I just cancelled my business account with them. Me and my husband own a construction/interior design company and let me tell you that this is by far the absolute worst company I have ever worked with. A client had picked out a bedroom set and we both soon regretted it. We received an email the day we were supposed to receive the bed that the bed was now out of stock.... so we though no way this could happen again, we then ordered a different bed that was “okay” compared to the other. I called my consultant to confirm that this bed was in-fact in stock, I was told they had abundance available. While waiting we had received the two end tables. Not only are they made of extremely cheap materials. They were both dented, missing paint, the drawers on one were bowed and the whole side on the other was not attached. Not even an hour later I receive yet another email that the bed we had ordered for the SECOND TIME was no longer in stock...... I have to keep calling my customer. They of course understood but it reflects very bad on my business. I called extremely upset and received no help on this matter what so ever. Not even help on finding a bed that could possibly match that for sure was in stock. I do not recommend this website.

There isnt a huge selection and prices arent exactly bargain basement. No returns, everything is sold as is. I definitely wouldnt drive over 30 minutes to visit like some reviewers did. They have a lot of random things and you might get lucky if you are looking for something in particular. The staff is very nice and helpful. Ill probably stop in on occasion since I live in the area. I would recommend going to Restyle Home Furnishings about 10 minutes away, their prices are better and the furniture is new.

Both of my transactions have been extremely difficult and time-consuming, as trying to get to customer support is at least an hour endeavor.I’ve had two cancelled orders for reasons which are unacceptable.The first one for using “rd” as abbreviation for “road” in the billing address, a practice for which only Wayfair declines transactions (not instantly through the checkout like any other company which has detected a discrepancy in the billing, but a few days later to make sure that the customer is truly unaware), and with no notification of the cancellation.The other cancellation was over a lost item in transit. The cancellation happened a month after I placed the order, and the door was meant to replace a broken pocket door in our rental unit. So now a month later I look like a slumlord who is providing excuses rather than fixing the door: door ordered, door late,, door lost, door reordered, door cancelled.Time to look elsewhere, maybe give Overstock a try.

Love love love this place and so thankful that they planted it in Florence! Staff is friendly and helpful. They were so happy for me that I was getting a great deal. Such great selection. I will be buying any new home pieces I need from here exclusively.

I bought a sectional from this company and paid $2,100 for it. They went ahead and charged me $4,200 for the sectional. I immediately called and asked why they charged me double for it. They offered me an apology and refunded that extra charge almost a week later.Thats a pretty egregious mistake right there and I should have just canceled the order. I really wanted that sectional so I just dealt with it. So a month goes by and I get to the day where Im supposed to receive the delivery. Take the day off of work have everything set up in my living room to take the order and no one shows up. No phone call no email nothing. And of course by the end of the delivery time everything is closed so I couldnt get an answer that day.This was on Friday and the shipping company that was supposed to drop it off isnt open on the weekends. I call Wayfair of course theyre very apologetic but they have no answers and they cant get any.so at this point I just decided after those two major issues that I no longer want the furniture. Im hoping at least this company can get the refund done correctly.

The worst nightmare I have had trying to order a piece of furniture. Will never order from them again. Not even small items. We attempted to order a new dresser in late October. Waited a couple weeks then noticed the item was just cancelled (didn’t expect anymore in).O.k. Attempt number 2 gets really good. Ordered a second dresser that we liked but was open box. Received a slight discount. Waited a month. Received multiple emails stating that delivery day was coming up. Tracked our dresser from Illinois to Indiana. Delivery company called and set a 4 hour window on a Saturday. Saturday comes and one hour into that delivery window, the delivery company called and said “we can’t deliver your dresser because it’s not here. What? They stated they would do a dock search on Monday morning and reschedule. So, I received another delivery date of Wednesday between 8-12. Then on Tuesday the delivery company called again and said “we can’t deliver your dresser because it’s not here. They say the dresser must be lost so they told Wayfair to get another on order. We are extremely upset at this point. We then attempt to get ahold of Wayfair and notice they just cancelled the order and issued a refund. What? We were furniture shopping because we needed that piece of furniture. We called customer service and spoke to Bailey (the supervisor). He said “you ordered a product that was on clearance. We won’t replace it with another dresser for the same price”. They have the same dresser and the pricing was not a huge difference. Good customer service would have been to get another one to use ASAP. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

