I should have read the other reviews before I wasted my time and money here. Maybe they are under new management?I decided to splurge and have the full red carpet service for my boat which was $500. They called and said it was ready, but when I got there, the seat trims were still filled with dirt and the carpets had not been vacuumed under the seats. I was pretty upset. She asked for another hour.When I went back, there was still dirt in several of the seats and most of the trim. Under the captains chairs and rear cover had not even been wiped down at all. The pictures only tell half of the story.So This is what I got for $500? I stayed for an hour and pointed out most of the missed dirt but had to leave. I wish I had more pics of each place I had to literally “ask” them to clean. And they are supposed to be professionals? They didn’t even remove any dark spots from the leather either.The lady running it said “they worked hard and tried their best.” I feel this was lousy customer service. I’m not sure what sort of red carpet VIP treatment this was. I feel robbed of my time and money. Strongly Recommend looking elsewhere.

After they said I was ready to go, my entire center console was still filthy. Untouched by them.After leaving I saw my dashboard was also not cleaned. I use to love the service, but I don’t think I’ll be returning.

I had been a long term customer of Celebrity Car Wash but, over time, the quality of their service had become unsatisfactory and I stopped using them. But, recently, I saw that Slydes Car Wash had taken over that business and I took one of our cars in yesterday for their Superstar wash. The quality of the service I got from Slydes was outstanding! So much so, in fact, I returned home and took our other car in for its own Superstar wash. It, too, was exemplary. Its unfortunate their current lack of business is a reflection of their previous owners. We will be back to Slydes in the future and I highly recommend them.

I got my car inspected and received a coupon for a free basic wash. They pre rinsed it and scrubbed the front with a soapy broom prior to running it thru. Car came out great. They have lots of packages and price points.

Car wash. This is the absolutely worst car wash I have ever been to. The did not wipe wheels or running boards on my truck. Did not bother cleaning windows. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Customers have to drive their own car through a car wash that’s not touchless. Got to the end of the experience and they come and tell me that my wheel cover keeps popping off which didn’t happen before I went through the car wash. They say that they got it fixed. We shall see. Take it elsewhere!

They took my antenna off, without asking permission, while I was talking to the attendant. Then when I was finished with the wash, they did not put it back on.The wash hardly removed any dirt and left my Jeep soapy, see the pictures, which will make any car dirty faster since the dirt will attach to the soapy surface.

I took my NEW F250 in for a car wash. I did not like some of the sounds that came from the left side brushes. After they were vacuuming and drying I noticed a 8 inch or so scratch or mark along the top of the drivers door. You could see it from about 20 feet. Away. The attendant tried to remove it, but didn’t work. I asked for the owner. He told me his brushes couldn’t have caused it. No help at all and left. I will never go back!

The owner did my car and unfortunately she didnt do it correct. The girls that work there do a much better job than the owner.

This is no longer a full service car wash. Charged me $28 to drive my own vehicle through the wash and wait while they vacuumed it. Not a good value. When I tried to have the vehicle inspected I was greeted rudely by a mechanic who told me “I’m in the middle of something, just wait”. He then went to another customer and loudly announced that “guys like me are always in a hurry”. Needless to say I didn’t get the car inspected. Went to fire stone next-door and was treated appropriately.

Ive been here a few times and Ive had to ask them to go back and actually clean my wheels, even though I got the Director package with the 3-stage wheel cleaning. Even after having them go back, my wheels are still poorly cleaned. This is just a small example of their commitment. Im not expecting a full detail, but what does a 3-stage wheel cleaning actually mean when they look like this after asking them to do it again?

Used to go here for when I wanted a good all around wash and interior cleaning. Always felt like my car was brand new after they finished.They are under new ownership and the quality has just fallen drastically. Interior wasnt as clean. Inside windshield had a smear. Wont be going there anymore.

For a car wash they do an excellent job. IMO probably the best in the area.

