Andrew made my storage experience easy and worry-free. He is professional, helpful and very pleasant. The facility is clean, bug- and rodent-free, which I was worried about initially. I felt safe going there any time of day. And, I also appreciated the dollies that made moving my belongings easy because my locker was on the second floor. I would have rated a 5 but they have joined the rest of the nation with price gouging. I have been using there service for a year. I have had a great experience but I get a letter from them saying the price to continue to house my items is increasing by 100%. Really can I get a two month notice.

I love the no contact reservation, so simple, quick, and easy. I went to the website, picked out the size I needed, made a payment, got my unit number, went to the storage and got my lock and was done. However, this is my first time renting at “Extra Space” and will continue to rent here if needed. Thank You 😊

So I chose this place based on the reviews and after visiting the facility to check out their units I now see why there’s so many good reviews. It’s apart of the sale. Before you get checked out you get a link to submit a review based on your experience which you can submit that day. And most ppl may if the initial process is good. The whole submit your review at checkout seems slightly skewed.What I didn’t like was the push to rent the unit. They wanted payment over the phone when I stated I wanted to check it out first and then there only being 1 unit left and I should reserve today and start paying today when I wont need it for a month. Dude already swiped my card before laying that little nugget on me. Not cool. They’re not the only business in town. I got a lower rate, no admin fee, and free lock at another storage facility so there! Shop around folks.

I switched to Extra Storage Space from a competitor. First of all, I was impressed by the professionalism of the office staff. Steven explained everything thoroughly, was very informative, and answered all my questions. I love that there are security cameras throughout the property & it is well lit. The hallways, elevators, & my unit were clean & free of odors. The elevators are large, like freight elevators. The gate is big enough for customers with moving trucks or vehicles to come in & out at the same time. My personal gate code was easy to learn. The gate hours are convenient (6am-10pm), I booked my reservation online for an excellent web rate and on top of all that, my first month was free! They even offer auto pay for added convenience. I’m more than satisfied with my switch & would recommend Extra Storage Space to anyone I know.

I’ve been a very long term customer (over 10years) with Extra Space Storage and have had very little reason to have contact with office staff (I’ve paid online) till this year 2020. With Covid-19 sweeping the country and protest around the corner, it was very nice to find Steven was there... ready to help. I was so stressed out with payment problems that popped up out of nowhere with my Online accounts and he helped me right away with a big smile and has been helping me navigate trying to straighten out the mess with the website, so I can pay again online. I like that he followed up to see that the info got to IT and has allowed me to contact him for help with my unit in another state as well. Not 100% fixed yet.... but I’m hopeful ....Okay now corporate... remember “Good Employees” and smooth transactions are what keep customers! Thanks Steven!

Its my moving day. This wasnt my first pick in location. I schedule and confirmed a unit at another facility. I came early to another location and they wasnt open at 9:58am. Another customer waited from 9:15am and was still waiting as I pulled off the lot at 10:05am. My need isnt easily available 3-4 bedroom size. Stephen had his hands full with me. He was excellent at acknowledging me as a customer while he was helping another customer ahead of me. He was working in no ac and still smiling pleasant and wowed me. He took care of the problem and made it right. I didnt have any issues getting the size 13×20. He answered all my questions and concerns even apologized for the other stores failure to be open and made good on his companys word. He needs a raise. To work in no air conditioning 90 and still be nice is a miracle. He deserves a raise and hurry up and get that ac fixed even 1 day of heat here with humidity can make you sick. Thanks for turning that moving day hiccup around!

Steve and Nate were very helpful in helping me with my storage unit there was a miscommunication that resulted in my lock key getting mailed out but I moved to Illinois so I came to Missouri to come get some things out of my unit but the key was already mailed out so I would’ve had to wait for them to get the jet back to ge able to get in my unit but because of the situation these 2 gentlemen were able to take care of me by cutting the old lock and using a new one so that I was able to get into my unit.... I can’t express enough my appreciation for them and their customer serviceThanks guys

I like Extra Space. Its close to my home, clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me find the best space for my belongings. I think the insurance is probably a good idea because it has a $0 deductible, unlike my renters insurance. My mom rented here years ago.

Today I met with Lee Sesson to discuss my storage needs. Lee did a great job educating me on my storage options, insurance, and he provided information on the breakdown of charges. Lee provided excellent customer service and he was very patient. I was very impressed because he went over many details, such as: pointing out where the carts are located, explaining how to use the sensors to manage the lighting and doors, educating me on which door would be most beneficial to get to my unit, explaining the benefits of climate control verses non climate control, providing the office hours and the hours that are available to access the units, providing lock options, and providing me with the option to walk or ride on the cart. Overall, my first experience with Lee and Extra Space Storage was great. Based on my interaction with this company, I would recommend it to others.
