I grocery shop nearly exclusively here. I avoid Wal-Mart because of how crazy busy it can get and Kroger is okay but farther away. Nice and quiet place, good prices, and had a decent selection.

In the produce there was no cabbage and had a employee check in the back. No such luck. The store wasnt crowded at all

Love that chains of stores. This Meier is not exception, great sections of food, households goods and miscellaneous stuff, fair price. Quick enough registers. Will be back after a little bit:)

This store by far has the best fruits and vegetables. I realize if you find something you enjoy, its best to purchase it then. Weve been multiple times trying to purchase a certain spice, no luck,so dont make the same mistake.

Low prices and dont have to wait in a line to be checked out. Store is well stocked.

Clean and friendly store! Just visiting for the weekend but I noticed the store was well organized and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Five stars is well deserved.

Although no longer being open 24hrs since the pandemic, Meijer is open the latest till Midnight for all my last minute necessities. The employees there have always been happy to help with any issues I have had locating anything in the store. They have also shown to take their cleanliness throughout the pandemic seriously and I hope to see them back to being open 24 hours in the near future.

Nice clean store and 4 very friendly, clean looking self checkout machines.. they even gave me the previous customers change because the dollar bill return got jammed up.. so that was nice..

Prices are slightly higher than other grocery stores. They do have some items that most places dont. I love their gummy candy so I usually go for those.

They have a big mama Tesla charging station - the biggest and best one I have ever charged at. That’s enough for a 5 star review.

Had everything I wet for and self checkout was a freeze. Patricia even hand scanned several multiple items for me.

They was very helpful when I asked where something was have good sales also stays open till midnight

Have been going in this mining location since I was about 10 years old so about 20 years always enjoyed their selection and service and was able to get my little baby turtle be submersible heater that he needed to stay warm tonight always love their selection and each category of things that they have all throughout the store

Large store with great variety. Excellent steaks and salmon. Produce was fresh and good. Hands down a better selection than Krogers.

Found every thing I needed. A little trouble with check out but the worker fixed it quickly.

Prices are higher than other local stores. Store is fairly organized/clean. Some items do not have prices marked so I steer clear of buying them.

I have had success. On getting what I needed and getting out. Im not a shopping fan.

Recently started shopping Meijer. Love that they have sale items still in stock on 4th day of sale

I bought multiple air beds and all were defected and I try to return only one and the manager refuse to work with me after they know the beds were bad they laughed at me giving me a different bed that was very very old I know store have polices but when u are manager u use better options to work out the problem the funny thing is that I’m black and a racial remark was made. I felt treated very rude and it wasn’t a reason for it. I recommend that this store is not color friendly.

Stop here alot after the gym. Always courteous staff and smiling employees. You can tell they enjoy working here and really like to take care of there store.

It was a great early morning run at Florence KY Meijer. Northern Michigan was running low on Gliers Goetta

I work here and buy my groceries here. If anyone needs anything I pull out my phone and open the Meijer app to assist you in getting the products you need. I work in the deli of this particular store. I have been working for Meijer for 12 years. The deli is to the left of the entrance on the grocery side. Recently added is Sushi Maru for those who like sushi and the sushi bar is replenished three times a day. Wednesday is their specials where sushi trays are $4.99.

I have ordered multiple birthday cakes from them and they were perfect! Not only are they cute and tasty, they are a great price! The only reason why they get 4 stars is they do not treat the live fish well.

The lady at the front door was/is always helpful. A young mand helped me load my groceries into bags. I had a handicapped buggy (my first time). A feather in Meijers cap for hiring this young man. I visited on Friday afternoon.....with all the commotion....I forgot to use my coupons. 😲😖

I find some pretty good deals there better than Krogers

You can find almost everything you need here. Missing the fresh Rainbow Trout they sell in Michigan and some veggies and herbs used in the Colombian cuisine.

Love Meijer. They always have enough handicapped carts available to use. I think they have 8 to 10 motorized carts at the Florence store. I love the atmosphere and how clean the store always seems. If you go on the last day of the sale they are more likely to have the goods that you need but it may not be on sale until the next day. I usually find everything that Im looking for.

Good selection of food in their grocery section. Their pharmacy staff are very nice.

PHIL PARSONS MANAGER failed. He left the meat department without a person to help. After 20mins I called the store. Got a hold of national service. Meanwhile I was able to get the attention of a grocery employee... ( a deer in the head lights). She was unable to get any help. Finally the manager ? unnamed. Was clueless about how even get a steak out of the case.🤔 ??? I was told by customer service Mr Parsons would NOT return my phone call.