My 16 year old daughter went there because she needed an oil change. They told she needed many things that must be fixed which she agreed to (she is young, trusting, and not a car person). They ended up selling her on a bunch of unneeded and overpriced services and accessories. She came home crying saying she couldnt afford it. I met with the manager. Our conversation had to be moved to his office as I was getting loud. He apologized and admitted his technician took advantage of my daughter. The best he would do was offer me a few free car washes. I paid my daughters bill and she gave me the car washes. I never returned and I would not recommend anyone go here as they take advantage of those young and inexperienced. Bad, bad, bad.

Have been coming here for car washes, on & off, for years. Recently, started having full details done. I shopped around, the price seems the best.BUT, the finished product is AWESOME. Employee MaryBell has detailed 2 cars for me in 2 weeks. She simply does an incredible job. When I arrive to pick up, she demonstrates her pride, and efforts, as she points our every little detail, of what she did.Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews even when a service is not that great but I wanted to share my experience on 12/14/2020 when I went to Celeb Car wash for a state inspection. While I was waiting a technician came by and showed me a very dirty air cabin filter and said I needed to replace it and they would charge me $40. I declined it and decided to replace it my myself right away. I went to OReilly next door and bought one for half the price they would charge. So I opened the glove box and was about to replace it but the filter was clean and still white, no way as dark and dusty and filthy as the one the technician showed me. I will avoid that place from now on.....

A good place to go for a fast wash. There are only two free vacuums that dont reach well but they work. No towels are available to wipe down your car afterwards.

Rude staff, overpriced services. The brushes and wash equipment is worn out as missing a lot of the brushes.

I thought I should share my most recent experience at Celebrity Car Wash. I typically get the $49 package that washes the outside of the car, the carpets, and details the interior. When I arrived, I was told the same package I ALWAYS GET is $69. I told cashier I’ve got this for $49 for years and he said because the car now has 4-doors it’s a $20 up charge. I told him to call the owner and he did. The owner came and talked to me and honored the previous price I had been paying at $49. I was thankful he did that, but he mentioned it would be $69 in the future. I’m like “ok”. So while waiting for my car to come through the car wash (like always) an hour goes by and I never see it come through the car wash! One of the workers then comes by and says “your car is done”. So I walked to the back and I’m guessing they hand washed it? It looks fairly clean, but it is FAR FROM PRISTINE. I told them about a few spots and they obliged. Definitely not thrilled with what is going on at Celebrity and they have lost another customer I’m afraid to say. You don’t treat people like this.

I had no issues with my truck being washed, they do a pretty good job.The problem is that I was sold on paying $29 for 1 unlimited month of carwashes, no mention of a reoccurring charge. Not cool. I went by 2 times after and the attendant assured me they would cancel and not charge. They did indeed charge my card. Buyers beware! Shady.....

The wash was ok but one of the last times I was here the employees left some stuff behind in the interior in 2018. The equipment is good but some of it not very well maintained. Go to Washguys instead.

On Sunday I took my car to Celebrity for a routine oil change. During the service, they explained I needed a new air filter for my engine and I agreed to have it replaced. They completed the service and complimentary car wash and It took me flagging someone down who worked there to pay someone for the services. I thought it seemed very weird like there was no manager or anyone responsible on duty. I paid and left. When driving home it seemed like my car was running oddly and taking a while to shift gears but, after a phone call with a worker from Celebrity less than 1 hour later ( they called because they had ran my credit card for another persons services and needed to cancel the transaction and for me to pay for my services ) they reassured me that it was “normal” for my car to act weird after getting a new air filter and it “should work itself out after driving it a few times”... weird, but I know nothing about cars so I went along with it. I made short trips around town, for groceries and then to a friends house. By the end of the day Sunday, my car was driving terribly and almost ever dashboard light was on: check engine, ABS, Oil at Temp, my cruise was flashing and a couple other lights... something was obviously wrong. I had to drive my very short drive to work the next morning and then take it in to the shop at lunch .. my car BARELY made it up 407 because it would not shift into gear and I almost had to be towed. I made it finally and decided to stop at Firestone as they had done trusty work for me before, and I needed a tire patched anyways. They checked my air filter, it was fine. They checked my oil, it had DOUBLE the amount of oil a car needs. Celebrity had never emptied my old oil and just put the new in on top... Firestone decided to kindly help me and got me in right away. After further inspection when they went to drain the oil, they discovered that my oil drain had not been touched the day prior, but my TRANSMISSION drain was clean! CELEBRITY DRAINED MY TRANSMISSION FLUID AND LEFT IT EMPTY FOR ME TO DRIVE LIKE THAT! The people at Firestone restored my car back to “good” condition but explained the obvious fact and that is that I still could have possibly damaged my transmission due to Celebrity’s terrible mistake. Every “check engine” light code came back as a transmission issue. My car could have and still may be quite possibly ruined due to Celebrity. I will never take my car back and have and will continue to warn anyone I know of this terrible experience. I plan to take this up with the owner this afternoon, but I have already heard bad things about him, so not very hopeful for an honest outcome from their end.Will update this review after speaking in person with the company.

