I stopped at this venue last week after picking up a bundt cake next door thinking some strawberries would be nice. I ended up purchasing 2 mini cheesecakes just to try them out. Most terrible taste and texture ever. They tasted like wax or soap. Ended up in the trash.

Made an order online from Canada for a friend who was staying with family in Texas for her birthday. I chose the store that was suggested by the website as the closest to her that was open on a Sunday as that’s the day her birthday fell on.The delivery was not made on her birthday, but instead, the next day, which was extremely disappointing as I’d already let her know she’d be getting a little surprise that day.When I called the store and left a message after closing, I didn’t get a response. When I did get to speak to someone they said they’d ended up getting another stores orders that day and had to make “executive decisions” about what got delivered. I understand things happen, but perhaps make sure you deliver the orders from your own store first next time? Or at least notify the customer that their delivery is going to be later than expected?

Pastries were delivered intact and cold. The delivery person was very nice and followed after delivery instructions perfectly. Very pleased and will order again.

Wonderful experience! I live in California and I wanted to send a gift to my sister in Texas, it was so nice being able to order it from the west coast and say hi to them with a delicious treat. I ordered it in the morning and it was put together and delivery in the afternoon.The fruit was fresh and looked great! I cant wait to use them again in the future, thank you!

I placed my order online and they fulfilled it to perfection! As requested, it was delivered the same day, and my wife love the presentation of the cards, boxes and balloons. Not to mention, the fruit and cheesecake tasted amazing! I will definitely use their services again.

Made an online order at 3:44 pm for a 4:00pm pick up when I got to the store 5 minutes before 4 my order had not even been started cashier went to tell co worker to work on it. I had ordered the 6 piece dipped fruit and it was given to me at 4:07pm and they didn’t do the strawberries fresh. The employee went to the front with my box and grabbed strawberries that they had in the front which looked old and when I asked why were my strawberries not made fresh the excuse was they were trying to rush my order per manager. When I got home the strawberries were old. Worst experience, when an online order is placed it’s because you need it by a certain time and not to get old fruit. Never going back to this location. My receipt wasn’t even attached.

My friend loved the arrangement and enjoyed the fruit. I would highly recommend this establishment

Yesterday I got a call from these peeps telling me about their fresh box delivery. After a quick discussion, I called and ordered a box. Wow! Ripe, ready to eat and delicious. I love this small biz! We are excited to try the vege combination next.

Very rarely do people post good reviews and quick to post the bad. My procrastinating self waited until last minute for a fathers day gift. Submitted an order online at another location only to get a call that they had met their order limit for the day so it got canceled. Called this location and spoke to Carly, she was helpful and said I could submit an order for same day pickup. When I went back to check the order I realized that I had accidentally made it for next sunday. Called Carly and she said it was OK, she could get it done for today for fathers day. Ended up running late and called again she said I could pick it up after they had closed! They went above and beyond for me. I want to say thank you to Carly and the staff!

Ordered a basket for my wife for valentines day; my family wanted me to get something for our neighbors. was told that they had plenty and could just come by next day and pick something. Due to it being 2/12, they were out of nearly everything up front. The manager was very helpful and made everything BEYOND good. I will definitely come back for my chocolate strawberry occasions

My order was unfortunately pushed to the next day because of how busy it was- but I got a discount and they made up for it with balloons and extra cupcakes! customer service was fantastic :)

I order from Edible Arrangements for friends and family. They enjoy the fresh fruit. I recently ordered the Create Your Own Dessert Box for my brother’s birthday, which was on Halloween. He sent me a picture. It was more than I expected! The presentation was beautiful and the fruit and cheesecake looked very fresh and delicious as always. They all enjoyed it! Edible Arrangements came through as always!

Worst customer service experience of my life. My fiancée and I come here regularly but when I came to get a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day (I came on 2/13) this was my experience:I came to the store and placed an order for the 12 chocolate covered strawberries for $39.99. Paid and left the store assuming everything was good.When I got home I noticed there were only 3 strawberries in the box along with some brownies and cheesecakes. Not at all what I paid $45 after tax for. So I called the store annoyed and was told to come back and they will “make it right”.I drive 15 mins back to the store and explain what happen and they hand me another box and don’t apologize or anything for the inconvenience.I walk next door to meet my fiancée who was getting some cakes and open the box to see another mistake!! There were 12 cookies in the box and ZERO CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES. So I go back to the store extremely annoyed and explain how they have given me the wrong order 2 times and taken up over an hour of my time waiting in line and driving to the store, and they once again hand me another box and send me on my way.No apology, no discount ($45 for 12 strawberries is already ridiculously steep.) No free cookies or anything. Oh yeah, they took all the boxes of wrong orders that we had already opened back and probably sold them to whoever actually ordered them like nothing happened! Definitely not coming back after this experience.

My daughter got hired over the phone to help make arrangements but she arrived to work they took a look at the color of skin and told her she wasnt needed. After she spent her last couple of dollars she saved up for a Uber.

Waited until 5 min before the business was closing to deliver. Poorly ran business.

My husband has ordered fruit for me on several occassions. He was most pleased that Edible Arrangements took the time to make an order specifically for me....I LOVE the chocoloate covered apples.....and should I say chocolate covered bananas, pears, and strawberries too! My order has been delivered promptly and tastes very fresh. YUMMY! It is also a very unique and unexpected treat as well.

I have to say, I like the service that this location offered, but the fruit baskets costed $60 for a very less fruit pieces. Way too expensive for something that small. Service was excellent, they wait extra hours after closing the shop for me to pick up the fruit baskets. But again way way too expensive....when I took the baskets home, everyone was like wow, but then when they asked me about the price, everyone said, not worth the money.

I ordered the arrangement for Valentines Day, it never showed up to my recipient. They never called me to tell me what happened to my order, or that they would be unable to deliver it, I still have not heard anything, and I had to call the 800 number for customer service, that is located in another state, all they coud do for me was give me a reference number. Im very displeased about the service I have received, I wouldnt recomend using them at all!

Will NEVER order from here again, they waited until the last minute to deliver, and the arrangement looked awful!!!!! Not worth 100 dollars.

I ordered from them for Valentines Day and they never delivered. I call and gave directions to where I live and called again 45 minutes later and the driver had given up. I dont reccomend the Flower Mound branch at all. They lack heavily in customer satisfaction.
