Kroger bakery always impresses! Twice in 2 weeks Ive called them the day before I needed a birthday cake and both times they delivered. Even when they didnt have a licensed cake for one of the cakes I requested, they still made me a cake to match the theme.However, beware the baggers. They tossed our cupcakes in the cart causing some aesthetic damage. Had to work a little magic to repair the bakers good work.

They push wearing masks on customers but not their own employees when it actually matters. I went there to get some shaved ham from the Deli. The woman working there wasnt wearing a mask and she coughed on my ham as she was shaving it. I told the manager and he said he would take care of it. He must not have said anything to her because I went in today and she still wasnt wearing a mask.

Worse Kroger ever. I have been going to this location for a couple of months now and they NEVER have anything I need. Simple items such as watermelon, chicken, eggs, oranges, & gallon water jugs were all out of stock today. No employees hardly anywhere either.

If you havent noticed most stores especially Krogers theres only opening up two lines and then having you scans completely open as much money as theyre saving you would think we could get better discounts for bagging her own groceries since it is more convenient than standing in line for 20 minutes for two things.

I had a whole review I attempted to write but it wouldnt let me finish so Ill keep it short and sweet,it sucks it never works right and its always down or their words something is always going bananas, the few times it has worked for me wonderful doesnt work more then it does,it sucks!!

Went in to get a money order, I ask Lacie if she can get the attendant working the desk? she said oh we’re short! one is on the register Kristie, the other Robbie is stocking milk. She didn’t bother to tell Robbie so he just kept stocking milk like doesn’t the customer come first?! I waited for damn near 20 minutes then I realized lacie didn’t even care to tell him! This is the customer service lacie Robbie and Christie give! I live down the street and everytime I come to this Kroger the service is AWFUL!! The funny thing is this Kroger hangs on to the rude employees they have, Robbie Christie lacie and the rudest of all GINA!! You must like the bad reviews because all of these employees should have been fired years ago! And clearly Courtney needs to go to because she is the leader of these rude unprofessional employees!

Old lady her name is Bonnie was at self check out cashier. Was very rude. Didnt want to help and acted she was annoyed to be asked for help. And was yelling. Im not going to this place again. She shouldnt be in customer service.

I went in the store the on Saturday and went to self checkout, the young girl told I had to many things to use self checkout that has no item limit and I use all the time, there was customer in checkout with just as much. I guess I will go to one of the nicer ones from now on.

I went thru self checkout and had a food card. I went over the limit and had to have the girl put it in manually for me. She walked over I explained what was going on she looked at me and said I hate people that come thru with food cards and cant just spend whats on them. I hate doing it. Then she stepped closer to me and I hadnt moved the entire time. She rudly said can you step back (with attitude and a gross look on her face) I hate people that stand to close. She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with there. I will not be returning to that store.

Its not a Supercenter and its a little ran down I guess it served its purpose, but they do provide face mask and hand sanitizer thats a plus. Stay cool ✌😎

Quick in and out, fresh and organic food

I love this Kroger, I have been shopping here since I moved to this area 5 years ago, the employees are wonderful and efficient. They are quick to fix problems and give solutions. I love how the company gives work to the medically challenged individuals. Kroger is a beast in the business. I want to give a special thanks to all the management and employees that make my shopping experience the way it is

Convenient location for myself. Has a decent selection relative to the size of the building. It is due for a renovation or remodel. It has aged poorly and often smells like seafood. Has a Kroger Gas and Liquor nearby. I will be returning when in the area.

This is the absolute worse Kroger in Northern Kentucky. I dealt with an issue with them leaving my groceries out a couple weeks ago, I called in and scheduled to pick up to hearing an associate talk down about me because she thought she muted the line. Ryan got on the phone apologizing and told me next time I’m in to ask for him because he wanted to speak to me in person. Tonight I went in to get groceries with my young daughters, after paying for my groceries I asked for him. He talked down to me, slammed doors and refused to refund me my money after he treated me like less than a human. This store is known for their issues with minorities. I am not a criminal so was unsure if I needed to call an officer or Kroger corporate. I ended up calling corporate and filing a complaint, this has really become an issue with the Kroger’s stores and it’s sad because race or gender should not matter. My heart hurts. This is completely out of line.