I’ll add to the list of negative review. Not that the owner will care. Wife took one of our cars in for a oil change and state inspection a week ago. Got home and smelled oil burning. Didn’t think much of it, sometimes some will get spilled and burn off, no big deal. Week later, I’m still smelling it. Driving home today and the smell gets absolutely horrible and the reduce engine power comes on on my dash. Pull over and open the hood to find the oil cap just sitting there and the oil filler neck not even in the top of the engine!!! There was oil all over my engine cover and engine bay from where it had been coming out. Put everything back where it needed to be and started it up, no issues but my check engine light was now on. Drove straight up there and found the owner sitting in the shop. Explained the issue and he popped the hood and told me there were no problems. I explained that I had put everything back on already and tried to show him the pictures I took when I initially popped the hood and found it, he didn’t care. He just kept saying that it wasn’t their fault. Didn’t offer to check the oil, clean the engine off, check the engine light, nothing!!! I loved this place before the new owner took over. Have given them a few shots since then and have been let down each time. This last time was the icing on the cake. I would absolutely never take anything I owned back to this place for any reason at all. I would hope that anyone else reading all of these negative reviews would take the advice of the many other and STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Absolutely do not take your vehicle to this place. Asked for a hand wash and wax, paid $99. Saw woman apply the wax with a motorized buffer . I immediately ran over and asked her to stop. Too late. Big round circular scratches in the paint. Manager apologized after seeing the damage and says to bring it back the next day at 0800. The don’t open till 0900. The person who was supposed to fix it doesn’t show up so at 0938 the manager calls someone else. The guy shows up and says he’s not sure he can fix it because the scratches are so deep. I ask to speak to the owner and the manager actually refuses to tell me the name of the owner or his name or the corporate entity. Eventually he gives me his card 🤷🏽‍♀️ Tells me to call him. At this point I’m ready to call the police. The guy who says he can’t fix my says he’s leaving if the police show up because he’s got some issues. I’m not making this up. Meanwhile the lady who destroyed my paint job is out there working on other people’s cars. This place is super sketchy. Can anyone tell me who the owner is? The general manager gave me a business card, passing it off as if it was someone else before he admitted it was his card when I started to call the numbers,Sang John, Kang GM is the name on the card. I need to know who the owner is . First I was told there was no owner, that it was a corporate entity??

A few weeks ago, I came by for a vehicle inspection and witnessed my neighbors having a problem with finding someone to pay for their service. The workers seemed very unorganized and unskilled as I watched them respond to the complaint. It was enough for me to go and not return to this business location. They need help, as one of the workers was the business owner. Obviously some people dont know how to operate a successful business and we should help them by not going there to pay money for bad service.

Ive been using this car was off and on for approximately four years now. I am often traveling a lot but usually make a visit there when in town. Every single time that I have been there, I have been very pleased with their professionalism and results concerning the cleaning and wash of my vehicles.Ive been to other car washes in the area but have never been as impressed with the workers or the results as much as this Celebrity Car Wash in Flower Mound, TX. This is the spot that I always recommend.