My boyfriend and I went into Wayfair Outlet in Florence Ky several weekends in a row looking for a vanity, area rug and misc items. Associate, Jeremy jumped right into help us. He had a great buy in the clearance 50% off section that he showed us. I liked it but it needed a mirror with the vanity so I really wanted one to match. Jeremy looked around the show room floor and showed me several mirrors, nothing really caught my eye. Then he went into the back and brought out the perfectly matched mirror. So we made the purchase. He went above and beyond for us. Professionalism, expertise and excellent service by Jeremy made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. The store manager and will call area are fantastic at the Florence, KY store! The store has a nice layout with wide walkways. There are bargains to be had, but you need to return every week as inventory is constantly changing. It’s not a huge place, but we found what we needed with two trips. The people in the loading and will call area are super nice and know how to treat a customer! If you are looking for a huge selection of anything in one store, you may be disappointed. But, if you are budget conscious, you may find the perfect piece you need. They also run special sales at certain times. We got 40% off today on a chaise lounge that was already significantly discounted. The store manager says they are looking into a delivery service soon, but not available at the moment. We will definitely continue to shop here. It’s always fun to find a great deal!

Knowing this is basically an outlet for returned goods in the warehouse, we dont expect a department store experience.But each time we visit, we are ALWAYS helped by very nice employees and have our questions answered quickly. The inventory will change regularly based on returns and sales.We are updating an older home and have found great prices for bathroom vanities, many open box clearance items for the kitchen and furnishings, and some surprise finds marked down low enough to purchase before we actually need it.If you need a specific item and cant wait until it shows up, then you may be disappointed. But if you can visit often and are on the lookout and able to watch for new inventory, then Wayfair Outlet is for you.

Great prices & LOTS OF HELP

Ordered a desk. Shipping company never received it from the warehouse, so WayFair said they would send another one since they couldnt find the first desk anywhere. Shipping company didnt receive the next one either. We called WayFair and the employee said they would call the warehouse and find out what was going on. The warehouse didnt answer our customer service rep at which point we were told to try ordering something with a shorter delivery time, so if something goes wrong again you will know sooner. So not only can I not purchase the goods I want, but evidently the company is incompetent to the point that they cannot gaurantee their customers will receive their purchased goods. I will not be shopping there again.

In September I placed my first order ever with Wayfair for an item costing $366.00 On September 15th, my order arrived- but it was the wrong item. Entirely. I contacted Wayfair customer service and they assured me that they would get the correct item to me right away. The next day, I received an email from Wayfair telling me that the item was out of stock and they had cancelled it. I could expect my $366 to be credited to my charge card. But... on October 21 I was only credited for $316! I contacted Wayfair CS again and after explaining my issue, I was assured that the remaining $50 would be credited to my account. The CS agent went on to assure me that because I had such a horrible first experience, she would arrange a $50 credit for me to receive my choice from them for a free gift of $50 or less. Sooooo, today I contacted CS to order my free gift, only to be told that the agent had no authority to offer what she did. I got Bupkis! Wayfair- never again!

Will definitely be back to the outlet. Just closed on my new house and furnished a good portion of it from here. Definitely not lacking staff in the store everyone was so friendly. Two in particular made my buying experience amazing. Will had an answer for every single one of my questions and helped me find the design I was going for. We matched my tv stand to a rug and it’s amazing. Love him for that, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The other is Jeremy, Jeremy was extremely proactive and enthusiastic what a bubbly personality. He even folded the rug we bought and put it on a cart for me. Prices were a little high. But the service made up for it in that aspect. Thank you guys, and thanks Wayfair for having what I needed and having these two to help guide me.

Not open. PLEASE update google!! I’ve been checking regularly and on google, hours changed from “closed temporarily” to open til 6 certain days. On the open days I’ve gone and the sign on the INSIDE of the dark doors says closed, check google. Disappointed, make better business decisions.

Was out there today looking at kitchen tables. Chrina and Jeremy were extremely helpful, especially since I had to be difficult and look at a table that was in the “no customer” area. Not only were they very helpful but they were hilarious too! Wayfair definitely has great customer service!