Nice clean place to grocery shop

This Kroger store just works for me. It is smaller and the building is older than others and Im fine with that. This is a Supermarket not a Marketplace. So, obviously their inventory is going to have some differences. I find this store to be incredibly convenient. Easy to shop, big aisles, seem to always have what Im looking for and the place never seems packed with people to me. If you need groceries this store is great. If you are looking to buy clothes or something to hang on the wall while also grocery shopping then go to a Marketplace.

So, check this out. Stopped by this store, walked through the store grabbed what I needed. Went to ring out and the kid cashier asked me if I had a mask. I am literally headed out the door. The girl cashier copped and attitude with me. So he rang me out. I gave him four 1 dollar bills and a quarter for a 4.01 total. He proveded to tell me that theres a change shortage and he couldnt take what I gave him. This will be the last time I shop at kroger

The pharmacy shorted me by 10 pills last month. Be sure to have them count your medication out while you watch. When I told the pharmacist about it she couldnt have cared less...jerk

In area and stopped at this grocery looking for an item not sold in my region (a type of diet soda). It was not in stock but when I asked when it would be available the deli manager found supplier in store and had it refilled for me. They then pulled the item for me to pick up. Appreciate their efforts. Will definitely be back when Im in the area.

Went in to take care of some finances and grab a few things. Lacey at the Customer Service Desk was very helpful and knowledgeable and polite. The store has made improvements on size and product selection. But still too small to be a super center. Great staff, always clean.

Please hire some new people. Rude teenagers arentKicking it. You guys need to have a staff meeting and teach them customer service!

Although there is a competing grocery store much closer to my home. I choose to shop this Kroger because they have a large selection of just about everything. When the checkout lines start to get busy theyre quick to reopen more.

Its Kroger, you cant go wrong with it. The staff is amazing and so nice. And the food is.....Well its food so its great. Love you Kroger😁

I’m new to the area and my husband and I have shopped here four times. My husband on two occasion brought back dairy (organic milk and eggs) that were expired. If you decided to shop at this location please be sure to check the expiration dates! My interactions with the staff have been pleasant and that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars.

I always get good service at this location. Staff is friendly, store is clean for an older store. I would recommend they fix the parking lot, a lot of the parking spots have sunken spots where tires go.

I have shopped here for 18 yrs. Made it through allot of managerial changes. Store updating a few years ago was great. But giving up on you now. I recently looked to buy Romaine hearts. All were rotten. Very unpleasant to shop there now. Store a mess ! Half filled messy shelves.No proper marketing. Empty bins sitting all around, and then cans of vegetables sitting in the cardboard boxes on old grates at the end of every aisle. The whole store is poorly merchandised. I want my strawberry gel and cakes by the berries. Not in some obscure place I have to hunt down. End caps, a mess . Point of sale items in the check out lane a mess! No proper stocking of anything. Whole store now looks like a poorly managed Speed Way quick stop. Just as dirty as a gas station also.

This is a newer and amazing Kroger. It had everything you could need. The prices combined with the Kroger app are great too. Always great service when I go as well.

Im not in the habit of picking up beer on my grocery run. Would it be possible to out up signs for Sunday beer sales. That would keep me from waiting in line and then having to return my beer to wait in line again. Great service here, just a bit inconvenient after waiting twice to purchase my groceries.

I like the idea of a smaller Krogers so that I dont have to walk a mile around the store. However, its not beneficial at this location anymore. Way to many shoppers at any one point in time throughout the day. Its hard to traverse the aisles. Additionally. The super market in general is weird to me anymore. I feel like they want u to do self checkout so badly that they make the regular checkout lanes narrow and uncomfortable, your slammed in on both sides trying to unload your groceries. Then on top of that if you do use the self check out its weird. U can only buy so much through there before ur little table gets overloaded and I cant fit no more on. Then u gotta have the self check out attendant help you. And it makes you feel like you should have went through regular check out. Blah blah blah

This isnt the classiest of Krogers stores. The people that work there are fine. The clients however... there are a lot of folks that treat this store as if its a Walmart. If you can deal with that, then the milk is cold and the products are generally normal Kroger quality stuff... the trailer park across the street makes for some interesting people watching.

Friendly staff. Everyone is helpful and polite. They call their customer by first name. Every time I walk in staff greets me by nams.

