his defense, he changed the song. Need to rethink the music selection - shouldnt have been playing in the first place.

First of all they only offered me a fraction of the real value of my name brand, perfect condition, clothing. They wanted almost everything I brought in but I said no thanks! Second, I looked around the store and while they had a large selection a lot of their stuff was really in poor condition. Finally, the style of clothing was really suited for the teenage crowd. Probably a great stores for moms and their teens for back to school shopping but not for the fashion conscious

Youll waste your time. I brought in some nice stuff that I dont wear anymore (John Varvatos, Nike, Ralph Lauren). First off they take your clothes and then tell you you need to wait half an hour. So I left and came back, just for them to tell me that it wasnt their style. I found this to be highly stupid considering the stuff I brought didnt differ much from the look of the items in the store (except the quality of the garments I brought were much better than they had in there). Customer service was bad, couldnt explain why other than it wasnt their style. Dont waste your time going here.

I went to bring my clothes into this place because the website said they would take anything into season. They took 2 things out of at least 20 items ans one of the items still had their tags on it and it cost me $25 and they gave me $4 for it they also said my stuff wasn’t right for the place when every one of my items looked exactly like what was on the racks. Took it to the other free style in Roseville and they took everything. DONT GO TO THE ONE IN FOLSOM.

I agree I had brand names and really nice clothes and they didnt take any but if you look at some at there selection its horrible and Im suprised they even took and not sure what her name is she has long blond hair she is super rude this is my second time and I will not be returning corprate should really look into there customer service its not good at all !

This wasnt really my scene. Prices are fair, customer service was okay, but the atmosphere was not something I personally enjoyed (loud rap music that all sounds the same; I like rap but this wasnt even anything with a good beat or quality rapping and it got old pretty quick), and its one of those stores with 15 basic clothing options displayed in multiple different colors on different racks (ie same velvet crop top can be found in olive green on rack 1, rose color on rack 2, and teal on rack 3, and so on). It was probably just too hip for me, my 16 year old sister loved it. Most of the clothing is the typical fashion today with exposed skin everywhere, so its perfect if thats your deal, just not the store for me.

Great selection in mens clothing too and decent prices.

The clothes are in poor condition and service is not great. My first time there, I stood there at the register while 3 ladies were talking and then when they noticed me one came and rang me up but didnt say a word to me. Wont go back.
