Clean store.. everything neat. Most of all there is a Lady who checked us out at the front. She was the highlight of our visit. Very friendly, out going, personable, comforting. She spoke to everyone coming in the door and really handled us with care. I highly recommend this Store!

I was a little worried this location was not going to make it, but I took my daughter back to school shopping here and was pleasantly surprised. She found a lot of great clothes. She is very picky so this was a huge win! They had lots of people working and they were all very nice. Even taking a shirt off of a mannequin for my daughter because it was the only one in her size available and she just loved it. It was a great experience and we will continue to shop here.

Very nice store, the presentation always looks great. All the merchandise is folded and put up properly and appears to look great. The staff is always happy smiling and ready to help you. The store manager is a wonderful lady and a great personality always willing to help the customer.

Is just disappointing the way that this store is going, we went to buy some gift for my family in the store, we just have to exchange some of the clothes because of the sizes, no one say hi or nothing or a welcome in, the lady in charge if the exchange just RUDE as she can be, we said hi and her response was what do you want?????? SERIOUSLY?????........ and then i try to speak to a MANAGER, so she didnt bother at all, she left us over there like they dont care anymore.......... Just BAD SERVICE FRONT THE TOP ALL THE WAY DOWN.... No need to spend money over there you pay for good service!!!..

I love this store. They were so kind during COVID19 2020 to have a special time for Senoirs to shop. I love the quality and price of their clothes and the makeup department are very attentive. I get my hair done in the In-Stule salon

I booked a portrait session with Melissa and Bethany. Very professional and patient with clients! One of the easiest sessions I experienced!

Only 2 curbside parking, but found it free. I reached just before store closing, but got my stuff delivered. It look little time, however the person was courteous and apologized. Overall seamless experience, would recommend.

I would like to buy something at a store instead of on-line. I went into the home department and the shelves were half full. The place almost looked like it was going out of business. I didnt notice the other departments.

The store is a pretty good location. We had some pictures taken at this location which came out very nice. The store seems to be organized and not too cluttered. It is a bit smaller than other types of stores that weve shopped inside at the mall.

Night and day difference from the one in Lewisville. Such nice people, good layout, and customer service was above the basic department store. I felt like I was at Nordstrom not JCP. I will be back.

I like JC Pennys new big & tall section. They have a huge selection & I can get t-shirts for the same price as walmart charges. They also have a great selection of kids clothes and you can usually get coupons online for $10 off a $25 purchase.

Good location with great prices. Just wish they had a bit more organization when it came to clothing in the plus size department. You can never find the top you want in just one spot. Also need more visible associates instead of solely relying on your JCPenney app to help shoppers find products and prices.

All African Americans DO NOT STEAL!! There was only one lady (Indian women with Glasses) who didnt give me a look or follow me or ask me if I needed help 1000 times in every section I walked through. They had one guy with a chili Bowl cut watching and following me. SMH

The attitude of the associates who work here is terrible. Several item as were on sale and they didn’t ring up for the sale price, and then tried to tell me they were twice as much as what the sign said. I will not ever come back to this location.

My mom and I love this store. Its always well kept, well stocked and a lot more organized than some of the other locations weve been to. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We also love the Sephora within the store...all the same applies there too. Icing on the top...theres always great sales and lots of clearance options!

This location feels dated. Its your usual department store with mannequins and signs everywhere, clothes tossed back on the rack. A few good brands but mostly brands that look good but are low on quality. In a pinch I would shop here for dress clothes but overall the mens department is lacking. What bothered me the most about my visit, was that rain was dripping through the ceiling tiles onto the mens dress shirts. After looking around the store I realized that it was not just that one spot, but many areas had leaks, resulting in buckets being placed around the store. This might be an issue with the landlord, but it should be addressed.

