Every time I go into the shop, The employees are very friendly and helpful. They always have a large variety there and I never feel rushed being in there. They always can help me find what I need and have awesome deals. It is a great shop with lots of choices to choose from! Well had my vape pen for about 2 years and went to get a new coil. Well surprise surprise they dont make the coils anymore. The gentlemen in this store were very helpful. They were so great at explaining the different vapes. Great knowledge and great prices!!

Bought a can of tobacco yesterday, the clerk was not friendly or accommodating on top of that he sold me a can that had the best by date far from over a year ago! In the same center as Tuesday morning, grocery outlet, Elliot’s, Mongolian bbq and dollar tree. I can go back and take a picture if you need more confirmation. This used to be just a cigar shop before you purchased. I got a can of Smokey mountain cherry flavor. The expiration date says 6-7-19 I wish he offered me a receipt because I forgot to ask. That’s another thing CSR’s should offer along with friendliness and customer care. I was helped by a young Caucasian male. He seemed like he didn’t care about helping and didn’t want to answer my questions about this type of tobacco. If you checked last week maybe try checking all the products as this is dated over a year ago. Now I’m stuck with this old can.

I will not shop at this store again until the employees stop vaping in the store. They have to take their masks off to vape and then theyre letting their air out with the vape smoke which also has droplets of saliva. This is completely dangerous and could be passing covid around to unsuspecting customers. Read about the dangers on the CDC web site. I m shocked that the owners would allow this.

I live in Discovery Bay and the prices are outrageous! My mom lives in EDH and I almost didn’t review to keep this hidden gem a secret! 😂! But that’s just wrong! Don’t put up with the other stores that don’t even offer you customer service! Run on down! I will be visiting my mom weekly now!

A great shop for pipe smokers. Plenty of tobacco pipes and accessories for pipes. Decent selection of pipe tobacco. They also have loose pipe tobacco. I bought some cherry tobacco (loose). The Tobacco has great aroma, flavor, and was fresh. I Will visit again when i come back to folsom.

Great customer service and great people

I went in with a problem caused by the Elite Smoke Shop and Shaun went out of his way to match the right coils in a new tank to match my battery. Worked perfectly! Maria is so sweet. If I was 40 years younger I would ask her out. Im trying to quit smoking after 50 years and am vaping successfully to do so. Im now dependent on vaping and need the support behind the products I need to use. These are the go to people for support and understanding.

Shaun was excellent today when I went in to have him look at my leaking vape. He fixed it! While he was fixing my vape he was assisting others as well. I made sure he knew I was in no hurry, but he never broke stride with my vape. And I have to say, im not rude in nature, but there was a bit of an annoying woman there, you know.. the kind who thinks the world revolves around her... and this is why I cant be in the customer service industry! Quick judgement doesnt belong in this industry lol. Shaun was professional as ive ever seen, helping the needy customer (there I go again) at the same time giving his attention and his own insight on some of the cigars people were interested in. As he was talking to them, every word seemed as if it was a personal touch on his opinion based on those particular customers. Its hard to experience good customer service anymore, but Shaun was amazing. Im lost for words. Always kept a very warm smile on him, hes a very pleasant person, I could tell. Hes the kind of person no matter what he chooses in life hes going places. Because of the great customer service, moving forward I will only give my business to Folsom Tabacco. The people in here are knowledgeable and treat their customers well. One of the best customer service experiences Ive had. They will get you set up with mods good juice.....the most (affordable in town btw! ) great shop and great employees. If you need vape supplies....try here first most their oils are nearly half the price of anywhere else in folsom....ive Been to all the stores. This is the best in the area.

They tried charging me $70 for a Juul charger & 2 packs of 4 Juul pods. The same order that would have cost me less than $40 on the official Juul website. & when I mentioned it the lady that worked there got an attitude about it. Wont catch me back there.