Meijer is better than Target in my opinion. It definitely has a full grocery area which is better than Target. The atmosphere is more relaxed. Its cleaner and the color scheme is definitely more soothing and relaxing making for a better overall shopping experience. I wish Meijer was nationwide. Edit: June 2020. Still love Meijer. Prices are higher on some items and lower in other. It seems like they have some unique items in produce they you might not find at Kroger and definitely not Walmart. Wish they were closer, would shop here more.

Everything you require for your house food in the tire just shop at Meijer always a good deal and a good selection.

Went in to pick up prescriptions for my daughter. Not too crowded, produce section is AMAZING.

I like Meijer better than some other big box stores but I still like this size stores for different departments. The heath and beauty department is good the home goods is nice hardware is lacking similar to other big boxes. The food department is good and the produce and deli are better than other big boxes.The self checkouts are picky and always tell made I have done something wrong.

Was looking for something specific was in a hurry but because place was about to close couldnt find any employees that was helpful at all, they was only interested in closing the store, & this was 15 to 20 minutes before close

Poor cake is crying... mascara is running. Poor girl. The bakery department was lacking. Associate dropped the original cake requested, and seemed to try to pass it off as sufficient for a customer. Original associate that was called first was super friendly. This is the second cake, it seems like this is a frozen cake which is not what we wanted. Overall terrible experience.

Great supermarket and departmental store with wide variety of food, household, electronic, toys and gift products covering an area of the size of two football grounds. Absolutely amazing...!!!

This place is terrible to order cakes from. Every birthday cake we’ve bought here has been a disaster. Very sloppy, looks like a child made it. I don’t recommend their bakery at all.

Sam’s Club doesn’t open until 10 on sundays so I came to meijers to waste a lil time...$87 later I headed home because I bought so much stuff I was good.They had children’s clothes 30-60% off. They also had like 6 racks full of $5 or less clothes. They had fish bogo 1/2 off.I’m sure I have like $400 worth of stuff and only paid $87!These pics are things I’m coming back for this week. I didn’t get pics of the 1.50 shorts or 3.00 shirts I bought.

Mostly like walmart. I love the Mrs.Meijer products and they smell super good! Sometimes issues with vandalism but I usually cant see anything.

Pharmacy is amazing. The pharmacists are always super helpful & friendly. The store was dis shoveled due to after the holidays but almost none of the price check points worked properly. As always the staff were super nice.

Couldnt find things I was looking for

I want to explicitly say that this store was a disappointment. 30 customer checkout lines and plenty of associates walking around, but only 2 lines open with unnecessary long lines while Joe the manager flips through papers. I am intolerant to lines not being open when the staff is there to use them to be open. And then the Mperks that are definitely downloaded didnt honor the costs of 3 deodorants I bought. So I had to go to the customer service long line with 1 very patient lady dealing with others in the exact same situation to be refunded the unfair charges. All while the manager stands there looking over his papers.Never should someone be subjected to wait longer to pay and exit, than the time they shop.

Highly upset. Went just to get milos lemonade and every last jug was expired!!! Decided to get some lettuce and all of them were expired be days. I put everything that was fresh back. I even put my bread back. Definitely won’t buy any food items from this store.

It was great. When, my daughter got hurt the employees were right there asking if she was OK. They also, were caring and called emt to just check her just to make sure she is OK. The Supervisor and other employees r very caring.

Store is always clean and organized. Lines are sometimes long, but move quickly. Friendly,pleasant employees. Overall good store!

Always a calm quiet environment in my experience. I usually go later in the evenings after dinner time. Ive been there at closing also and never felt rushed. Employees are friendly and helpful for the most part.

My family shops here every week and we love it, the Meijer brand is absolutely amazing and the food is spectacular.

What I need, when I need it. Great prices. And customer service is always available, helpful, and knowledgeable. Grocery or home goods...they have have it.

First time at Meijer in years and years. Pickup order was from 3 to 4. Just arrived and was told order hasnt even started and they are running far behind. Yet not one other person in pickup slots. Its ridiculous! Couldnt you have called when you realized you were running at least an hour behind. This was my first and will be my last time here. Ill stick with Kroger.

ALL the fresh herbs and plants in front of the store are DEADI lifted them out of their pots, they were like DUSTThey hadnt been watered in DAYSEVERY person I asked about in the store shrugged their shoulders and said it wasnt their department!

It is a very clean store although very understaffed and I come here frequently for cat products. I can say that the prices have definitely gotten better during this past year than they ever have been at Meijer

I am visiting this area and we do not have this store where I am I was curious to see what it was about and was pleasantly surprised. Its very similar to a Walmart only less tacky. They sell some name brand items and reminds me of a target everything is well priced and they often have sales throughout the store they have a great selection of live plants when in season and has everything that you could possibly need for your home groceries all the way to home improvement. I loved their selection of indoor houseplants in the entrance. They also have an amazing selection of pots which I have trouble finding at other locations