This review is for HV LOCATION JCP Salon. Will never return. Beautician charged me 3x’s as much, for a service that frequently get at JCP. The 35N location closed and thought I would go HV location. ( Have been serviced at this location prior)Sure, businesses are hurting due to COVID but stealing and ripping people off, is just not a good practice. Didn’t want to cause a scene, so called manager back at later time. I am aware of JCP pricing and this was complete robbery. I explained, simply want the overage funds returned . Manager stated she would talk to general manager and get back to me. Have yet to receive a call. Reporting to BBB

Its a JCPenney in a strip mall versus a mall location which in this case, spreads their product over a single floor.I much prefer the double storey mall location of Vista Ridge. Its laid out and staffed better. I was lucky to even see an employee much less get asked if I needed help finding anything.Its a Penneys in Flower Mound. *shrug*

Great place for shopping with the family. We loved the shoe selection and the men’s tall section. Employees were all very helpful and pointed us in the right direction for what we needed to find. Parking was easy.

Always has the shoes I need and/ or want at really good prices. The store is clean and not as cluttered as it was during the ill fated revamp a few years back. JC Penney is once again a go-to store for good clothes and pleasant experiences.

I had some issues with an online order. Alejandro at the Robinsons Creek location in Flower Mound was super helpful in getting everything straightened out. Its rare that you feel like the sales people at a retail actually give a darn about helping you, but he was so professional and really did want me to have a good shopping experience. JCP, you better hang on to Alejandro!

I was looking for an Easter dress. JCP had a lot of variety at reasonable prices - especially because JCP was having a big sale. There were also people throughout to answer questions if customers had any. The checkout process was handled efficiently and quickly despite there being many shoppers. I was very pleased!

I wanted to say thank you and highlight the compassion of one of the associates at the JC Penney Highland Village location. Barbara, who I believe is a manager, offered to help me find some matching pants for a suit jacket. I ended up choosing to buy a suit for 40 percent off. I later told Barbara that the suit would be for a funeral in the next few days. Her kindness and patience in helping me find a nice outfit was so uplifting. It was my first time shopping at JC Penney, but I can say it will not be my last. The cashier was also extremely kind and helpful.

Due to COVID theres tons of deal, however only 2 fitting room open.

This store in particular is always in very low stock of girls clothes. I had thought it was just a bad day but we have been to this location as it is closer to home than the vista ridge location but every time I have been disappointed by the selection...or lack thereof. The Sephora inside gets 5 stars though they are always helpful and friendly not too pushy and give great recommendations on products.

The person in potriat department, very rude I stayed there 22 minutes to just pick up, I understand she was taking shoots, but after she got out no greeting, I will be there with you or something thats is assuring that help is on the way, I asked her it will only take less than A minute to gave me my pictures. in her rude &arrogant voice said I am with customer, never apologize for have me there 22 minutes sitting there to pick my oerder.just so disappointing! She shouldnt be there .sad face,arrogant,not welcoming person.however the lady who took our pictures 2 weeks ago,she is absolutely amazing, very helpful, she calmed my kids, took amazing shoots,very warm,person.she should train this sad face young lady!

One of the nicest not attached to a mall JC Penny locations Ive been too. Has a good variety of mens selections. I dont know what to really say.... If youve been to a JC Penny this one is basically the same. However they had a super friendly and attentive staff. And the neighborhood this location is in caters to a higher level of customer service.

JC Penney is a nice budget friendly store. Flower Mound location is strange. I needed to find shoes for my son. The shoe department has changed a lot since the last time I shopped in a JC Penney. It was completely self service. The entire department of adult and childrens shoes were a total mess. There were no employees to be found. Customers were resorting to going to the stock room to look for shoes themselves. Ridiculous!

Terrible.....I went to JC Penney to look for some slacks. Every pair of golf slacks was GROSSLY over priced. I also need a pair of Addias shoes, again OVER PRICED. I ended up getting both things I need at Academy sports for about 60% cheaper then JC Penney. No wonder they are going out of business soon!