Store was smaller then I thought. They are expanding and the prices are great! Everyone working there was so helpful. We bought a 16 piece set of loose dinnerware and William happily wrapped every dish and cup. He even helped us carry everything to the register and boxed them up. Very good experience

Large warehouse, very clean and service people were very helpful. Theres no returns except for product being broken. Prices are sometimes negotiable but starting discounts are substantial. Worth checking out.

My experience in the store was alright, there were a few rude staff members in the store, but a majority were really helpful and very polite. I give the store a 5 star because of the guys who loaded my car! All were very nice and very helpful! They were what all stores customer service should be!!! Because of them I will be back!!!!

They had a decent selection, and it looked like everything was in good condition. They have a constant change of inventory, so theres always something new. However, it was crazy crowded...there were even police to direct traffic in the parking lot. The prices were very good, though, and it was worth the trip to see what they had. Also, there were a lot of sales people on the floor that could answer questions.

Nice outlet of Wayfair merchandise. They cant take returns of stuff bought on the website; must go through the regular return process but they say returns to the outlet store may happen next year (fingers crossed). Deep discounts on lotsa stuff, much of it undamaged, probably returned due to wrong color, size, or just didnt like it. Only open on weekends, Fri, Sat, Sun. Store was tidy, well kept, and well organized. Staff very friendly and helpful, one helped me unroll some rugs I was considering, so I could see them properly. Xmas decor very deeply discounted. One star off due to the returns issue and the short hours.

Id been looking for a 36 bathroom vanity for 6 months. Checked every retail store in the area but just couldnt find what I wanted... until I walked into the Wayfair outlet store. Found exactly what I was looking for at a great, affordable price. The sales associates were extremely helpful. There was staff available to load it on a trailer for me.

WONDERFUL STAFF!!! It was a minute before close and I knew what rug I wanted. All the associates were walking back up front but one of them stopped to help me. His name was William, he was so nice and come to find out was the rug guy. He was so personable and knowledgeable about the store and the products. I found the one I want and will be back Friday!!!! I asked him for his name so I could leave it in my review and I asked him if he was a manager. I was honestly surprised when he said no. He didn’t run me out of the store but instead made sure I got all the help I needed. All the other times I was there no one said a word to me. Even the managers just looked at me and kept walking when I tried to ask a question. I don’t know why this young man is not a manager. But I do know he made me feel welcome and right at home. All these bad reviews about space just do what I do and come every weekend you’ll find something. Hopefully one weekend I come in that young mans in a bigger role. But thank you Wayfair for not running me out of the store before you closed. A lot of other business would have tried to shove me out the door.

Nice, clean and well organized. The aisles are wide and permit lots of traffic. Parking is easy to get in and out. Prices are a little high considering most of the items are returns. Many open-boxed high end kitchen electronics.

Basically furnished my apartment from this place!! Got a great couch at like 80% off, huge rug for half price, and a great set of proof pots and pans for a third of their retail value! Great outlet and worth the trip to get furniture at great prices and they always have something different!! Love love love!!

Not worth the visit. Love the online store but definitely underwhelming. A lot smaller than what was expected. Could have done more to enhance the experience including a larger variety of items.Do yourself a favor and go two miles down the road to At Home. It is what I would have expected from Wayfair

I love this place. Each time I go there I always seem to find something I can’t live without. The staff is great and knowledgeable and the selection of product is everything I see in their commercials. My only complaint is there is only one store, we need one in Cincinnati.

My daughter and I were so excited about going and finding some great items for her new house....when you pull up to this massive building, we were thinking this is going to be great, NOT!!! There was mostly sofas, not realistic sofas, most were very modern, there was approximately two carts of home appliances, a few bins of rugs. We drove down from the Dayton area, it wasn’t worth our time and gas to go and definitely won’t be back. We ended up at the At Home store in the area, we found more items there and the prices were great! Save yourself time, especially if your driving any distance, it’s not worth it!!

This place is great! Prices were reasonable, but we went on a good weekend when they were marking down much of their inventory. Khristina was very helpful and helped answer my 500 questions. Tyler the manager was also great. We’re excited to bring our new sofa home!

Went to the Wayfair Outlet for the first time and was super impressed! I got two huge rugs for $60--they were a part of the bundle deal. Eugene was super helpful the whole time I was shopping and even looked in the back to find a specific rug I was wanting! Would recommend this place to anyone--be sure to ask for Eugene!