I noticed couple days after being there that my front license plate was missing. I called up there on a Thursday they confirmed that they had it they even read the number back to me. I went up there on Saturday to pick it up and they told me they gave it away. This did not make any sense as why would they give away license plate number without matching it up to the back one that I already had. I did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of the two managers there. I will never go back because of their unprofessionalism

Pulled my car into oil bay little past 12 to get oil and free wash. (1 car in next bay with hood up and my car was 2nd) It’s after 1 and my oil change just got done and my car Is sitting dirty for 15 minutes until I finally paid and left. I have no idea how long I would have sat waiting.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Headed to a birthday party and they ruined the cake (safely placed in the trunk, where they have never gone into before).The customer service was rude and patronizing. I’ve owned a business. I know what it would take to keep a long-standing customer (every other week for YEARS).I won’t be back.Current owners know how to work a car wash machine and that’s about it. Their customer service is non-existent. Not going back until they get the next round of new owners.

The people here are very professional. The service was quick and the car looked and smelled great when they were done. The lobby/waiting area was clean and quiet. Great place!

Took my vehicle for an oil change there. The Asian attendant spoke broken English so it was a challenge relaying basic information about what I wanted when dropping the vehicle off. Picking up the car was interesting. They tacked on a skid plate charge even though a skid plate does not need to be removed to perform the oil change on my vehicle. When I pointed this out and commented that none of the other businesses in the area where I have had the same service performed in the last year added on this charge he just said so. No offer of refund or explanation. I explained that if this is what I can expect, I dont think I will be back. He just waved, smiled, and said bye. I felt that the service I received was poor and the price was very high for an oil change using house 5w30 oil and an off the shelf filter.

Car wash: bought a new to me SUV Sat morning. I had bought and got a new rear plastic compartment cover thing installed the same day. Took the SUV to them Sun morning and 4 hrs later when I got it back it was already broken. Of course they wont take responsibility for it. The interior detail was sloppy with some missed spots and some left over globs. Will never go back. (7/2019)Oil change: took my mini in to get a simple oil change. Guy came up with dip in his mouth and spitting while he was talking to me. gross! left it there and a few hrs later we get a call saying the oil plug is stripped and WE have to buy THEM a new $75 tool to remove it so they can change it. my husband used to be a mechanic so I know that Im sure Im not the first so why dont they have one already and buying tools is part of your job. we picked it up and took it across the street to Valvoline and they did it just fine in less than half the time. I took my 2018 RAM 1500 to get it washed. After they were done I noticed several scratches on my truck that were not there prior to the wash. Scratches were on the hood and down the drivers side. I pointed out the scratches to the employee and he claimed that they were there prior to the wash. I am very particular about my truck and I know its condition very well. I know those scratches were not on the truck before I took it to Celebrity. The employee said he could remove the scratches, but it would cost $50. I had noticed on a previous visit that Celebrity put a scratch on my truck on the drivers side. The new scratches are at the same height as the old one. They have something in their wash system that is scratching cars.

To be honest, I was not impressed with their service. For what I paid I did not receive the red carpet treatment. When I got into car there were still crumbs and it did not look like it was vacuumed all the way. When I moved my seat up, I noticed that they didnt even bother vacuuming that area. I am not impressed and I will probably not be coming back here it was deafly not worth the money for this 55 minute wait of a poor service. They were friendly. I will give them that.

Went to have my car inspection done. The guy doing the inspections was SO rude from the moment I got out the car. He failed my car and when I asked him to explain it to me he started screaming at me. His manager had to literally hold him back as he was coming for me. I got a refund, went to fast ticket up the road and guess what - MY CAR PASSED. I will never support this business again in any capacity.

Excellent customer service and very high quality work (car wash)! Ive been several times with great experiences and no complaints each time. I also love that the car wash can accommodate the size of my lifted truck. My only complaint is that there is not more businesses like this one. Highly recommend this wash.