Usually have a great experience here, but not today. I ordered a fruit tray that I was picking to take to a luncheon. The idea of Clicklist pickup is cool, but the handling of it is poor.

This is the worst kroger Ive ever been to. They never have any selection. Bakery is always out of cherry turnovers because they dont want to make them. ( these are in the ladies words not mine.)

Disgusting store. Products are always out of stock and pallets of boxes always scattered everywhere leaving no room to navigate isles. Produce always spoils a few days after purchase. Staff is un helpful on finding products. PLEASE DEMOLISH BUILDING AND BUILD A MARKET PLACE AND HIRE NEW STAFF...... for the love of god

Nice store. Has what I want on sale alot.Edited 12/5.The lotto machine seems to jam once a month. Today after it was fixed, I still had my original $6 on the machine so the clerk took the first ticket that had came out. It better not be the jackpot winner.

This store doesnt deserve the one star Im forced to give it. It goes to the older employees that have know how to interact with customers.I dread when I have to go here, I go out of my way to other Krogers because this place is the worst! Unfortunately I cant always to get to other Krogers and forced to go to this one. Never fails that you cant find anyone working in the store to ask for help so you have to go up to the check outs or customer service. If you do find someone they get annoyed when you ask them anything. Whoever is in charge of putting the sale tags up,cant seen to get the job done. Stockers must just sleep in the back because shelves are in need of being stocked, the ones that are stocked they must just put things were ever because lots of things are In the wrong places. One day I watched a girl putting unwanted items back on shelves,she stood for about 5 minutes trying to figure where a can of chili went,when another worker walked by ask what she was doing and she said she couldnt find the spot,he grabbed it from her hands and shoved it In a spot and said now it goes there.In October they were out of sugar for almost 5 weeks, whoever does the ordering apparently dont show up for work. They dont have the variety and selection like other Krogers. The teen baggers stand looking bored and bothered they have too do something or busy chatting and just throwing stuff in bags, you have to go redo everything at your car so the soft stuff isnt squished by the cans they threw it in the bag with.I had to run there today of course dish soap for the sale was in the wrong place, someone stocked one in the wrong spot that wasnt a sale one. I searched the store for help,ended up front were the uscan girl told me the price would show up when Im scanning my item I would know the price then and if its on sale, I shouldnt have to check out in order to find out a price!!The pharmacy is great and the store is looking great with the updating, maybe they will get some more employees and train the ones they have. Ive never came across a store I dreaded having to go in, this one wins.

Found everything I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I like shopping at the My Zion store because its smaller then the market stores and I can get in and out quicker.

I went to the liquor store and the interior was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and there is a huge selection of beer, wine and liquor.

Not a single package of hotdog buns anywhere in the store.No yeast for me to make my own.Failed as a grocery store.

Love my Kroger store. Sales are good, employees are great, esp in pharmacy. Bridgette and Rachel are excellent employees that I love to talk to when I go pick up my meds.

Union Kroger new grand opening. This place ia huge. Wonderful for lots of choices, not so great for a quick stop. Cashiers friendy, staff very helpful. They dont wait for customers to ask, offer assistance. Will always choose this location if there is enough time to shop taking my time.

I love Krogers but this one definitely needs some work. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because of the restroom. Now I try to hold it until I get home. But, unfortunately I could not. I know public restrooms arent always the best but dear God it stunk so bad, there was urine on 3 of the toilets, & only one had toilet paper. I looked at the last time they had cleaned it & it had been marked off 30mins prior. I find it hard to believe that at 10:00am during the week they had a mad rush to the restrooms. Yes, I did let someone know.

They are always great...they open another line when busy and you can use clicklist and drive in and they load you car and you drive out.

Its smaller than the stores out in Louisville but it has the same selection of groceries and great service that is to be expected in Kroger stores.

Kroger usually has the best salad bar in town but today when I went into the Mount Zion Road exit Kroger they no longer have their big salad bar instead they have removed it to make way for clicklist. Really Kroger? Did you bother asking the people how they feel about that? No you didnt you decided that the salad bar has to go and that the clicklist is going to stay. Shove your clicklist as far up your butt as you can get it. I will never go to the Mount Zion Road exit Kroger anymore. if the Mall Road Kroger has let their salad bar go then I will wipe Kroger off my list I will never enter your doors again you can shove your app where the sun doesnt shine.
