Not only does this store have wonderful products, I am extremely impressed with Things Remembereds customer service. It is absolutely impeccable. I ordered something from them on 12/18/20 for in store pickup and was unable to pick it up due to various reasons, then got the coronavirus, so I called their customer service line to see if they would just ship the gift I bought to the recipient. When I called, I had basically no wait time and got Rachael at customer service. She was very helpful and called the store for me. She then gets back on the line and tells me that the Florence store manager was just going to drive the gift over to my gift recipient instead of messing with shipping costs. I am seriously blown away at how amazing this store is. Thank you to everyone at Things Remembered for your generosity and helpfulness - especially the store manager. I am so grateful for your help!

I just had a beautiful picture frame engraved for my daughter’s wedding. I dealt with a young lady who seemed to be pretty much in a rush. We agreed on the font style, but I also mentioned the size. She told me that it will not be too big or too small. Just because there is lots of room on a picture frame to engrave, doesn’t mean one has to take up most of the space-It’s about balance and proportion. I was disappointed-The company needs to work closely with their customers to determine the size, which would be most suited. I thought with their expertise, they would be able to deliver. I’ll know next time to avoid someone who appears rushed, and not too thoughtful to the details.

Decent product, but over charge on anything that is engraved. $26 for a glass with a saying on it. Wow.

The lady working there the night i went in was a pain in my butt. Other than that they did a good job.

2 stars because the old lady was rude as heck. she was yelling at customers and employees. she condescendingly asked “Well, what exactly can i do for you?” after she ignored me and took other customers before me and then sarcastically asked “well you’re waiting a while aren’t ya?”. i assume she didn’t take me seriously because of my age. Anyways they had to take the Steel wrist band apart to secure it in the machine which was fine however, when i got it back they didn’t put it back together and did not give me the missing link they took off. i assume they lost it. great. The lettering was sloppy and unaligned. i will literally never go back. out of all the stores getting closed in the mall i’m extremely shocked this one is still here. and i would never want to work for that crazy woman.

Complaining about your clienteles age group as theyre in the store is not a classy way of getting people to come back and shop at your establishment. Quite a snobby and rude staff.

The prices can get a bit expensive, but they have a beautiful selection and I love taking gifts here to get them engraved.