My biggest complaint was the time it took. I called they said no appointment necessary and not a long wait time. When I got there, they said it would take about an hour and half. Great I had 2 hours before my next appointment. Two hours later and Ive got to go. They say it will be another 20 minutes. I was able to wait 15 more but had to just leave as it was. Because I was told another 15 and was already going to be late. The price is my other issue. The price was supposed to be $109 but was charged an extra $30 because it was dirty. Umm yeah thats why Im here. It was nothing crazy just general dust and crumbs from the kids. I generally dont get my clean car detailed. Other than that it was a decent job. Nothing to special really. I could still see a few missed details but cleaner.

I just took my car in for an oil change and I’m okay paying $34 but I’m not stupid. They did not do an oil change. They maybe just added oil. I might be a woman but I change my own oil on my vehicles usually and can read a dip stick.Also, if you are going to give a a basic car wash for free make sure you actually vacuum. If you’re going to do something do it right or don’t do it at all. I used to go here years before and the service was impeccable and now (this is not the first issue) it has failed to meet basic standards.

I was over charged for state inspection even after telling the associate that the vehicle is a diesel. No apologies. Keep you credit cards in sight. Two different associates both disappeared with my credit card for a simple refund transaction. This business must be under new management, ownership or both.

Doesnt follow state regulated inspection protocols of VIN verification of the vehicle wasted my inspection fee on the wrong vehicle. There is an Asian gentleman thats been there for some time and he is one of the rudest people that I have ever met. He talked about how lazy Americans are and how he dislikes having to deal with them. He talked very negatively about people in the Highland Village Flower Mound area & even talked rudely about his coworker that was doing the inspections. Why does he still have a job?! My car went for a wash after the inspection & there was nothing in my car regarding the inspection & they lost my insurance card. He accused me of never giving it to him..well, how would you have done the inspection sir?!! Insurance is the first thing that you ask for.. SAD SAD! The person in charge told me that I could just call my insurance & get another copy..yes I can but why should I have to go through the trouble?!! At one time I liked going to this place for a wash but never again. There are too many car wash and inspection places in town folks...again....SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE & SKIP THIS PLACE! We should NOT support a business like this in our community!

This is the best full service car wash I have ever been to. Ive had bad experiences in the past so I was skeptical and they left me with a horrible outlook on full service car washes. I couldn’t handle my car being incredibly dirty anymore so I decided to take it to Celebrity Car Wash on the way to do some shopping. I warned them about the door being messed up due to the previous car wash experience. I jokingly told them I’d tip more if they found the matching earring to the one earring i just pulled out of a sticky substance. As I came back, not only did the assistant manager find the earring, he brought it back complete clean:) He then showed me what’s wrong with my car door and where to get the part for cheap. That’s is going beyond the average service! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I recommend this place and will be making the 35 minute drive to this car wash when I want my baby washed 😉

I saw the reviews and stayed away for awhile but then I got a coupon and couldn’t pass it up. My Tahoe was cleaned well inside and out. No issues in quality. I was the only one there so maybe they spent more time on it than most of the time, I don’t really know. Anyways, I would recommend it for a car wash.

Stay away! The car in front of mine was not placed on the track properly and derailed halfway through the wash. My car was behind it and hit it several times before anyone noticed. I noticed it from the window.The owner was acting as if nothing happened (he was actually avoiding me) and it was my fault. He then asked me to give him my insurance information - what???I am now having my car taken to a body shop and will send the owner the bill - he has no idea how to run or manage a business. What car wash doesn’t have an employee watching the cars on the line? I wish I would have read the reviews prior to going. Please don’t go to this establishment.

Good for inspections and car wash, not anything else.I’ve been coming for inspections, and it’s ok. It’s nice for a free car wash that’s included.I needed an oil change, so they took my car- didn’t tell me how much it would be (I just assumed $20-$30). I’m sitting in the lobby and one of the workers comes out and tells me my car is ready. I hadn’t paid yet, so trying to be a good person I tell him. He directs me back to the shop where I’m charged $60?? No warning, they just took my money. Soooo I’ll be going for inspections but not anything else.

