Very nice staff, never too busy. Clean for the most part. My only gripe (not the stores fault) is that the layout isn’t consistent. Other than that it’s a great place to shop. Reasonable prices.

Great store. Friendly, helpful staff. THE BEST floral dept and their meat counter is always full with lots of choices. Butchers are REAL butchers who will cut things for you! Store is clean and always fully stocked.

We are in town visiting friends and we share the cooking of dinners. Shopped for that days dinner and the next dinner plan is rock of lamb. Spoke with butcher and he was most accommodating for our next dinner, took down our order and it will be ordered in time for our next dinner. Nice job! Very clean store and the quality service from the butcher through check out was most appreciated.

I was looking a lighter and the help desk the lady was really helpful, never for that lighter though.

Overall, the experience wasnt bad this time. The store was fairly clean. Shelves for the most part were not completely stocked. The cashier wasnt rude but he also wasnt a bundle of joy, the entire transaction and experience was mediocre at best.

Great bakery goods! As with Safeway in general, some items are a little higher in price than say Frys or Walmart, but the quality is always high. The staff at this store is always wonderful to work with and the pharmacy was very easy to work with as well.

Self-checkout is my favorite feature of this store. Self checkout is always open-no waiting. No annoying small talk required. The rest of the store is clean, well stocked and efficiently organized. Meat counter staff are helpful, responsive and efficient. Produce dept are rock stars! The fruits/veggies are always succulent and visually appealing. Produce bags are plentiful, conveniently located and readily available every visit. Local dairy products are consistently available. Bakery crew make magic. In totality, we appreciate the quality of goods this store offers and the vibe of the atmosphere. We are grateful for EVERYONE and all the work they do because the hard work translates to a pleasant shopping experience.

Closest place to us but always clean and online coupons. Definitely less busy than any other grocery stores in a 15 mile vicinity.

This Safeway is wonderful for being the only grocery store around. My only issue is the produce is priced higher than all stores around. But, my experiences here have been great. The pharmacy always works with you to get your medicine filled quickly and the manage special meat is always a steal. Great job guys!

Horrible. No employees seem to care about their jobs. All self checkout. No cashiers. Why companies getting away with this? Why are spending over $200.00 and doing all the work. Never again. Asked for manager to express our frustration, he literally smirked while providing our feedback. You lost our weekly business. We hard enough all week and dont want to do other peoples jobs. 5 employees standing at self checkout to WATCH you..really?.. Ridiculous..Do your damn job

Very calm atmosphere. Shelves are always stocked and weekly ad prices are to die for. All staff members are consistently professional and polite. Isaiah has to be the most dedicated and charismatic employee there. He has helped me on numerous occasions with everything from checking ID to assisting in cutting down on checkout wait times by jumping on without a word from anybody. Someone give that man a raise!!

This Safeway Store in Florence AZ is awesome! Very large produce department with a lot of organic vegetables, a nice bakery, and meat department. Everything is clean and fresh.

Good prices on meat sometimes. We bought some nice NY steaks at a big discount that Id never buy at the regular price. Prime rib we had for Christmas was great. Bread and some other prices are too high still.

Produce is rarely ripe, meat counter has a couple of helpful people. Bakery is good. Way too often shelves are not well stocked,(even before Covid). Every person working in the deli is super cranky, once you finally manage to flag them for help. Unsurprising that the employees are cranky considering that the manager is also cranky and unhelpful. It’s too bad that out of all the grocery stores we could have had out here we got stuck with Safeway. You have to drive to Coolidge or San Tan to find a well stocked grocery.

The cashier and boxer were both so friendly today. Masks are required and all carts are individually cleaned. Although the aisles are one-way all of us are still not used to it but everyone is courteous about distancing, etc.

Th store and most of the employees are awesome. However, the deli and front desk customer needs some additional customer service training. Each time I have to use either department, they act like they have better things to do. It depends on who is working at the deli area because sometimes they are quick and pleasant. I cant say that about the front desk. Seriously work on the attitude. If its really horrible to work there then work on leaving to where your attitude can be put to better use.

This grocery store is fine about a great majority of things BUT my specific PROBLEM is that every time their are sales the consumer continuously has to double check the purchase they just made instead of them making sure their products are ringing up correctly. I have to always make a purchase and always go back and forth with customer service because the products arent the right price or some other insane thing that went wrong with it. GET YOUR SH!+ STRAIGHT SAFEWAY!!!!!

I always have a good experience at Safeway. They have managed to keep an adequate amount of food and supplies throughout the quarantine.

For being in a more rural area, youre really not at all giving anything up coming here. Found all the ingredients to make carbonara for my moms birthday dinner and grabbed an excellent tiramisu to boot. The bakery here anyways had excellent baked goods compared to other places around it

Ive been coming here for 3 years now. Friendly staff and the App works great once you take 5 minutes to learn it and is absolutely worth using. Prices are slightly higher but it is in a more isolated location so naturally they need to increase some costs.During snow bird season you need to be early to get the best products and deals again due to the location.Some of the younger kids they hire need some customer service skills, but they get better at it as time goes on so I do see them getting training and building their skills.Always a pleasure shopping here.

Its amazing to me that in the situation our country is in right now that this place has the audacity to put a box of disposable rubber gloves on their shelves for $11.I wanted to buy some disposable gloves to keep myself safe and to keep other safe but I cant afford to pay $11 for gloves.I thought gouging in a crisis like this was against the law.