We went there when they first opened last year and was very disappointed. The merchandise are returns from customers. And therefore, you cannot return them for any reason. Most of them are scratch and dents. Such poor quality, but high prices. They have Big Lots quality, but Macys and Ashleys Furniture prices. Theres not much selection either. Such big, almost empty warehouse.I like Amazon better.Oh, and I hate their TV commercial too. I mute it every time it comes on.

A small, but nice selection of returned items offered by Wayfair. We found a carpet we loved at half off! Its a bit of a drive from downtown Cincinnati, but worth it if you generally know what you want and are flexible on specifics.

Bought a rug that I had been looking at for a month on the website and everyone was very helpful. Plenty of associates to help me. A young man by the name of William helped me get my rug and he even rolled it up for me. Everyone in the store was so nice to me. The only downside is the store is small it seems like they could put more items out at a time and use the space other than that it’s great.

I am glad to read so many other people thought this place was a joke too after reading other reviews. The positive ones almost read like they were written by Wayfair... I sat in my car for a few minutes and watched people coming out. No one had bags! I thought, that’s weird - doesn’t look like anyone is buying anything”. Well after going in I understood why. There is nothing to buy. Very few items, thought what I saw was expensive. I was hoping to go I to this massive space and be able to root thru lots of stuff to find some bargains. Not at all. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time.

I would give zero starts if I could. After one month waiting for my order and today being the second time I call, they just told me my order is being considered lost and they’re giving me a refund. I understand things are more complex now with covid but I am extremely mad about the fact that they just didn’t communicate anything to me. I had to call in and deal with the long wait on the phone, twice!! Were you just going to have me wait forever? Other companies are able to deliver and provide outstanding customer service during covid. Get your act together wayfair! I will for not not be shopping here ever again.

Happen to run across the Wayfair Outlet during my KY visit. I was so excited because I love their website. The store is actually unopened or unused returns, so dont expect to come in thinking you will see everything you see on the website. There were some great finds and reasonable prices. Too bad I live out of town because they dont offer shipping. Customer Service was also great. I would definitely go back if Im in the area.

My husband and I went to purchase an area rug after being satisfied with the one we purchased from wayfair outlet in the past. We had the most helpful associate (Jeremy) listen to what exactly we were looking for and I could tell it was important to him to help us and have satisfied customers. My husband and I have shopped at the Florence store regularly and every time, it has been a very positive experience. There are always plenty of Wayfair associates on the floor ready to answer any questions or help you with your purchase. We have had the pleasure of having had Kristina help us with many of our purchases. She is always friendly and knowledgeable and made every purchase a lot of fun. Everything we have purchased there was in excellent condition and an incredible value. The managers have assembled a great team of employees. Thank you to them, Kristina and Leslie too.

We shop here every weekend because the inventory changes daily. Kristina is so helpful. We purchased several large items and she helped us make sure all the tags were pulled and everything was collected for pick up.

We got our area rug and our bed dressing from here, the quality is superb and we enjoy our items every day, be sure to check with them before you buy at Waltmart, Target or the like competitors, they might surprise you and their prices are just right!

My wife and sister just bought a rug from here . The deals are okay just depends on what day you come. It is kinda small but has a lot to offer. William was very helpful with all my questions and with them buying the rug. Eugene was very helpful also they made the day 10x better. We will be back.

We are so happy that we went to this store. We have a big family room and were looking for a sectional that would fill it perfectly. There was one item for 950$ as a link tag item. I would not say it is perfect cuz they said it was an overstock item. But when I checked it online it’s original price was 3800$. I would not of course mind a dent and a stitch issue on the side for 2850$ less. And to mention it made our family room look gorgeous. Nobody believes that it was for a 1000$. Totally impressed and they helped clean it and load it to our truck as well.And they do have so many pink tag items as well. I am for sure heading back there whenever possible.

Visited last weekend with my wife and another couple and thought this place was an absolute joke. Could have walked thru there in less than 10 minutes easily. Ive seen yard sales bigger than what was on display at this outlet. DO NOT waste your time going. This gets 1 star only because I couldnt post with zero stars that it deserved.

I do not post much, but have to after my experience the other day. I have been there before on several times. The extreme rude string bean lady came back through the area. The employee helping me talk about how mean she is and everyone afraid of her. I look at her, she look in a hurry and unpleasant. Would not recommend the atmosphere of here not comfortable to shop.