The reviews below are all accurate. The old Asian guy who does the inspections is very rude and has no interpersonal skills. He was annoyed I was there and snatched the insurance card out of my hand. When the inspection was complete, he nor any one else had the decency to come tell me it was ready. I was waiting in the car wash building waiting area where I was told to wait. I got up to stretch my legs and noticed my car parked in front when I looked out the window which I thought was strange (since it was supposed to be being inspected). I went out to investigate and found my car was running with the inspection sheet just laying on the front seat with no one around. I was wanting to get a car wash afterwards but decided to take my business elsewhere. This place sucks now.

Thieves, stole coins from car during carwash.I usually keep a $3-4 in the car for unexpected tolls/parking/tire air fills etc. I understand the risk and I dont care for a few bucks.Took my car for a wash, came out without the coins. These guys helped themselves to the coins. I dont care much about the coins, however, it shows their honesty. I wouldnt trust my car with them anymore.

Positives: friendly staff, nice store, coffee, drinks, wifi, several computers + Macs & displays, convenient location, also do oil changes (not sure what else on the shop side.Negatives: Prices are too high, attention to detail was low on drying car, seemed slow (although it was cold temps)-i had to point out several spots that still had water; seemed to lack direction, several guys just running around and others looking around. I think it took an extra 5 minutes to finish my car than it needed to (basic wash&dry; nothing else).To be fair, this was my first visit. I would like to go here on a regular basis and will try it at least 2x times before I move on. It is a nice facility and convenient location.

Told them exactly what I needed and was suggested the premium wash. I paid for it (26.99) thinking I was going to receive a premium wash. When I got my car back the outside looked good but I was told they would only wipe off the dash with a rag and were unable to get ketchup out of the carpet which I was also told originally it would be taken care of with the wash I was paying for. However, I had to pay extra for detailing in order to get the dash and carpet cleaned right. Needless to say I wont be returning, the price is too high for the wash you receive. Only positive was the staff being understanding and helpful throughout this processs.

Great customer service! Honest service department! They are all willing to correct mistakes that favor the customer greatly. I used to live 5 minutes from Celebrity, and now I live over 20 miles away. It is for these reasons that I make a trip just so they can change my oil and do any required inspections. I highly recommend this Celebrity

This place is awful and understaffed. I took my 1 week old car here and got the most expensive car wash there. The guy who got in my car to drive it didn’t release the parking brake and floored it burning my clutch and parking brake. Then after running it through the wash there was nobody there to stop my car from running into the pickup truck in front of it. Still pretty upset about that. Then as he drove it up to finish the detail he stalled out. After all that, none of them spoke English and they never apologized. All they said was “It’s okay”, like it’s fine to let cars hit each other. I used to go here years ago when it was a premium facility, but after the awful experience I had today I will never be back. And if you care about your car, you should stay away too.

First and LAST visit. I called this car wash before driving there and asked if an appointment was needed and some other details about services offered. The person who answered the phone just said to drive and I would be attended. As I was driving it start to rain a little bit, but I cleared out. The employee I met said the owner decided to CLOSE because of the rain. Disrespectful and just awful. It was not even 2pm

These guys are awesome. Not only do they do a fantastic job, but if anything is ever missing they are more than happy to work with you. Prices are great, and this is the best place to come to in flower mound.

Celebrity car wash is overpriced for the level of detail they use while cleaning and waxing cars. I expected more for my money. I spent nearly $250 between two cars. I returned both to have the work redone. I reread some of the posts on yelp and would say my poor experience was very similar to others. Ive brought my cars here for three years. The level of detail has gone down hill in the past 6 months.

When I left my car was cleaner than when I brought it in and they were quick... thus the two stars instead of one. However, they did a really crappy job. The inside of my car was the worst part ( yes I bought the package with the inside detail). Also the man who spoke to me when I arrived was pretty rude. I went here a couple of years ago and was very happy, but I will not be going back.

Before the ownership changed I would have given a higher rating. The past several times weve been though the service techs would try to upsell us things or ask us to let them fix other issues. I understand thats how they make money, but it wasnt nearly as bad with these issues prior to the ownership or management switch.

I used to like this place. Took my vehicle there every time. Absolutely TERRIBLE now. Spent 20 min. Just looking for someone to check me out after my vehicle was done. The interior was still dirty. Terrible service and quality. So sad.

The whole crew at celebrity always does a great job whether it be a simple car wash, or a full out detail to mechanical issues. They have a great automotive department that can fix and service cars without you having to take your car to a dealership. They work on all my cars and are very knowledgable and affordable.

New ownership. terrible experience. Owner is cheap and screwed up my f250 fuel filter ...took two days to repair. I asked for my money back and he refused through his manager. owner refused to speak to me. go to Car wash Guys down the street. They are the best.

I purchased the $25.99 Producers Car Wash (mind you its suppose to be the best). It took over 45 minutes before I could see the end result. Meanwhile as I waited an outside employee had used the vacuum hose on his head. It was pretty hot outside, but honestly this is what a towel is for! When my car was ready I noticed that there were still empty water bottles, wrappers, dog hair and crumbs all over the floor board. The only thing that appeared to be clean was the exterior! Forget complete Vaccum here! I had to manually wipe down the inside of my car with their solution, shaking out mats before driving off their lot. I dont know that I will be returning here after todays performance.

If I could give no stars, I would. I did the groupon oil change car wash package here. I was told to wait in the waiting area until a mechanic came to get the keys.. after an hour of watching people come and go my husband said something, and to no surprise, they had forgotten about us. So they then rushed and got our oil changed way too quickly. Fast forward to a few weeks later, semester has started and Im now driving my car, and the engine sounds wrong. I took it to a mechanic, and 3 of the 5 quarts of oil had leaked out. The cap on the oil filter had been placed on loosely and the oil bubbled out while I was driving (the owner Doug chuckled at this as I described it over the phone.. way to take an upset customer seriously). Luckily I went to the mechanic before any serious damage was done, but if I hadnt my engine would have burnt up, and the entire engine would have needed to be replaced. The only thing he could do is repay what the mechanic charged me; which is, luckily for them, only a small fee for the oil replacement. And a free car wash to calm an angry woman down apparently. Also their phones suck, so while trying to explain my issue I had to repeat myself 5 times. Anyway, Dont go here if you dont want your car to break down on you, because they cant even get an oil change right, and then laugh at you on the phone.

Very disappointed. Did vacuum the inside the car complete, I even pointed out areas that need done and missed. Then the back window was not cleaned at all. Will never go back specially because of the price and quality of work

Scratched and chipped the paint on my hood in two places. Paint job was barely 12 months old. Absolutely disgusted.

I have used them for years, Although I must admit I am not an expert in maintenance of vehicles I would say they have never steered me wrong on planned maintenance. They keep good records and suggest when I need a service. If light work they generally show me what they feel is wrong/needed. When I had a major malfunction with an electric window, they first had diagnosed the problem incorrectly, reviewed it changed the needed procedure at gave it to me at cost. For the light maintenance needed I trust them implicitly. if the vehicle needs more they refer to other places that have proved to be good bets. I would recommend them for the planned maintenance they recommend.

Car looked great but staff not very friendly.

MY CAR CAME OUT WORSE THAN WHEN IT WENT IN?!?! I never write reviews, but I was so disappointed with the service, streaks and finger prints all over my windows, and dirty inside, when they told me my car was ready (waited 50 minutes). They didn’t wipe the inside, they were rude when I nicely asked why my car was first in line to be cleaned and it sat there for 25 minutes while they cleaned three cars behind it. I had to go home and wipe down my cars inside and ALL the windows after I JUST PAID to have it done to save me the time/trouble. Bogus. Never going back.If you want to pay top dollar for a mediocre job come to Celebrity Car Wash.

Best car wash to save money

I will not take any of my cars for any service to this place again. The staff is unprofessional. They dont seem to use common sense or extend common courtesy to customers and dont care.