Skimpy is all I can say. Overstock, and Value City have better layouts. A lot of the furniture was damaged or banged up and on sale. Again, if you are looking for a bargain you wont get it here. If you want nice furniture, stick to a well know brand or local retailer.

I was looking forward to going. As we drove up to the huge building, the traffic line was around the corner. There were police directing traffic. We were thinking that it must be a great store.As soon as I walked in, I wanted to walk out. It felt like the store was an after thought. They threw a bunch of couches and odds and ends around and called it a store.If this is what Wayfair has to offer their customers, I wont ever shop Wayfair online or their store. They really dropped the ball here and missed a huge opportunity to bring in new customers.WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Not worth the 1 Star that I had to give it to post this review.

Very underwhelming. If you live in the immediate area I would give it 4 or 5 stars. But definitely not worth going out of your way to go visit. Way too small. Not enough variety of small and medium-dollar items, mainly large items (couches, furniture, etc.)

Bought a area rug from here it was a very large rug. The space was smaller than I had thought. But still had a very interesting selection to say the least. The associates were very nice and beyond helpful. A readheaded man and a somewhat tall short haired man helped me with the rugs and made my day. They told me their names but it went in one ear and out the other. Good place and good bargains. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is the space seems small.

Very small store. The building is huge, but the store is only like 1/4 of the entire building. Do not make a big trip for it. Everything is sold as is, so come with a big truck if you do. Good for people right there in the area, but don’t make a trip for it. Prices are decent, but don’t make a big trip for this....

I was surprised by the emptiness of the store... they had just 2 floor lamps for example. Im hoping that theyll get more stuff in soon. At least they had the carpet I wanted since last year for an awesome price! Ill update my rating when they get more in :)

Visited Wayfair in Florence today for the first time looking for a twin mattress frame. We did not see a wooden one on the floor. The super friendly and comely floor attendant Kristen was able to find us one in the warehouse...exactly what we were looking for. Thank you, Kristen! :)

So small. You drive up to this enormous building, with security/police directing traffic which leads you to believe your going to more than what you are in fact, actually going to. One room which will take you max 10 minutes to walk through, and thats if youre walking slow! You will be so incredibly disappointed. However, there is an At Home store right down the street so that turned my wasted 45 minute trip into a positive, I guess!

They may have just what you need, but you can’t have it on Thursday because the store is not open. Looked great through the window.

From the outside of the warehouse the store looks huge, but in actuality the Outlet store is only a small portion of the actual building that you see . The majority of that building is for storage for shipping . Outlet store is located on the left front of the building and the hype was more than what I found to be offered in the outlet store. What they did have decently priced but pickings were few and there was not a very wide selection of items for a Wayfair Outlet on display. Ill assume that these were returned items or some were refurbished I was not impressed. They did have a good deal on mattresses that we were considering but weve not made up our minds

A little disappointed. Very limited stock except in area rugs, lots of them! Accessories, cookware, kitchen stuff...nothing like a Pottery Barn Outlet...Do NOT buy anything electric unless you test it there as well open the box to be sure all parts are there. Bought a small heater, $100, did not work and missing parts, bought a fireplace insert, missing parts, and bought a shower head with a broken part. Return policy is ugly too. 7 days, must be broken to refund and they will push a store credit on you. It’s more of a Scratch & Dent Outlet...

I have always loved Wayfair and it saddens me to advise you that a particular item I’ve been looking at on line is - no lie - $30 less at Walmart and offers a guarantee. I mean come on some cook wear items are that much of a price difference? What else is extremely over priced? I can honestly say I will no longer trust this company.

You can find some great deals but stock is limited to whats on showroom floor. Some items are steeply discounted but could have some scratches or dings. Worth a stop to check it out.

Drove an hour and half. I was excited to make the trip and planned to spend a lot of time. The building is huge but just a small end of it was open to the public for shopping. Spent no more than 10 minutes and saw everything. Super disappointed. There is far more to see in a Home Goods store and better pricing. Don’t waste your time. Shop online and get it shipped free. Saves you the trip and having to haul back if you do buy anything. Only saw one or two people walk out with a purchase while I was there and it was packed for opening weekend.