Not good, guys. Have had oil changes there for a while now. Brought in my BMW x1 for an oil change on Monday 5/28/2018. Took a bit longer than normal...now I know why. Technician obviously did not know the car so needed to look up what oil to use on the web. I requested synthetic. Apparently BMW recommends 0w 40. Special oil with high cost. Without telling me, they went out and purchased it from ORileys, changed the oil, and handed me a bill for over $170 for parts and labor ($189 total when you add the upgraded car wash)! For an oil change? No warning, just the bill. BTW...for 6 quarts that is 2x what they purchased it for (cost of about $11/qt charged me over $22/qt). I get it, need to make money. BUT, after researching standard 5w 30 would work just fine, especially in Texas heat. Found that out on a simple web search. A technician should know that and at least alert me ahead of time to make the choice myself on what to use. To top it off, tech did not reset the change oil alert, which on a BMW is a bit of a task.When paying for a service, most people expect to be dealing with professionals that know their jobs, can make honest recommendations, and at least alert you to unexpected high costs. Tech was a nice guy and very polite, so no knocks there. Even showed me the recommendation to use Castrol oil (but it did not specify weight, which he honestly admitted using the web to look up). I just expect a lot more especially for that cost...could have taken it to BMW for about that plus gotten a nice latte in the waiting room.

Not happy at all.....Purchased the Executive wash......They didnt vacuum the back seat area, nor did they clean the windows in the back or back sides. They mention that they wipe down the door jams - but they dont mention the inner door frame parts - those were dirty. You can tell the back window was still dirty with only 2 swipes that they did. HORRIBLE service!!! I told them NO leather conditioner on the dash or doors but clean them please - yeah, that didnt happen either....Went there over a year ago, was not happy - gave it some time to better themselves, obviously that didnt happen....NOT going there anymore!!! I can do a better job myself with the same time allotted....smh

They were great in the past. Now, its a place to avoid. They still do a good job cleaning the car but now they are disrespectful, steal phone chargers, and dont return calls as promised. Cashiers barely speak english. Stay far far away!

Caught these guys lying to sell us unnecessary work on our vehicles. Went in for state inspection & oil change on my truck, got an urgent call to let me know it needed a power steering flush. $80 service. I passed on that. But then we picked up my truck and dropped off my wifes car for an oil change. Evidently they didnt know we were the same family, and she got the same urgent call that her car needed the power steering flush. BIG TIME RED FLAG. And, of course, a little research will tell you power steering flushes are rarely ever necessary in the LIFETIME of a vehicle. This is a fairly common scam. And its sad.

Both times that I have been and have paid for a vacuum job I have not received any where close to a proper vacuuming. The second time I had to get out there and vacuum myself along with one of the other employees. In the end it all got done but not without my own sweat. I dont recall having to pay to do the work myself. I appreciate them when they tried to offer me a free car wash, but unfortunately the damage has been done and they have lost my business. (They cant pay back the time that I have lost on both trips.) The reasoning they gave me for a lackluster service is that they were shortstaffed. While I was out there vacuuming a young supervisor in a red polo was sitting there eating lunch while two others were standing around chitchatting. If they were in fact on lunch they need to be somewhere else because it sure gave me the impression that they were not short staffed, and just lazy and not working.If you go there the exterior will probably get taken care of, but I wouldnt bother paying for the interior, unless you want to do it yourself.

Terrible service, guy changing my oil put wrong filter and oil poured out of the truck when it was turned on.

I called Celebrity Car Wash late Sunday evening to ask if they were interested in cleaning truck, trailer, and muddy ATVs. They told me yes, absolutely.I said if I drop it off tomorrow morning can you finish it by tomorrow evening? They told me yes.I wasted my time driving out here. Showed up only to be told they cant cover it and dont want to do it. The guy at the counter (Dalton) was even here and admitted speaking to me and telling me to come on - he knew I was coming.Terrible way to treat a prospective customer willing to pay top dollar!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! went for oil change and they forgot to cap off -- all my oil drained out -- lucky I didnt drive my vehicle far... I had to have my vehicle serviced at another location and have requested refund from Celebrity via telephone and email - its been 7 days -- no response.