This is truly an outlet store and not what most people now consider an outlet store. This store has returned or what may be older items, most seemed returned, for sale at discounted prices. Just because a price is discounted does not mean an item is cheap. The selection was pretty good when I went and they have a wide range of looks and tastes represented. If youre looking for something for the home it is worth checking out. Items they had while I was there included couches, dining chairs, bath tubs, vanities, plates, cooking tools (toasters, blenders, etc.), outdoor furniture, accessories, and a fee things I know Im missing. This will be a place I probably visit every now and then just to take a look around.

Not a great selection and prices didnt seem very reasonable. I would suggest doing your research before buying there. Huge store though and the staff was fairly friendly.

If we could leave 0 stars we would...AVOID.Long story short...Ordered sofa. Over 2 weeks after Wayfair charged us, we got rid of our old sofa to make room for the new one, we get an email saying...Sorry. The couch you ordered is now out of stock. Order canceled.To make matters even worse, after yet another 3 weeks, they still havent credited us for this canceled order.Likely the absolute worst company and customer service we have ever dealt with!

With all the buzz, it is nothing short of a huge disappointment. The store is very small and very limited. Anything of decent value must be gone in a snap? One star is gracious...believe it!

As a local, this is a nice store to drop by to see what they have in stock. I would NOT drive more than 25 minutes to get here. I saw on some reviews that people drove 1.5 hours... you will be greatly disappointed. The outlet store is about the size of a home goods but way less variety. Most of the stock is sofas, a medium section with beds and tables, and a small section of decor/rugs. They also do not offer shipping so you have to pick up anything you buy. In short, if you are in the area it’s a nice place just to stop by but I wouldn’t make a special trip to get here.

Great outlet store and especially fantastic rug buying experience. Wayfair employee Eugene was so helpful and friendly helping me look through their stock of rugs. He was able to pull up pictures of bundled rugs on the google lens app which helped me to settle on the perfect rugs for me. Thanks to his help and visuals I was able to find quite a few more items than I thought. It was a terrific shopping experience fueled by knowledgeable staff!

There was not a great variety of items. The prices are not good for an outlet store. Dont waste your time.

The employees were nice, but the store itself is overpriced. Imagine IKEA-level furniture, but 3x more expensive. Neat to see, but wouldnt go back unless they drastically changed.

Disappointing selection. I found what I was looking for at Home Goods for less money and they had more choices. I wouldnt waste your time. The stuff they did have was nice, saw some pieces that were damaged.

Terrible service, My complaint is with management in this establishment. On Saturday July 6th 2019 my family and i felt ostracized. Unknown to us at the time the manager of the store Michael was standing with a group and pointed at my family and i and began talking. This made our experience terrible because by him making that gesture it made us feel like the odd people. When we asked to speak to a manager we found out he was the only one there and on duty and that was terrible. We made a complaint and apparently he likes to point at every customer in a rude way. This gesture made by a man who then talked down to us when we said we felt disrespected will not be tolerated. We will not be back. The store was good but they need to learn respect of others feelings. you would think management is aware of this. The reason this is offensive is in our religion it is rude to point. Be cautious of others faiths please. Thank you

I am very happy I did not read these reviews before deciding to go to the Outlet.I am quite pleased with my experience! Wayfair does not advertise an idea store or a showroom. They call it what it is, an Outlet.It is their first one and so I went with what I believe were reasonable expectations.The staff far exceeded my expectations!!! I have gone to other outlet stores many times. Good luck getting any help from the 2 or 3 staff on the floor.I had so much amazing, professional, and friendly assistance from the Wayfair folks!Sarah asked me if I needed a cart and then went to get it for me. When I no longer needed it, Christina put it back for me. Try getting that kind of help at a Gap outlet, yeah NOT!Leslie helped me with not one sofa, but actually showed me several. Kelly helped me with a bed frame and mattress, while Matthew made me feel very welcome, even as he was hard at work helping Sarah with a new bed frame and mattress for the floor.I had numerous questions and needed help at checkout. I received friendly and helpful assistance from Kelsey, Cameron, and Lindsey.James and Alyssa were so terrific helping me load my car.Every single person I mention was fantastic! I rarely receive service approaching this experience, whether I am shopping at Macys, Dillards or Kohls locally, or Nordstroms or Neiman Marcus.I got a great deal on quality merchandise and I am already thinking about my next trip.I feel certain Wayfair will expand the space and the volume and selection. They have already nailed it with the fabulous staff. Kudos to all!
